29/12/2025: An excellent bakery on Via Veneto, in Caltanissetta

27/12/2025: I placed my order for December 24th and was told 9:15 PM was the pickup time. I was served at 9:30 PM, which was reasonable given the unusual day. What wasn't right were the frozen arancini, the prosciutto calzones, which were not only cold but also inedible instead of cooked ham, a slice of pizza was missing, and the Umberto biscuits were stale. Given the pickup time, I expected the pieces to be warm... I'll never order a takeaway on a pre-holiday again. I must have been unlucky, considering I've always had good service on weekdays.

19/01/2026: This evening I ordered some pizzas at Capital Food, and I found a stone in one. I don't think it's normal to eat and find a stone in your pizza. I should pay more attention to how you make your pizza! It's surreal.

21/05/2026: The strawberry granita was decent compared to some other places, but the service was terrible. They claim they don't do table service, so they don't clean them (not just for us, thank goodness), except that some tables are wait-on (!!??). At the cash register, if you're polite, you're not considered, and the friend/acquaintance who comes in gets served first, even if half your order was ready. I visited because my usual bar was closed that day; I'll try not to embarrass them with difficult customers like me.

27/06/2026: I wanted to try it once since I'd heard good things about it, but they made me a parmigiana with very hard, inedible eggplant and a capricciosa studded with olives. We were sick for two days. For €10 a pizza, I expect at least good ingredients. Never again, terrible experience!

21/06/2026: The pizza was really good, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was also pleasant and discreet, although unfortunately we were seated near the road instead of inside the gazebo, which would certainly have been more comfortable. The only downside was the service, which seemed rather slow and disorganized. In particular, they brought our pizzas before the appetizer we ordered. Mistakes can happen to anyone, and that's not the main issue, but a gesture of consideration for the inconvenience would have been appreciated. Instead, no discount or compensation was offered. The bill was reasonable, neither particularly cheap nor excessive. Overall, a satisfactory experience thanks to the quality of the pizza, but the service needs to be better organized.

25/06/2026: What can I say... It's definitely a safe bet if you want to eat well. Maybe I'd change a few tables that aren't straight and force people to keep their conversation volume to a certain level... because you'll leave feeling deafened. The focaccias and baguettes, as well as the pizza dough, are nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommended.
