La Vecchia Fuazzeria In Caltanissetta

A genuine country inn, somewhat off the beaten tourist track - but with a very harmonious atmosphere and typical Sicilian dishes: The Fuazza was delicious and the service very attentive.

The four of us had dinner, sampling everything in a vintage restaurant filled with unexpected finds. The fuazza and cudduruni are exquisite, and the meter-long pizza is incredible. The shin of pork was negligible. The amount of food they served was enormous (we took away two boxes of pizza that we didn't manage to finish). The staff was friendly. The bill was perfect.

Excellent rustic Sicilian-style food, friendly and patient staff. Prices are below average.
