Ottima la qualità dei prodotti e porzioni abbondanti . super consigliati: l’antipasto rustico, l arrosto misto e il dolce della casa. Se vi trovate a Sutera non esitate ad andare.

21/10/2023: The most hospitable of hosts. Very typical Sicilian cuisine and in particular the food of Sutera. Excellent, delicious food. We had a wonderfully happy dining experience.

16/03/2024: Dinner with work colleagues who took us to this wonderful restaurant. Quiet and relaxing environment, they made us sit in the upper room where we were practically alone. The lady served us impeccably and always kindly, always recommending the best dishes. But let's move on to the food: simply delicious and with excellent quality raw materials! The toasted octopus arrives with a lid on top and once lifted the roasting steam is released... what a spectacle and how delicious!! Not to mention the croaker with those vegetables which I had to make an encore of!!! If you pass by here, stop by!!

16/03/2024: Cozy place, prices are a little high but it is a high class restaurant frequented by people who can afford to have a high level lunch. The rating is 5 stars for those who don't have problems spending money, I highly recommend it

02/04/2024: Charming restaurant with pizza oven. Delicious food: marinated salmon, pesto pizza... A fun atmosphere with wonderful service staff. It's a pleasure to enter such pleasant places. 100% recommended.

07/01/2024: Per un vegetariano come me andare in una steak house, se non proprio un suicidio, rappresenta comunque un azzardo. E invece l'oste ha saputo dare il meglio di sé: un antipasto straordinario, con un eccellente selezione di verdure e formaggi, come le polpette di patate, i carciofi arrosto, la scarola saltata e l'insalata al gorgonzola. Anche mia moglie è rimasta colpita da questo e dalla sua parte carnivora, con il crostino di scottona, la pancetta al sugo e il filetto di manzo. Guidati qui da Tripadvisor, non possiamo che confermare la validità delle sue classifiche.

Beautiful place with a panoramic view of the Sicilian hinterland, in the foreground the suggestive Mount Formaggio. I stumbled upon it by chance for an event, I will definitely go back.

05/02/2024: I went to a 25th wedding party. The seafood dinner was very good and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend it. You can celebrate birthdays, weddings etc.

12/03/2024: Never eaten so bad. The dishes were all boiled. If you take the Palermo-style swordfish they present you with a "boiled meat". If you order grilled prawns they present you with boiled prawns. The swordfish caponata looked like the dog's slop. The hospital dishes are far tastier😂 . The red mullets were fried in dirty oil and were overcooked. The chef who also came into the room looked like VITO CATOZZO, the filthy and sweaty version. from VOLTASOMACO🤮

25/02/2024: Ordered pizzas which arrived 30 minutes early telling me that we will make them again instead they reheated them for me it was enough to say so instead of making fun of them. But in any case the pizza had sour sauce and very little mozzarella. Rating 3

The concept, told by Anna, a very kind and professional receptionist, and by Margherita, the expert and capable sommelier who enchanted us and involved us in the tastings, is what particularly struck us: the relationship between territory, good wine, design and fashion. The structure is an old fiefdom, excellently restored, nestled in the hills of Nisseno. Hills that made us think so much of Tuscany! Enchanting. The restaurant needs to be improved, both for the dishes offered and for the staff: the manager of the very rude and unprofessional room made us feel uncomfortable with her answers, and then ignored us completely for the entire dinner. Furthermore, despite it being a wine tasting dinner, he didn't even introduce them to us. The boy who then served us, however, was very kind and patient. Excellent breakfast and all the associated staff. We are curious to see the new spaces under renovation. Sicily really needs the valorisation of these places. Thank you

13/01/2024: Probably the most beautiful place where we slept in Sicily, the location is wonderful in the Sughereta di Niscemi nature reserve, the rooms are really large and beautiful. The view is breathtaking and from the balcony you can see the whole valley. For enthusiasts there is the possibility of tasting their wines and visiting the cellar.
