24/04/2025: Fritto ignobile, stracotto con olio vecchio. Prezzo indegno per la qualità del cibo. 1 primo, 1 secondo, 1 dolce, acqua 70 euro non li valgono davvero.

19/03/2025: pranzo tra colleghi. attirati dal posto noto per la fiction di Montalbano abbiamo deciso di pranzare godendo del panorama. personale gentile, cortese e disponibile. Piatti ottimi, con sapori mediterranei, ma raffinati... location consigliatissima

02/03/2025: Dopo aver contattato un paio di ristoranti più “affollati e nominati” che non avevano disponibilità per il pranzo, siamo stati accolti in quest’osteria… che secondo noi avrebbe meritato molti più coperti di quelli occupati in giornata. Piacevole la presentazione dei piatti, buona la materia prima ma soprattutto ottimo il Gusto (la Scarpetta finale è stata indispensabile!!!): PALATO SODDISFATTO pienamente 👏🏼! Anche l’equilibrio con l’uso del sale e dell’aglio (generalmente eccessivi nei primi di mare) merita una nota positiva!! Grazie Chef per questo pranzetto da leccarsi i baffi 😁

20/01/2025: abbiamo cenato con la pizza che non era male ma il servizio è veramente deludente: prima hanno servito chi è arrivato dopo (per simaptia o amicizia non saprei) e poi dopo insistenze e polemiche ci hanno servito prendendoci pure in giro (a sentire loro ci hanno servito dopo perchè le comande erano cadute a terra e si erano mescolate). Sono lontani dall'idea di buona ristorazione, lo sconsiglio.

15/06/2025: Our first night in Taormina, we ended up at Ugo on a recommendation, the service was top, the owner was very nice, he served our table, talked about wine, olive oil and local products, with such passion that you listened with concentration. The food itself was honest and delicious, the atmosphere was truly family-like. We could eat here every day.

11/06/2025: Such a delicious meal in Taormina, the most wonderful staff and family owned restaurant, can’t recommend enough! Ugo and Amaria were just lovely!

04/06/2025: Man fühlte sich sehr unwillkommen. Der Service war teilweise von oben herab. Ich esse Steaks und Lamm auch gerne Medium. Aber das Lammkaree war Ultra roh. Als ich das einem freundlichen Kellner zeigte und fragte ob sie es nochmal braten können war er auch etwas über den Garzustand erschrocken. Der Kellner der dann irgendwie nur noch die Hälfte meines nochmal gebratenen Essens wieder brachte war dann total pissed. Wir haben aus Nettigkeit trotzdem 4 Euro Trinkgeld gegeben weil das Brot und das Olivenöl wirklich gut waren. Aber auch darauf wirkte der Kellner erzirnt und stiefelte scheinbar stinkig ab. Meine Frau hatte die Entenbrust. Da konnte man erstmal nix meckern. Die Entenbrust war perfekt rosa. Angekommen im Hotel hatten wir aber beide Magenschmerzen.

03/06/2025: Posto incantevole davanti al mare,noi siamo di casa..., andiamo sempre, cenare in riva al mare con i piedi nella sabbia non ha prezzo ... staff gentile,in particolare Lorenzo che ci consiglia sempre cosa mangiare e bere...

01/06/2025: L’accoglienza dei due camerieri è stata molto calorosa. Abbiamo ordinato il cous cous ed era una favola. Ci torneremo sicuro!

03/05/2025: Oggi abbiamo pranzato in questo locale, mangiando discretamente e pagando anche un prezzo giusto, però al momento di pagare il conto il cameriere, che si definisce essere il proprietario del locale, non ci ha restituito il resto di 100 euro, poiché restavano 40 euro nel carnet conto e lui non ci ha chiamati per avvisarci che non li avevamo presi. Ci ha salutati allegramente, e quando dopo un paio d'ore siamo ritornati indietro per richiedere i nostri soldi lui ha negato di averli in cassa nonostante la nostra certezza di averli lasciati sul tavolo lui non ci ha voluto rendere i soldi. Grande disonestà e truffalderia. Posto da dimenticare!!!

09/05/2025: Invited by Antonio to leave the 40 degrees of Pozzallo, we sit at the prepared table with a cotton sweater over our shoulders. This alone makes me fall in love with the place and falling in love turns into love for the "mushroom" tasted for the first time in all possible ways. It is a very tasty mushroom that grows in a clump on the trunk of carob trees

31/05/2025: È da molti anni che conosciamo il Sig. Mario e la famiglia Bonaccorso. Al solito il pranzo è stato all'altezza delle aspettative dagli antipasti, ai 2 primi (sedani al ragù di vitello con finocchietto selvatico e tortellini ai funghi porcini conditi con speck e nocciola) al secondo e al dolce. Consigliato.

20/04/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant for the first time over Easter. We were welcomed impeccably. We ate very well with genuine, excellent quality products. All 10 people at the table enjoyed it. We thank you so much for the welcome and kindness given to us.

27/02/2025: It goes without saying that here you will find real buffalo mozzarella that will make you regret not having been there before, but the entire choice of food presented in the window will put you in crisis as to what to choose. Ideal for a quick but quality lunch.

01/02/2025: Stracciatella scam.. today Saturday 1st February I stop to buy some stracciatella as I usually do.. they tell me it's being prepared and it already seems strange to me.. meh!! When I get home I prepare my croutons and when I add the stracciatella I realize that it wasn't even remotely stracciatella but it was mozzarella cut into strips with an immensity of cream!! Simply painful... a real rip-off. Next time it's better to say we don't have any... you'll make us look better...

18/05/2025: I celebrated my 40th birthday at La Casita, and I can say that it met all my expectations. Beautiful, large, clean and above all, lots of greenery around. Excellent!

13/05/2025: I celebrated my graduation at Casita because I was particularly fascinated by the location and the kindness of Mrs. Margherita. I spent an unforgettable evening with friends and family, immersed in a welcoming and refined atmosphere at the same time, with impeccable, discreet and friendly service. The food was excellent and enhanced by a careful presentation. An experience that I will carry in my heart and that I highly recommend to those who want to celebrate a special moment in a place where they feel truly welcomed!!

05/05/2025: Even though it has been around for decades, it was the first time I set foot there. The restaurant is spread over two floors. Rooms not very large but welcoming. The waitresses (all women) are friendly and efficient. I ate well. Advised!

16/05/2025: What a great experience in that restaurant! We visited there when it was off season so the place was empty, which almost made me turn around but thankfully I didn’t. That’s as real authentic Sicilian experience as it gets. 0 words in English on the menu or the server ( I believe it was the owner) so annoying entitled tourists this is not for you. The food was just amazing all around. Slow service as expected for a home made meal, but worth every second.

15/05/2025: Finally we had a good homemade meal after trying bunch of “ local “ restaurants that ended up being tourist traps. I loved everything here. Owners were really nice . I highly recommend this place.

22/04/2025: Congratulations for announcing a place open for children with opening hours knowing full well that you are closed. There is a pre-programmed “temporary closure” button on your Google account, for seasonal management of your professional space! It takes a few seconds. Bravissimo

22/05/2025: Location incantevole, con vista mozzafiato sui faraglioni di SCOPELLO personale di elevata esperienza, professionalità e disposizione del cliente a 360*. Pesce fresco e piatti di ottima qualità complimenti vivissimi allo chef e allo staff della cucina, nulla da migliorare. Titolare competente e professionale, una splendida persona.

14/01/2025: Ho preso un po' di rosticceria tra arancine, pizze e Scacce tutto buonissimo!!! Da provare la Scaccia pomodoro e cipolla la consiglio assolutamente !!!
