01/06/2025: It's been a long time since I enjoyed such excellent food, such professional and warm treatment, it is a family restaurant run by five sisters, we were 4 people to eat and it was an experience with all the knowledge, love and dedication of true Sicilian cuisine. They also grow their own vegetables, their own oil and their own wine, we put ourselves in the hands of one of the sisters, Silviana and she brought us all the house specials, all the starters, pastas and meats and to finish some lemon sorbets, thank you for the enthusiasm that this family puts into showing the rich and tasty Sicilian food 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

21/05/2025: Excellent food. Shame about the treatment reserved for non-local tourists like us. The lady came to the table to sell us her biscuits, as if we were at the market... but we were the only foreigners. Be careful

30/05/2025: I must confess right away that this review you are reading now, concerns the summer of 2024, for two weeks towards the end of July. I don't know why, but it never occurred to me to write a review on this beach, which I visited during my last holiday in Sicily, especially because it is very positive. And it is positive because, above all, the environment, the kindness of the staff, both at the bar and at the restaurant, which on the beach was excellent and really made me rest and feel good. The menu offered at the restaurant was always in line with my needs which, at that time, also required me to follow a diet. Obviously "dietetic", in the Sicilian sense of the term. The only flaw, the fact that there was one day a week in which the restaurant was closed. Only sandwiches that day, but still good. On the beach, even though I am a solo traveler and often decide at the last minute what to do, I never had problems getting a sunbed and the lifeguards were always kind and friendly.

16/04/2025: Had a drink here, then paid the bill twice. We went back to clear up this misunderstanding, but they did not cooperate and reacted very angrily. Don't go!!!!!

10/04/2025: Only came for gelato, so I cannot comment on the other stuff (so far) but it is delicious and we came back to visit again 😌 it's very clean and they are kind and helpful too

13/02/2025: I was in this restaurant a few weeks ago: a business lunch. The location is not the best, the place is normal, what is not normal is the cleanliness of the place (including the bathroom), the quality of the raw materials used for the dishes and the kindness of Mr Giuseppe, who prepares very good bread, is also super. I will definitely come back, also to try the pizza.

08/05/2025: Visité aquí por recomendación y la comida es muy buena. El tortellini al brodo es un must have. Nuestro anfitrión era un joven encantador que era servicial y amable. Sin embargo, para una ciudad tan vibrante este restaurante carece de ambiente , sin música, muy tranquilo y estaba lleno de turistas estadounidenses ancianos y parlantes. No es la experiencia que habíamos estado esperando por desgracia, después de haber comido en un excelente restaurante la noche anterior fue aburrido. También hacía un calor inexplicable en el interior y no había jabón ni toallas de mano en ninguno de los baños, de nuevo no en consonancia con un lugar de su intención.

21/04/2025: Un piccolo gioiello incastonato in una viuzza tra via Roma e via Vittorio Emanuele.Portata da esperti amici palermitani, fuori da un centro storico vociante e caotico, mi sono ritrovata in un ambiente che strizza l'occhio alla vitalità degli anni 50. Nei piatti la tradizione si intreccia ad una innovazione e creatività, non posticcia, che amalgama odori e sapori con la raffinata sapienza che viene da una lunga pratica nella ristorazione. I piatti sono abbondanti e ben curati nella presentazione, e malgrado ciò, i prezzi risultano molto contenuti. I proprietari accudenti e attenti, accolgono e seguono il cliente con generosità e cura. Consigliato a chi non si accontenta del cibo di strada, ma desidera inoltrarsi tra i veri sapori della cucina palermitana .

23/05/2025: Definitely a nice place with lots of vintage objects to admire, really kind and polite staff, but as for the food I have to say really disappointing. We took a seasoned baked product. The dough was hard with shades of black and tasted like burnt bread. As I was about to forcefully cut the food, I noticed a lot of customers coming and going who were ordering more and many others who were complaining about the refusal of reservations on The Fork. Maybe it was the unwelcome food, the child who was always crying at the next table, but in the end I left hungrier than when I entered. Unfortunately, as in life, you need luck even at a restaurant and to understand what to order. Conclusion, while we were going home we discovered that the prices on the menu were not those on the receipt (higher on the receipt). Simple bad luck.

20/05/2025: Lovely pizza, friendly staff, really good service. Option to sit inside or outside - inside is very nicely set-out - going back.

13/06/2025: Very good pizzeria/restaurant, generous portions, tasty food, the only shame is that the wine is not up to par. Nice discovery almost by chance. Recommended.
