23/12/2025: Very nice and intimate restaurant. We had a delicious, fresh raw appetizer, not to mention the tuna tartare! Fast and attentive service, we had a great time. We'll definitely be back!

16/12/2025: A truly excellent lunch! Fast service, Mrs. Graziella in the dining room welcomed us very kindly. We ordered two tasting menus, with delicious appetizers and a paella for two with very generous portions, incredibly good, we immediately complimented each other! We are very satisfied. Furthermore, I was finally able to eat lactose-free desserts! A wonderful surprise, finally a restaurant that works for everyone! Needless to say, these were also excellent and with a wide selection, including crema catalana and tiramisu. We will definitely be back! And we will recommend it with our eyes closed! 30/10/2025: We were in Alghero for 2 weeks. We went 4 times! I loved the coffee. The croissants were fresh and crispy. The small pastries were delicious. We ordered a large plate twice. If you like sweets, I recommend this pastry shop! The service was always pleasant.

The food is rustic and self-evident. The pizza has the perfect balance between crispy bottom and soft middle, the pasta is generous and full of flavor, and each dish feels prepared with respect for tradition rather than trends. A glass of wine in your hand, stones under your feet and time that suddenly doesn't matter. You stay here for a long time. Talking a little quieter, laughing a little more, letting the evening take shape. Lu Furat is not just a restaurant – it is part of the soul of Alghero, where food, history and presence merge into something you take home with you.

21/12/2025: Today, on a trip to Alghero, I happened upon Lu Furat, which the owner told me means "the hole." It's not a hole, and they made me a fantastic seafood pizza. The waitresses were very kind. Thank you for the excellent service. Happy Holidays!
