29/08/2025: We found this restaurant by chance while strolling through Alghero's historic center. The owner, finally, is a local, so we decided to book, hoping to finally try something typical of the area. I ordered spaghetti all'algherese, and what can I say? I even complimented him on having the best first course in the Alghero area. The tuna steak and sorbet were also excellent. The downside was the slow service, as the waitress serving the tables was very uninterested and unwelcoming. We called several times before ordering to at least get some water. She never even looked at us. In fact, the owner served us, and I thank him for his kindness and helpfulness. The location has a beautiful view and the place is very relaxing. Unfortunately, we were there on the second to last day of our vacation, otherwise we would have returned. I recommend it 👍🏽

08/08/2025: I got a takeout pizza. Very good, a little heavy to digest, excellent selection of flavors. They don't prepare it very quickly, but I also ordered during peak hours and saw them inundated with orders.

05/09/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ristorante Pizzeria Ramblas is simply the best choice in all of Sardinia! 🍕 The owner, Izabella, is of Hungarian origin, and is always incredibly kind and attentive. The pizza here is phenomenal, every time we've been there it's always been perfect - the real Italian atmosphere and taste. I don't understand why anyone would give a negative review, as the food is impeccable, the service is friendly, and the place is very cozy. I can only recommend it to everyone - I think they make the best pizza in all of Sardinia!

05/09/2025: This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise! The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was fantastically delicious - it is obvious that it was made with fresh ingredients and with care. Real Italian flavors. The atmosphere is homey, yet elegant, perfect for a dinner with friends or even a romantic evening. I would especially highlight the kindness and professional service of the waitress Izabella!

21/08/2025: I expected something more from the typical Alghero paella, but all in all, the other dishes were good! The waiter was perfect in every way, and the restaurant is centrally located, lovely.

17/07/2025: Very delicious thin pizza. They speak almost only Italian, but with the translator we managed to understand everything! No need to book in advance. The prices are very good!

27/06/2025: We went to this pizzeria that is far from the center, we really liked the atmosphere (not very busy streets) the waitress was very kind and also funny (especially very helpful 🥰). The food was very good, appetizer and pizzas were divine!!! We will definitely go back, I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a quiet evening and enjoy good food.

05/08/2025: Don't come to this place. After waiting 1:30 hours between the two dishes we ordered, the pasta came uncooked. They remade it and waited another half hour, with no apology. When we asked for the bill, it took another 40 minutes after asking twice... and they also charged 8.5 for the service. After 3 hours, we left. The food is disproportionately expensive for what it is.

17/08/2025: 1 star because after I sat down at the table, within 10 minutes, the waitress came by three times and her only words were: "I'll be there soon." Without even a greeting or a smile. CHANGE JOB

10/08/2025: I went there for breakfast and found the staff very friendly and, above all, smiling, which is not a given these days. Good food and fast service.

30/06/2025: Do you close at 2 PM? Are you not open early evening?
