14/12/2025: The best fainè ever ❤️ I've now become a regular customer here, and when I want to eat truly excellent fainè, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and smiling, and the place is spotless. You can order takeout or eat in, in a small, charming indoor dining room with limited seating. That's why I strongly recommend booking in advance and not showing up unexpectedly, especially on weekends, otherwise you risk not finding a seat. I hope this helps others 🙂

06/12/2025: Excellent service. Even though it gets very busy on a Saturday night, it moves quickly. The lady who takes and serves the orders is fast and efficient. She remembers all the orders, which isn't easy with such a high volume. Everything is delicious; the fainá with chorizo ​​is excellent—very crispy—and the onion one is super tasty. An excellent place in every way.

22/10/2025: We had a delicious pizza here – flavorful, with a perfect thin crust. The service was very friendly, and we were offered a glass of juniper liqueur as a farewell treat. Highly recommended!

10/01/2026: Great vibes , beautiful and cozy setting . We had our corporate dinner here and the service was amazing. Olivia was our server and she was phenomenal. Super friendly, warm and welcoming. The food was great. Very fresh and flavorful. The drinks were also very good. I definitely would recommend this place.

16/12/2025: My first time visiting there with my family for a special occasion. I had the braised lamb. It was cooked to perfection, well season and delicious. Beautiful atmosphere, with music playing low in the background, allowing us to talk and hear each other. We had a large group, but we will serve in a timely manner. Everyone enjoyed their food and conversation. I will definitely visit this place again.

12/01/2026: Lu Furat is nestled among Alghero's old stone walls, as if the restaurant has grown out of history itself. When you sit down, you are surrounded by a soft murmur, candlelight and the scent of freshly baked pizza and garlic that slowly fills the air. It is warm, intimate and completely stress-free. The food is rustic and self-evident. The pizza has the perfect balance between crispy bottom and soft middle, the pasta is generous and full of flavor, and each dish feels prepared with respect for tradition rather than trends. A glass of wine in your hand, stones under your feet and time that suddenly doesn't matter. You stay here for a long time. Talking a little quieter, laughing a little more, letting the evening take shape. Lu Furat is not just a restaurant – it is part of the soul of Alghero, where food, history and presence merge into something you take home with you.

21/12/2025: Today, on a trip to Alghero, I happened upon Lu Furat, which the owner told me means "the hole." It's not a hole, and they made me a fantastic seafood pizza. The waitresses were very kind. Thank you for the excellent service. Happy Holidays!

07/11/2025: A family-friendly place that makes you feel at home. The food is prepared with care and the ingredients are top-quality. The mixed fried fish is remarkable, rich and well-prepared! As they say in these cases, kudos to the chef! The restaurant staff is honest and capable, worthy of its name, just like the infamous condottiero Amsicora. Highly recommended!

17/08/2025: A fantastic experience. If you want to experience a farm stay where you can savor the authentic flavors of Sardinia, this is definitely the place for you. Giant portions prepared with ingredients of undeniable quality, and a super welcoming and helpful staff.

01/01/2026: Best pizza in Sardinia. Located in a remote spot, but absolutely worth a visit. The pizza dough is a 10/10. There is seating available inside. Family-run.

16/10/2025: It offers a beautiful view of the sea. We both ordered the mixed fish platter and were very satisfied with the food. The menu indicates which fish is locally available fresh and which is prepared frozen seasonally, providing good transparency. The two servers were very friendly, relaxed, and prompt. For good food in Castelsardo, we can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

17/10/2025: Very tasty pizza at a reasonable price (8-12 euros). I also tried the appetizers, the best of which was definitely the cheese one. The menu is very extensive, with probably dozens of different pizzas alone.
