24/07/2026: The only thing that tasted good was the appetizer. Our order was forgotten, and only after an hour's wait and several complaints did the food arrive. The gnocchi weren't fully cooked, and the fries and calamari were only in the fryer for a maximum of two minutes. Furthermore, they prioritize takeout orders, so it's more worthwhile to quickly grab a pizza to take home than to make a reservation.

21/07/2026: We have been visiting for several years during the holidays. Great food and pizzas and at great prices. I recommend making a reservation. Otherwise you may have to wait up to an hour for a table.

16/07/2026: Best restaurant we've tried during our stay in Alghero. Carbonara and beef cheeks were both out of this world, can't recommend them enough. Waitresses were very kind and attentive, kudos to everyone!

13/07/2026: We had dinner at this trattoria and had a positive experience. We ordered three dishes, water, and a half liter of wine: everything was very good, with carefully prepared dishes and flavors reminiscent of traditional cuisine. The staff was also very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The only small complaint is that the bill seemed a bit high. Otherwise, I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality cuisine in Alghero.

21/09/2025: We went because the menu says they had pork. We went to order it early because you need to reserve to eat pork, and they told us they didn't have it. They were also very rude. I don't understand why they would put something on the menu that they later told us was available, even if you book in advance. Especially when it's the typical dish of the area.

18/09/2025: The food was ok, not great. The problem was that I did not get what I ordered - they didnt have the pasta and the ingridient, so they just brought me similar dish. Waiter didnt speak english well. We ordered fish for 16€ (compared to other food and restaurants, pretty expensive) and we got one small slice of fish - absolutely not enough, maybe as a starter. I would not really recommend.

03/06/2026: Ravioli from the freezer without fresh Ricotta, with basic sug and one basil leaf for €14? Not for me. A big deterioration compared to previous years. Moreover, the lights at night attract insects, which then fall on you.

26/05/2026: The menu, available in Italian and English, offered the typical mix of pasta, fish, and meat dishes, as well as pizza—see photos. There should be something for everyone. Before the meal, we were served the usual generously filled basket of white bread and pane carasau. I had the tagliata, which tasted delicious and was visually stunning. It was presented beautifully. I also had grilled vegetables. My wife had tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, which was tasty but could have been a bit warmer. For dessert, I had tiramisu, which was truly outstanding. It wasn't pre-made, but freshly prepared; the pastry was crisp and had an intense coffee aroma. The best I've ever had. The portions look a bit small in the photos, but they weren't. The plates are quite large. I also had an inexpensive glass of local red wine, which I enjoyed. The service was impeccable. Everything was perfect. Communicating in English was absolutely no problem. The three gentlemen were all very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is located in Lu Bagnu on the coastal road. Because there are houses in front of it, there's no sea view. You sit in a lovely atmosphere under a white reed canopy. There isn't a direct outdoor terrace, but the entire window front can be slid open, so you're almost sitting outside. I found the restaurant quite nice. Free parking nearby wasn't a problem during the off-season. Overall, I was very satisfied with the restaurant. It was one of the best in the area, in my opinion. I highly recommend it.

06/07/2026: We were lucky, and we had a good time: returning from a day at the beach, we arrived at this pizzeria at 8:00 PM, asked for a table for two, and within minutes we were already seated. We ordered two very good pizzas, which were served promptly. The staff was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. The food and drinks were excellent, and the price was fair: €37 for two, with a complimentary myrtle liqueur. I highly recommend it; they're truly excellent.

25/06/2026: We couldn't have made a better choice. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the prices were incredibly low, and the pizza was delicious. It's a shame we only discovered later that their specialty was pizza by the slice, which is folded like a sandwich. If we return to Alghero, we'll definitely be back.

22/06/2026: We often come to Calabria, and the first thing we do in the morning is have breakfast there. Even after a year, they sometimes remember us. The staff and the owner are truly lovely, always smiling and friendly. Two Belgians thank you! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

14/05/2026: I stopped by for dinner because I was staying nearby. The upstairs dining room is small and cozy. The young woman who welcomed us, however, was less cheerful and a bit stiff about some of her movements. As soon as we entered, there was some fish on display, covered with a cloth that was removed when we entered. When we saw the menu, which was modest and different from what we'd seen online, she replied snidely that "we always change it." No potatoes or side dishes of that sort. So, very limited choice. Despite this, we ate very well, and the chef came into the dining room to say hello. This was greatly appreciated.

18/05/2026: A fantastic restaurant :) We felt completely at ease, and the owners were a wonderfully warm and welcoming couple who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. And what can I say? They succeeded. The appetizer platter was delicious, and the steak was cooked to perfection. However, the lamb was unfortunately a bit tough (though that could have been due to the animal), which is why it loses a star. This might seem like nitpicking, but at that price, I do expect a little more… Nevertheless, I can highly recommend the restaurant and especially the hosts :)

18/11/2025: Very positive experience both for the freshness and goodness of the food, but also for the welcome from the owner (I think), a polite and very professional girl, I have eaten there several times, the fried food excellent, the fregola super and the seadas with black dough and honey superlative, all top quality, I recommend it to everyone.
