10/11/2024: Sublime experience! We chose the "the sea and the fisherman" menu with wine pairing. Each dish is described to perfection and paired with excellent local wines. We were delighted by the flavours, aromas and quality of the raw materials. What can I say? We can't wait to return! Thank you Danilo and Luca for letting us live this pleasant experience 😊

17/08/2024: Il Vecchio Mulino is a real gem in the center of Sassari. Authentic Sardinian cuisine, tasty dishes and a super welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home straight away. A perfect place for a pleasant and relaxed evening!

06/12/2024: Cena per due persone in questo locale accogliente che trasmette una bella aria familiare, molto gentile e disponibile il personale di sala. Per quanto riguarda il cibo tanta ma tanta qualità, nelle materie prime e nelle preparazioni, abbiamo assaggiato tante cose, dalle monzette (buonissime) alla coratella, lumaconi ecc… complimenti sinceri, tornerò senz’altro a breve

04/12/2024: Pranzo top! Locale molto carino e accogliente come il proprietario e lo staff. ( musica compresa 😉) Piatti buonissimi, saporiti e di perfette porzioni. Troverete il pane caldo e croccante, sfornato da Gianluca, ottimo per le scarpette ( che non esiterete a fare 😜) Toccherà tornare per assaggiare il resto del menù 🤤 👏🏻

13/12/2024: Given that we didn't eat much, so I can't give a complete opinion. A good first course, a mixed fry, and a fried calamari for three. Discreet dishes, nothing more. Professionalism and friendliness of the owners, excellent service. The place is small and familiar.

07/09/2024: Unfortunately I can't comment on the food, the waiter was so rude that we left. It seems like they are annoyed by customers. I understand that they are tired of working, but without customers they can't make money. Thanks to that unfriendly waiter, we ate in a very good restaurant, with very friendly waiters.

07/09/2024: Superb food, very welcoming and friendly service, always very available and pleasant. Ok space, but with immense potential for improvement, it has a beautiful view of the city. Despite the name having “café” in it, it is quite surprising due to the view, the friendliness of the staff and above all the food! So this is a typical Italian restaurant 🇮🇹👌🏼

13/10/2024: Superlative, among the best first courses eaten in my life, we were coming from a rich aperitif and we only consumed a first course and a dessert, fantastic, the courtesy of the owner was also excellent.

17/08/2024: Great pasta, probably some of the best ever tried, and I've tried a lot. Restaurant was way to hot unfortunately, Aircon not great. Unlucky as was really humid night. Wait times for the food also long, which would have been less of an issue if it wasn't so blooming hot 🔥.

27/11/2024: Molto buono. Personale molto accogliente, disponibile, preparato ed affabile. Pesce fresco e di ottima qualità. Conto in linea con quanto mangiato. Se passate per Sassari andateci.

21/11/2024: Colleghi del luogo mi hanno descritto questo ristorante come uno dei migliori di Sassari e l'aspettativa non è andata delusa: abbiamo iniziato con una serie di antipasti di pesce fresco, tutti di qualità elevata, e poi una portata principale a testa. Io ho optato per i calamari alla griglia, che mi hanno sorpreso per la loro delicatezza. Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un ottimo vermentino sardo. Quando ho pagato il conto mi attendevo di spendere di più.

19/08/2024: Cool pizzeria. Here you can watch how your pizza is made. Mega interesting, like on an assembly line. Also good value for money and tasty. But it can take a while if there's a lot going on.

17/08/2024: Unfortunately we couldn't try the pizzas... Terrible delivery service, we called at 8:45 p.m. and they gave us an appointment for 10:00 p.m., it seemed late but we accepted. At 10:15 p.m. the pizzas had not arrived, we called and they told us that they had delivered them to other guys...to make matters worse, they did not take responsibility, I think they should check who they deliver the order to.

18/08/2024: L’Incantu resta sempre il ristorante migliore della zona. Pesce freschissimo cucinato in modo elegante e particolare, assortimento di vini veramente spaziale. Il MAITRE E SOMMELIER VINCENZO e’ una persona splendida, umile, PREPARATISSIMA. Riesce a creare un rapporto di altissimo livello con i clienti, accompagnandoli per tutta la cena con simpatia, tanta umiltà e prepazione rara. Tutto meritatissimo, esperienza magica .

17/08/2024: Servizio e soprattutto qualità del cibo scadenti considerati i prezzi del menu: ad esempio, la prima cacio e pepe “rivisita” con seppioline croccanti al profumo di mare aveva la consistenza simile alla gomma. Le seconde cacio e pepe rivisitate invece sapevano soltanto di lime e panna (uno scempio per la cucina italiana). La fregola, piatto sardo locale, conteneva soltanto 2 teste di scampi e il sapore era piuttosto sgradevole. Il fritto misto di mare, vorrei esimermi dal commentare, ma proprio non ci riesco, estremamente unto e gommoso (è stato rimandato in cucina). Le aspettative per questo ristornate erano alte, ciò non toglie che il cibo non fosse adeguato. I crudi di pesce come antipasto erano soddisfacenti, come l’aperitivo in terrezza e la vista. Va comunque precisato che dopo aver parlato con i titolari il conto è stato giustamente rivisto. Detto questo, mai più.

04/09/2024: Breathtaking place, with attention to every detail and from which you would never leave. The food is excellent, organized in a tasting where they continuously bring you samples of different types of meat (plus appetizers and side dishes). The price is justified, you eat a lot and you can have more if you want. All the staff are friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. The only advice I would give: say how many types of meat will arrive and in what order (it can help the eater to manage dinner better). Anyway I would recommend it, it's a special place and really good. Compliments!
