11/09/2025: This restaurant in Porto Rotondo is in a prime location (it was hard to find at night) and very quiet. It offers a well-presented menu and a decent wine list. The service is top-notch. Despite the fact that September isn't very busy in the area, neither the service nor the quality has suffered. I can't comment on the price because you're in Porto Rotondo. You wouldn't want to eat like at B.K. Highly recommended for many reasons, but what we liked most was the attention of the waiters and the owner himself. Thanks for the myrtle!!!!

08/09/2025: The location is simply unique on the Costa Smeralda, a fantastic, elegant little square with a breathtaking view. Prices are average for Porto Rotondo. Excellent food with a simple, typical local menu. Oscar-winning fregola. My heartfelt compliments to the entire staff. Absolutely not to be missed. You'll experience a special evening. Well done, and sincere congratulations.

17/09/2025: The location offers a beautiful view, but it's far from the city, so a car is necessary. The hotel is good for a weekend getaway, as there's no on-site entertainment. The breakfast was poor and identical throughout our seven-day stay. On the plus side, it was quiet and had plenty of space by the pool.

15/09/2025: Very good stay. Quiet hotel, great breakfast with a magnificent view. On the outskirts of Olbia and next to Pittulongu beach (book sunbeds with the hotel cat for a great rate and free parking). A receptionist speaks French and was lovely when we had some small problems and made calls for us in Italian. We will return to this establishment!

01/11/2025: Disappointing. As we'd say back home, this place is a case of "wanting to be something it's not." The food is quite average for the price: the fregula and chiusoni were nothing special; we had much better ones at other restaurants during our trip to Sardinia, and for a significantly lower price. Overall, everything at this restaurant has the "look" but lacks the "substance." It's pretty representative of Porto Rotondo in general: lots of "celebrity" nonsense, and in the end, nothing special.

02/10/2025: Excellent dinner featuring a remarkable amberjack ceviche and a good fish and shellfish soup. Perhaps a little too soupy, overpowering the underlying flavors. The white wine served was good, as was the myrtle dessert.

15/11/2025: I hadn't been to Caffè Veronese in years. I appreciated the friendliness of the barista (a smile always helps) and enjoyed a delicious cappuccino and cream-filled croissant. The bar is spacious and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend it!

20/10/2025: The worst place on the island. Don't waste your time going to this terrible place on such a beautiful island. Dirty, neglected, and an understocked supermarket.

06/01/2026: I was here today after a long time. My compliments for the warm welcome from the smiling, knowledgeable, and attentive staff. The place was spotless. Excellent food; everything was truly delicious, from the starter to the dessert.

03/01/2026: Excellent restaurant in Olbia's commercial district. Plenty of free parking nearby. Lunch menu starts at €12, excluding drinks, and includes any dish (from appetizer to dessert) as many times as you like. Good, well-cooked food. Friendly staff. Definitely worth a try.

16/09/2025: The hotel was well located, the bed and room were very good, the bathroom, and especially the shower, was too small. The staff was very friendly.

28/08/2025: An excellent experience. I had a truly memorable experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. I had the opportunity to taste dishes from times gone by, increasingly rare, and of exceptional quality. The care with which they were prepared was evident in every bite. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves traditional cuisine and wants a unique experience.

22/08/2025: The food is good, but the prices are out of proportion for what you get. A snapper tartare for €24 for two measly bites is simply absurd. There's no menu at the table: you order almost blind. The experience doesn't justify the final bill.

28/09/2025: Before calling, with only a few hours' notice, we hadn't read the reviews: MISTAKE. A friendly man answered the phone and assured us a reasonably priced spot for the same night (one car and two tents). Once we arrived, we discovered the campsite was a concrete parking lot covered in a thin layer of sand (so you can't pitch tents in the ground). One of us got out of the car and entered the dingy bar, where she was initially completely ignored. Then, after the man's nod, a middle-aged woman, with a vaguely disturbing demeanor, silently came outside to show us the campsite. We were motioned for her to get out of the car, while the woman tried to give directions to our driver in the parking lot, shouting, "The tree! THE TREE! THE TREE!!!!!" even though said tree was three meters away from the car. During the brief explanation of how the campsite works (not given voluntarily), the lady stopped and called her 45kg dog, Ginetto, yelling "GIGIIIII!!!" After leaving us to our own devices, very suspicious of us and with her watchful, penetrating gaze constantly on us all night, we attempted to use the reasonably clean bathrooms, which only had cold water; the hot water didn't even come on in time before it immediately shut off. We were scolded by the lady (who was watching our every move) several times during our very short one-night stay, as if we were children, for almost no reason. It must be said, however, that she was helpful, lending us the power plug, two plastic bags, and attempting to address the problem with our car, kindly in her own way.

01/10/2025: Decent restaurant, clean, well-decorated, decent food, exorbitant bill. The food quality is nothing exceptional. In my opinion, avoid it.

04/09/2025: We ate as a couple, huge portions, very modest seafood appetizer on the raw fish... 5 truffles and 3 oysters and a generous amberjack carpaccio priced at €30... the quality of the seafood was really high but a few additions didn't hurt... the first courses were really generous... very hectic service with a bit too much pressure from the waiters despite the place being half empty... overall a good restaurant but in need of a little tweaking...
