22/05/2025: Not really impressed after someone recommended this restaurant. Ordered a Sicilian pizza, however not all the ingredients included (i.e. Spicy sausage) yes I'm being petty aren't I but then given a service charge of 5€ and we were in and out in 30-40 mins, not impressed.

20/05/2025: We only had a tuna salad each, which was okay! Value for money too. The waitress stood yawning at the next table! He couldn't serve English-speaking guests, so we had to communicate with a translator app! The leaf blower was used while we were sitting in the restaurant.

22/05/2025: The only plus is the taste of the pizza! The service is terrible🤬 We sat down at a table of 3, which is designed for 4 people. And the waiter was VERY DISSATISFIED that we only took 1 pizza (we just wanted to taste what pizzas are made in Italy) we were not hungry, and what difference does it make to them? Finally, keep in mind that you do not order a coffee for 2 euros or a pizza for 18, you will pay 3 euros for each for service - which was completely unpleasant ( That is, one pizza for us came out to 30 euros. The waiter also had many free tables, 2 girls who came to a table for 4 people and he did not politely ask them to move to a table for 2 people. They first moved - but then just left. Because such an attitude is not pleasant!

There’s a wonderful woman from Poland on the team who was a highlight of our visits: kind, efficient, and with a genuine warmth that made us feel at home every time. Her presence was one of the main reasons we returned more than once. Her name is: Patrycja The interior of Ciao Bella is an experience in itself. The restaurant feels like a cozy gallery, with walls covered in beautiful, thoughtfully chosen artwork. It’s as if you’re dining inside a private art show, with each meal accompanied by a visual feast. Whether you’re sitting down for a casual bite or a long, relaxed dinner, the atmosphere is creative, welcoming, and intimate. Ciao Bella isn’t just the best pizza in Olbia—it’s a place that combines culinary excellence, heartfelt service, and inspiring ambiance. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit.

05/09/2024: Mi sono ritrovata come se mi fossi catapultata all’interno del programma “cucine da incubo”. Appena entrati l’ambiente già sembrava quello di un film horror, successivamente la cameriera ha iniziato a lamentarsi del cuoco e infine dove aver visto la fregola che ci è stata servita scotta e con un condimento surgelato scongelato probabilmente male, ci siamo dovuti alzare in preda al mal di pancia. Per non parlare del fatto che all’interno del locale vicino la porta della cucina c’era un puzzo asfissiante. Sconsiglio altamente, sarebbe un ristorante da chiudere immediatamente. Vergognoso!

05/06/2025: Nice restaurant. We were on time around 18.45 so there was nobody there yet. Was no problem and we could sit down. Our child got a drawing with crayons. They are very friendly and the food was good! Good price. There are a lot of tables and chairs which can make it chaotic when it is busy.

07/05/2025: Excellent restaurant! Great pasta, pizza and local seafood. Staff very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere very relaxed!

11/09/2024: If I could I would give zero stars. Half of the menu not available, the rest of the food defrosted or pickled. Waiting for more than an hour and only one waiter for the entire service... terrible.

03/06/2025: Simply wonderful! This place deserves much more than it has! Exceptional quality of raw materials, impeccable service and breathtaking view! I have been coming to Sardinia for years and it's been years since I ate so well! Absolutely everything perfect! Thank you so much, you are now a regular stop

30/05/2025: Fantastic location... but that was it. Completely missed the point. The starter and main course arrived at the same time. The main course was cold as a result. The potatoes I ordered with it arrived after the meal was finished. Champagne was ordered, but never arrived. And the waitress was at the table every two minutes, fiddling around. Have a drink there!!!! That's enough! The price for the service is completely overpriced.

15/05/2025: Improponibile passarci in alta stagione sempre pieno per cui bisogna approfittare dei mesi morti. Il locale è grande sala interna ed esterna ampio parcheggio e sempre affollato. Personalmente passo sempre a pranzo il menù è vario proposte di carne e di pesce. Cucina genuina come quella di casa, porzioni abbondanti occhio a non esagerare con gli ordini. Ottimi gli spaghetti con vongole e bottarga. Prezzi economici per la zona

11/05/2025: Encantador ambiente italiano, el ruidoso que nos encanta! Comida muy deliciosa, tuvimos mejillones, Frito misto, calamares a la parrilla, patatas fritas. Servicio rápido, aunque muy lleno la comida llegó en cuanto! Es una joya escondida dentro de un exuberante valle verde. Si usted está en la zona, simplemente deje caer para tener una sensación real de almuerzo italiano con deliciosos mariscos y para ser honesto la pasta con langosta se veía muy bien también!

07/06/2025: Delicious food at a reasonable price. The service was fabulous from start to finish, accommodating our kids with pasta not on the menu. Highly recommend the seared tuna. Would definitely go back. Thank you!

09/06/2025: I can't say much because we left shortly after settling in. We didn't feel welcomed or safe. Rude communication from the owner. Having a small child we probably didn't fit the managers' ideal target. Bathrooms with cold water, hot only in the showers and sinks for washing dishes.

11/10/2024: Een geweldig restaurant met een uitmuntende prijs product verhouding. Goede producten en goede voordelige huis wijn. Na de maaltijd krijg je altijd een glaasje mirte likeur. Goede bediening en snel wij vonden het erg gezellig.

26/09/2024: Se passate da San Teodoro non perdete tempo a cercar posti per cenare nel paesino, venite qui! Un ristorante davvero ottimo. Serve pizze deliziose ma non solo: ha un menù di tutto rispetto con lista vini eccellenti. I camerieri sono riguardosi e corrono come delle trottole senza mai farsi desiderare! Ho assaggiato gnocchi con vongole e bottarga squisiti con condimento a gogo. Una spigola al sale saporita che si esaltava ad ogni sorso di vino. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente! Tornerò sicuramente ai 4 venti di monte petrosu se passerò da San Teodoro!
