16/01/2026: The tasting menu is misleading; on Instagram it's advertised as an all-inclusive €20 deal, but when it comes time to pay, the bill magically increases. The food quality is okay, nothing exceptional, and the portions are very small.
06/01/2026: It's an excellent little restaurant, with plenty of personality both in its decor and its cuisine. The tasting menu is highly recommended.

10/11/2025: I was here on October 25, 2025, and had a nightmare experience. The beach was in terrible condition, littered with feces, garbage, used syringes, broken glass, cigarette butts, and bottles. This is because there are many nightclubs in the area that stay open until dawn. Besides disturbing everyone with their extremely loud music, they bring in a lot of drunk people to the beach, who leave it in that state. Security, again because of these individuals, is also very poor after a certain hour. A real shame.

29/09/2025: We ate here tonight – unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment.
• My wife ordered a recommended dish and only received three small shrimp for an extra €13. The total cost of the meal was just under €30 – completely overpriced.
• I ordered fried fish, but instead received a grilled platter, which was served cold to lukewarm at best. After I complained, the fish was simply heated up in the microwave – and I still charged €30.
• The tomatoes were hard and unripe (yellow), while the next table served ripe red tomatoes.
The final bill was almost €87 – for the wrong, cold, and poor quality food. The value for money is absolutely not there.
Conclusion: Terrible, overpriced, and absolutely not recommended. We definitely won't be back.
19/09/2025: Terrible experience. We stopped for a small gelato, decided to get it loose, and chose the small cup with two flavors. We didn't ask the price because it usually costs between 2 and 50/3 euros. For two, we paid 10 euros, and he wasn't giving us a receipt, so I asked for it. Don't even stop by for gelato. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

12/07/2025: The yogurt itself was good, but of the eight machines there, only three worked, meaning there were only three different varieties.
There were basically a lot of toppings, around 20, but almost all of them were empty or just crumbs or something. All in all, not a great experience.

20/08/2025: My experience is limited to the beach club, which I found both excellent and elegant. The staff were polite and knowledgeable, and the beach was very well-maintained. Highly recommended.
18/08/2025: We went one evening for a pizza, booked, it was just us and another family, the week of August 15th, the location itself is worth it but, waiter who did everything possible to save what could be saved, it says restaurant but it is not, draft beer sold out, pizzas questionable high prices, fried like Ascolana olives sold out, not all carbonated drinks available!!! What can I say? Not recommended!!

11/07/2025: Questo posto è perfetto… se vi va di essere trattati a pesci in faccia dalle simpaticissime cameriere e dal simpaticone del titolare. Basta leggere come risponde alle recensioni negative su Google per farsi un’idea della sua intelligenza e dell’incredibile senso dell’ospitalità.
Siamo arrivati io e mio marito alla reception dopo una mattinata in spiaggia, consigliati da alcuni locali che ci avevano suggerito questo chiosco per pranzo. Abbiamo gentilmente chiesto un tavolo per due, specificando la parola “toast”. Il locale era quasi vuoto.
La ragazza alla reception mostrava una certa incertezza e confusione, chiaramente non sapeva né accogliere né gestire la situazione. Ci ha detto che il locale era tutto prenotato e che non c’era un tavolo disponibile. Mio marito ha chiesto se tutta quella sala vuota fosse davvero prenotata, e lei ha risposto “sì sì, tutto prenotato”. Stavamo per andarcene, ma poi ci ha detto che aveva solo tavoli al sole (che non vedo dove fosse il problema). Abbiamo subito risposto: “certo, va benissimo”.
Ci sediamo, ma senza ricevere il menù. Arriva il titolare a prendere l’ordine, e mio marito gli fa notare che non ci era stato ancora portato. Il titolare risponde: “non vi è stato dato all’ingresso? Male! Molto male, molto male” (riferendosi alla receptionist). Ci porta infine un menù… solo delle bevande. Allora chiediamo il menù per il cibo e ci viene detto: “ah perché mangiate!?”. Rispondiamo di sì, che l’avevamo anche comunicato all’ingresso.
Nel frattempo, sposto leggermente la sedia per avere anch’io un po’ di vista mare, e una cameriera, piuttosto scorbutica, da qualche metro di distanza mi indica e dice: “sposta quella sedia dov’era prima!”. Testuali parole. Io, in silenzio, riporto la sedia dov’era.
A quel punto, mio marito ed io abbiamo deciso di alzarci ed andarcene con educazione. Consigliamo il Frontemare, dove ci siamo diretti subito dopo, scappando a gambe levate da quel tugurio vuoto e pieno di antipatia.

Alghero est beaucoup mieux moins chère et plus accueillant....j ai voulu changer....suis déçue...

14/10/2025: The neighboring Simbua restaurant has the same menu and the same cooks. Bad points for the disgusting, very dirty, and very greasy menus. We were on the terrace next to a strip of land full of trash (capsules, papers, etc.). The staff was friendly.
The lady offered to add a little octopus because my portion was too small.
We didn't quite understand the bill: €4 for the cutlery (we didn't see the notice on the menu) and €2, we don't know why.
The food was okay, but it seemed to us that only the lasagna was homemade. The dessert menu wasn't very interesting. We went elsewhere for ice cream. The bill was a bit too expensive given the quality.

27/10/2025: Unfortunately, much too expensive, for what it is 2 very small balls nine euros Which are crushed in a microscopic little pot, a great tourist scam ... I sincerely advise against this ice cream maker which must make a real effort ... move on
17/10/2025: Unfortunately, the quality is mediocre and for the price of two ice cream scoops they give you one scoop... the staff is not very nice.

23/08/2025: €25 for spaghetti with clams 🤯 crazy prices! A five-course appetizer €50 (what was caviar in the mix?) OVERPRICED! We're in Teulada, not Porto Cervo! Oh well, I know where I'm not going again.

06/02/2026: Disappointing lunch, with dishes served with ingredients that didn't live up to the menu; culungiones (small, raw, dumplings) that were almost undercooked and served with raw, cold tomato sauce; mussel soup with a watered-down, "brodaglia"-like sauce, and the mussels themselves were dry and inedible. The price didn't live up to the menu...
08/12/2025: All the boiled dishes were awful; they all seemed to have been reheated in the microwave. Fool me once, and I'll never go back. I recommend other places on Corso Vittorio. I can believe the dishes are cheaper than other places; I understand why.

17/07/2025: Locale con un atmosfera frizzante, nella piazza principale di Pula. Personale gentile e attento, con un occhio di riguardo verso il nostro cagnolino, essendo una serata molto calda, hanno subito portato dell'acqua a lui. Pizza molto buona, ingredienti di qualità e servizio veloce
16/07/2025: Ottima pizza in famiglia in una atmosfera piacevole della piazzetta di Pula. Personale molto gentile e attento nonostante i numerosi tavoli da servire. Lo consiglierei per una buona pizza nel centro del paese.
