04/11/2025: 5 stars aren't enough to express the quality of the rich, varied, delicious, and excellent menu. The staff is delightful, attentive, and extremely friendly. Of course, there's a sea view. I recommend this restaurant #ilmiraggio in #villasimius. A large and elegant space, but not pretentious, and casual, casual attire is perfect after a day at the beach. Ample parking is available. If you go, you'll go back, and we'll be back tomorrow for the third time in a week. The dishes speak of Sardinia, its flavors, the freshness of the catch. What to try? Everything! Take a look at the photos I posted. And anyone who goes there will surely tell me "this local guide" was right. Thank you so much for the exquisite welcome and friendliness.

27/10/2025: Beautiful location, the only seaside restaurant in Villasimius!! In fact, it's impossible to find a table during the summer months. Excellent service, with the owner stopping by to take orders. The food is very good, but the location, right on the beach, makes all the difference. At the end of the meal, I drank an excellent Filu Ferru, but unfortunately, I forgot to ask for the producer.

24/08/2025: My advice is to not stay at this place. It doesn't look like a holiday resort, but rather like a MILITARY BARRACKS. The lady is very arrogant and rude. For the money he took, it's not worth it. I'd like to understand who gave him permission to run an agritourism business. NEVER AGAIN!

15/08/2025: A couple's vacation during the August bank holiday. The farmhouse's location is strategic for visiting the area's main attractions. Mrs. Maria Antonietta and her staff were very welcoming, helpful, and attentive to detail. The highlight is the breakfast, with fresh baked goods every morning, fresh seasonal fruit, and fabulous homemade jams (the pomegranate one is a must-try). The rooms are impeccably clean, with linens changed daily. You can also combine your stay with dinner, at a reasonable price, at the excellent restaurant run by Chef Giuseppe, the lady's son, with a vast menu featuring both fish and meat specialties and an excellent selection of wines. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, we will definitely be back!

02/08/2025: I happened to be passing by and appreciated the excellent pastry shop and the professionalism and courtesy of the bartenders. If I ever come back to Cagliari, I'll definitely be back.

05/12/2025: I recently dined at this restaurant, and while the service was friendly and welcoming, the steak I was served had a significantly higher fat content. Unfortunately, despite my feedback, the staff took no action. Overall, a somewhat disappointing experience that I hope they can improve in the future.

22/08/2025: An outdoor steakhouse pizzeria, with a well-kept and well-lit garden, live music, and friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. The thin-crust pizza is delicious...everything they serve is top-quality. I recommend it to families, couples, etc.

26/11/2025: We went to this restaurant a few days ago for lunch. Our first impression wasn't great; the restaurant area is quite small, with small, closely spaced tables, and a bit too basic. However, I must say the service was very friendly, and we enjoyed the food—well-cooked, fresh, and flavorful, with interesting and contemporary combinations. We'll probably return, even though the prices are on the high side.

26/08/2025: A small restaurant in true "seafront" style. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed were the menu placemats covering the windows from the inside, for some reason or other. The food is below average, especially considering the price: you can taste the quality ingredients and the desire to improve, but the dishes are confusing. In particular, the tagliolini allo scoglio al nero di seppia is a Pollock of flavors: a striking visual effect, but in the mouth, everything blends together, and the sauce dominates, completely covering the fish (I tried some raw scampi on its own, and it was very good). The pasta with clams and bottarga was good, but it's also a shame about the culurgiones, which are well-made but topped with a very acidic sauce that covers everything. Fried fish and umbrina (if I remember correctly) are good, the wine is average in both quality and variety. Disappointing service, there were a couple of mistakes when taking orders. I highly recommend using a notebook and being more humble, but the worst was when the waitress made us pay by card and ate a spoonful of fregola for every transaction. Family-run business doesn't mean being related to the customers, but making the people who choose you feel at home. In conclusion, not recommended.

04/08/2025: Very, very fresh and very good! I recommend it especially after a day at the beach! We had the octopus, fish and chips and calamari, then the tiramisu for dessert! Everything was very good! The service was fast and the waitress spoke French and was very, very nice.

19/09/2025: The waitresses have always been polite to us. From what I gather, there are only two of them, unless there's a major event, when there's more staff. There are plenty of tables, both inside and outside. The food was served quickly and was good! The pizza gets a solid 8.5/10 :) The spaghetti alla bottarga is a bit too boring in my opinion (besides the pasta and bottarga, I didn't taste anything else there), but I didn't have anything else to compare it to. I've had better tiramisu. We went three times. The radio was always loud in the background.

12/12/2025: The fried seafood with red mullet, calamari, and shrimp was excellent. The appetizers were also average: mussels with fresh vegetables, mullet with a light scabeccio sauce, the classic octopus and potatoes, and whitebait fritters. Beans, tuna, and surimi were also added. Spaghettini in red sauce with shrimp and in white sauce with clams and bottarga were also popular. Coffee and an after-dinner drink to finish. Professional and efficient service. Modern and tidy.

21/09/2025: Very popular pastry shop in Quartu and often crowded. Average quality of pasta, great variety and truly competitive prices. There is no table service. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

03/10/2025: We received a warm welcome right away, even though we arrived for dinner on a whim. The chef personally gave us perfect advice when ordering. The food was freshly prepared and delicious, and the service from the very young team was prompt and polite. We felt very comfortable and welcome, and the bill was so reasonable that we enjoyed the rest of the evening and went home satisfied and happy. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back. ❤️😍

30/10/2025: October 30th, off-season. It's nice to find an open restaurant in a prime location. However, it doesn't make much sense when, as a customer, you can clearly see that the kitchen should really be closed. I order a glass of red wine. Not only is it straight from the fridge, but there's also only 0.1 liters in the slightly dirty glass. When I ask if it's available at the usual temperature for red wine, I'm told that it's only available in full bottles. Oh well, I'll just drink the small sip chilled, no big deal. Whatever possessed me, I order linguine de mare, because the waiter assured me that everything was fresh. What I was served was a plate of finely chopped stuff that had clearly come from a 5kg bag of frozen food. My side salad was supposed to be a nice, simple tomato and onion salad. What arrived was a quartered tomato and an onion carelessly thrown on top. No dressing. I didn't eat any of it, so I had plenty of time afterward to write my most detailed review ever. It's a shame, because so far I've only experienced the best of Italian cuisine, especially when it comes to simple dishes. I would be happy if this review wasn't deleted, but rather seen as a suggestion.

27/10/2025: I was very happy with this experience, which I repeated shortly thereafter. Excellent pizza and friendly waiters. I definitely recommend it.
