15/02/2026: Red Velvet is wonderful, like all the desserts I've tasted and tried again and again. Every dessert in this pastry shop exceeds expectations. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, even the packaging, and the service is always pleasantly cheerful and courteous. See you next time.

28/10/2025: The hotel requires a complete renovation. Some rooms are supposedly renovated, but not completely... the rooms are partially repainted, the rest need renovation. The hotel is neglected, the lobby near the reception with its old, dirty furniture doesn't make a good impression, and the terrace wasn't swept or washed during our week-long stay. The garden was neglected, and there were no sun loungers or chairs in the garden to relax in the sun. Breakfast was very basic; there was nothing hot to eat, only jams and sweets. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The location is remote, and the beach is small and dirty. Service was okay.

01/05/2026: Very average for Italy. We ordered paninis (aka burgers) and they were prepared as if we were making them at home on the grill. In short, it was not worth the price.

22/11/2025: Lunch with friends; we ordered a mixed grill, which was very, very good, everything excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly. I'm not giving it more than 4 stars for two reasons: the meat arrived lukewarm, and we were cold inside, even though it was a freezing day. Overall, a very positive experience.

09/06/2026: We went for lunch, the food was great, and the waiter was friendly. He readily let us test our Italian language skills. The food was very good.

05/06/2026: The restaurant's terrace offers a beautiful view of the mountain. The terrace is spacious. We had antipasti and pizza. It was delicious. I like the pizza in Sardinia. It's thin, but soft, unlike the pizza in Tuscany. My husband, a Tuscan, raves about the pizza here. The service at the restaurant was so-so. We waited quite a long time for our order to be taken. They brought the wrong pizza. I was hungry, so I didn't change it, and the pizza was good. My husband had a pizza that had everything: seafood, salmon, and bottarga. There were a ton of toppings, but he said there were too many flavors.

17/05/2026: Food lacks flavour, the fish had bad parts and the shrimps tasted only like sea water. They weren’t properly seasoned as well as the fish and squid. The fish was the best out of the entire order. Shrimps I’d say was a no no. It was basically only looks but taste wise left a lot to be desired.

17/05/2026: The food was mediocre but overpriced, and the service was terrible. We had to wait a long time before the server even asked what we wanted to eat. Then there was another long wait. The salad consisted only of lettuce with no dressing. The restrooms were disgusting. Even washing your hands after eating was unacceptable.

03/04/2026: A welcoming and clean place in the heart of the Villanova neighborhood... always great music in the background, a wide selection of delicious beers, and excellent food. The owners are two friendly, knowledgeable women who are always ready to welcome you with a smile.

26/04/2026: Graduation Party. While the waiters were excellent and extremely helpful, in my opinion, the decisions of the person we were told was the owner undermined the event. From the moment we entered, along with attendees from another event who hadn't been informed of the presence of another party, to the fact that about 30 of us were crowded into a small room opposite the kitchen exit, the repeated requests to celebrate by acting like members of the Celestine Sisters or using sign language so as not to disturb the other room, to finally telling us that we had to leave the room at around midnight because "they were closing," when the attendees from the other event continued for at least another hour. I'm sorry, but I personally wouldn't recommend hosting an event here until they change their ways.

06/06/2026: Excellent food and service. I enjoyed the simply delicious spaghetti with a tomato sauce and added a bit of garlic. It was excellent. So it's very easy to enjoy a vegan meal here. They also have marinara pizzas. My wife really enjoyed her carbonara too. And it's well priced with lovely sea views.

11/06/2026: After its recent, completely revamped renovation, I think it's one of the best places in Cagliari for breakfast. It's a real pleasure to sit at a table in the shade and enjoy their Viennese pastries: light, fragrant, and just as good as French ones.

21/04/2026: Quite disappointing. Aside from the location, there's more to it than just the service, which these poor guys tried to put their face on, and we have to give them credit for that. The Spritz was water. When I pointed it out, another water one arrived, but this time warm. A couple behind me had the same situation... and they didn't pay. A little further ahead, a young man was served a cold cappuccino. The tables were dirty, the umbrellas were figurative because they were broken and wouldn't open. Well, no way.

19/04/2026: After spending 20 minutes waiting for someone to come take our order, with most of the tables empty, we called the waiter, who replied that since they had too many pending orders, there was no point in taking our order... and that's the second time we're leaving.

12/04/2026: Il Baretto is located in the main square of Santa Teresa Gallura and is a truly pleasant place to stop for a drink or a snack. Outdoor tables and sofas are perfect for enjoying the atmosphere of the square. The cocktail menu is extensive and top-notch: impeccably prepared, among the best I've ever tasted. The food is also excellent, with gourmet sandwiches made with quality ingredients. Service is quick and efficient, with minimal wait times. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive to their customers—one of the restaurant's true strengths. Special thanks to the owner, Aldo, who is always helpful and welcoming. Prices are in line with Sardinian fare, but absolutely justified by the quality offered. A place definitely worth a visit, highly recommended!

23/04/2026: Traditional cuisine, prepared as it should be, truly delicious. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, making it easy to move around. I'd like to highlight the bathroom: large, comfortable, and designed for ease of use. A restaurant that deserves recognition for its quality and attention to detail.

18/04/2026: Tourist trap! Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at the restaurant. We got served rotten food and suffered from a severe food poisoning afterwards. Once we complained that it tasted off the owner just yelled at us infront of the other guests. It is very unfortunate because the ambience ans position is nice but due to the rude owner and lack of good quality food, I would suggest to give it a big pass!
