13/10/2025: A great alternative to the crazy prices at the port. Excellent pizza, beer, and chips. I recommend it, just 100 meters from the port.

22/09/2025: AVOID! The waitress is incredibly rude, one of the worst I've ever seen. (From what I understand, she finishes work on October 31st, and I hope she changes jobs because she can't do this job anywhere else.) I'll skip the details; it's better. Furthermore, the cover charge is €3 per person (and it's not worth it), the prices are high, but everything is low quality, and if you order takeout pizzas, they charge you an extra €1 for each takeout pizza. It doesn't make sense. I will never come again.

04/07/2025: L'ingresso del ristorante mi ha lasciata perplessa ,un po' malmesso ,facciata scrostata,non invita ad entrare, l'interno è composto da una sala piccola con tavoli vicini, i bagni sarebbero da rifare. Abbiamo mangiato discretamente, i culurgiones al sugo un po' insipidi,la fregola con frutti di mare buona, ma a parer mio i prezzi dei piatti sono un po' alti per un locale del genere, tipo 16 euro un'insalatina di ceci pomodorini e rucola mi sembra un po' esagerato,con the fork si può provare..... Il prezzo del piatto è dato dalla qualità e anche dal luogo dove lo consumi Buono il servizio

28/10/2025: I usually sit outside if possible, we just have coffee, or spremute. Very kind and efficient staff. Excellent coffee. Often quite busy, but that's to be expected when a visit is always pleasant!! Very nice place.

22/10/2025: Delicious breakfasts, as well as aperitifs and refreshments. The owner is very patient and attentive to guests' requests. Vegetarian dishes and options are also available; just ask.

04/11/2025: A quiet, welcoming environment and the meat is delicious, the horse steak is super and Paola's welcome is a guarantee... without forgetting the tiramisu with saiwa gold which is a real delight

26/09/2025: The restaurant is located in a small street in the center of Cagliari, very clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly and kind, if you want to eat a good steak in Quartu I recommend you go there

Sikania is much more than a simple restaurant: it is a journey into the authentic flavors of Sicilian tradition, revisited with creativity and passion. 16/06/2025: Io e mio marito abbiamo voluto assaggiare il pesce crudo in questo ristorante perché ci è stato consigliato da molti abitanti locali. Abbiamo quindi preso: 6 gamberi rossi di seconda scelta (la prima purtroppo non c'era), 4 scampi, due ostriche e una tartare di tonno eccezionale. Buon sapore e prezzo leggermente più alto rispetto ad altri ristoranti ma vale per l'attenta cura del locale. (35€ gamberi, 14€ scampi e 8€ ostriche). Abbiamo proseguito con un fritto misto, buono, giusta porzione ma niente di eccezionale e gli spiedini di pesce spada. Questi ultimi devo dire, che ci hanno sorpreso perché erano davvero ottimi e morbidi. Abbiamo concluso con due seadas (fatte in casa) davvero spettacolari. Due bottiglie d'acqua e una coca cola, totale 139€. Abbiamo dovuto attendere circa mezz'ora prima della prima portata ma un cameriere si è accorto della nostra attesa senza che dicessessimo nulla, e ha provveduto a farci servire. Il resto della cena è continuato con giusti tempi. Sicuramente un ristorante da provare.

15/06/2025: Molto buono il pesce e l’attenzione al cliente e stata adeguata, anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è senza dubbio corretto, merita una visita.

11/10/2025: Absolutely the best restaurant in San Teodoro. Very cozy interior in the courtyard, incredibly good food and great service. We had lunch twice and dinner once here, would definitely have gone there more times. Both the pizza and pasta were super good. Highly recommend!!

25/09/2025: The tortelli filled with wild boar ragù and topped with pecorino fondue are excellent. The roast suckling pig and seada (a type of stew) are also delicious.

20/09/2025: Restaurant review. It's a hotel restaurant on the first floor. The dining room is nothing special, but the staff is well-trained, friendly, and efficient. The menu seems interesting, but unfortunately has three major flaws. 1. The dishes always lack flavor. We ordered the offal, which I'd say was banal. The truffle meatballs were too breaded and fried poorly, covering all the flavors. The Eevada was tasteless. The wild boar tortelli were a positive, although they were too cheesy. 2. Small and unsatisfactory portions. 3. Prices are too high for the portions and overall quality. Too bad.

02/10/2025: Very nice place to stop, excellent ice cream and coffee, nice saleswomen. The dog, a Chihuahua, didn't bother anyone, on the contrary we were offered water. The restaurant next door also looks very nice.

07/09/2025: I'm giving one star only because zero isn't allowed. A run-down place that smells old and dirty, with dirty walls. Receipts and menus sitting on piles of supposedly clean dishes. Food of poor quality and questionable freshness. Non-existent service, practically zero customer service, and long wait times. Coincidentally, the POS wasn't working (he says it fell over and it's locked up), so payment is cash only. We were the third table to arrive, and three others arrived after us; we were the last to eat. Furthermore, the service at the other tables was prompt because the people were local and he knew them. We ordered a plate of ravioli with tomato sauce, a plate of fregola with clams, and a bottle of still water for a total of €34.50. The menu stated a €2 cover charge, but we paid €2.50 each. At our table, the bread was thrown practically at the end of the meal, while at the others it arrived immediately. We were the only table with regular bread instead of carasau. AVOID, IT'S A NIGHTMARE-LIKE KITCHEN
