01/11/2025: Disappointing. As we'd say back home, this place is a case of "wanting to be something it's not." The food is quite average for the price: the fregula and chiusoni were nothing special; we had much better ones at other restaurants during our trip to Sardinia, and for a significantly lower price. Overall, everything at this restaurant has the "look" but lacks the "substance." It's pretty representative of Porto Rotondo in general: lots of "celebrity" nonsense, and in the end, nothing special.

02/10/2025: Excellent dinner featuring a remarkable amberjack ceviche and a good fish and shellfish soup. Perhaps a little too soupy, overpowering the underlying flavors. The white wine served was good, as was the myrtle dessert.

30/08/2025: I expected better from the reviews, but for me the ice cream isn't creamy and the flavor isn't very strong. As soon as you take it, it starts dripping right away, not even having time to get it to the table. Furthermore, the price is too high.

13/11/2025: From riches to rags. We went to Silvana's as soon as she opened her restaurant; in the early days, the location had only a few tables, but the welcome and service were familiar: "you felt right at home," with local specialties, friendly service, and affordable prices. Then, over time, money took over, and everything that had a familiar feel (the quality of the dishes, terracotta wine jugs, terracotta glasses, and at the end of the meal, coffee, liqueurs, and desserts on the house) was affected by the business. So, the rooms were expanded and the menu was revised (reduced), with prices (€40) no longer affordable for everyone. Essentially, the food quality deteriorated, the service worsened, and the prices skyrocketed. Highly not recommended.

05/10/2025: A bad experience all around: We were there on a Sunday evening in early October. There were few customers. The seafood appetizer was okay, nothing special, but a good portion. Then my main course arrived. I assumed it was the wrong dish and asked the waitress about it. She didn't understand me, so I asked her to bring the menu again. Another, young waiter who spoke English came over. I explained to him that it was the wrong dish, and he asked me who we had ordered from. I said it was an older gentleman. I suspect he was the head waiter. The young waiter went over and told him the wrong order. I could see from a distance that he was visibly annoyed. Then my partner's meal arrived 10 minutes later, and it was already cold. My new meal arrived 15 minutes later. So we had to eat separately. The portion was very small. Not even a kind word from the head waiter. Simply embarrassing. The food itself was plain, but extremely expensive. To be fair, the seafood pasta, which was only available for two or more people, looked much better. Conclusion: A total rip-off. There are much better options.

02/10/2025: We wanted to put 2 tables together because the table for 4 was in the aisle and in the wind. We were told that it wasn't because of the table number. We were ignored and not served. We then left. The waiters were still grinning. Yes, that was the last time we had a wonderful lunch by the sea in Orosei in the Lungomare. It was excellent. Well, the Corallo has at least 4 guests less.

22/10/2025: I have been travelling around Sardinia for 3 weeks and our meal at Federico's has been one of the best. The roasted pecorino and savoury take on seadas was fantastic! Thank you for a memorable culinary experience while in Sardinia.

12/10/2025: Great food and super ambience, broad menu options and very nice house wines. Service was nonchalant at best but does not matter as everything else was great and view of church in piazza was nice

06/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, and being in Sardinia on vacation, I expected a different quality. We ordered a seafood salad and seafood linguine. The salad had an unpleasant smell, so they replaced it, but it was no big deal, while the linguine was too greasy and lacked any seafood flavor. The prices were really high for the location and the food they served. A disappointment.

03/08/2025: Cucina sopraffina, servizio impeccabile, panorama mozzafiato. I prezzi sono alti ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Ci tornerò appena possibile.

27/07/2025: Location top, posizione eccezionale, zona molto tranquilla. Chef al top, piatti da primato. Personalmente consiglio antipasto marinato, pasta alle vongole e fregola. Prezzo da super top

16/10/2025: The best place for breakfast in Capoterra. A very welcoming atmosphere with decorated interior walls. Both indoor and outdoor seating.

14/10/2025: The hotel is very central and convenient for public transportation and nearby attractions. Access is a bit awkward with heavy luggage.

11/10/2025: The hotel is beautifully located among the Marina alleys. It's very clean and offers excellent service, and the staff is wonderful and extremely friendly. Highly recommended!

17/07/2025: Nous avons dîné à la Trattoria da Toti. Les plats étaient corrects, sans plus. Nous avons goûté des pâtes aux crevettes rouges et des raviolis à la ricotta, qui étaient plutôt moyens par rapport aux avis qu’on avait vus. Le rapport qualité-prix n’était pas idéal, et on était un peu serrés sur la terrasse. Les serveurs étaient sans plus, mais ça restait bon dans l’ensemble.

08/07/2025: Super friend staff. They went above and beyond for me and my kids. The food was fresh and the atmosphere couldn’t be better. Highly recommend.

11/11/2025: There's not much to say, everything was perfect!!!! 5-star food with reasonable prices and top-notch management.... Spaghetti with bottarga, mussels, and clams??? 10 out of 10

10/10/2025: Even in Italy, you sometimes have to come across pasta that's bland and lacks any character. I don't recommend our pasta selection. The rest was okay, the service and atmosphere of the place itself were impeccable, but the food was subpar.

01/09/2025: A beautiful restaurant with a lovely little terrace. The welcome was warm and welcoming. Excellent wine list and refined cuisine. We saw one of the chefs picking herbs in the small garden 😍. The dishes we ordered were delicious and the prices very reasonable.

14/09/2025: We stayed at this farmhouse as guests at a wedding... a fairytale location, delicious food, and incredibly kind staff.... Highly recommended.... we'll be back very soon.
