12/07/2025: We had lunch today at Gaonas in Martina Franca, and it was a wonderful experience: dining al fresco at charming shaded tables and sampling Gaonas's specialties was truly satisfying for me and my loved ones. The entire staff was distinguished by their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism. The whole-wheat bread and homemade taralli are served hot and fill the entire table with delicious aromas! I recommend everyone stop by Gaonas for lunch or dinner, as it's truly a sensory experience that satisfies every palate!

23/06/2025: A quiet meal in a very quiet alleyway. We shared plates, beautifully presented and perhaps one of the best meals of our time in Puglia. The service was attentive.

08/08/2025: Très bien situé dans le centre historique au pied de la cathédrale, ce restaurant propose les spécialités régionales cuisinées magnifiquement. Les plats sont généreusement servis dans de la belle vaisselle et très bien travaillés. Il s agit du premier restaurant du séjour ou l on se régale vraiment. Le service est top également.

08/08/2025: Actually v good. Slight concern at first blush that it was going to be a tourist trap but the food, service and wine were all excellent. We had several of the antipasti to share and then a primo each. The salumi, cheese, fired zucchini flowers and focaccia were all as good as it gets. Primi were also pretty flawless - the fish and meat were fresh and the pasta well seasoned. We also had a bottle of Fiano which was super well priced and delicious. I would thoroughly recommend for a beautifully positioned spot of lunch in M. Franca.

23/08/2025: We came here on a recommendation from someone because I wasn't familiar with this place. The staff and service were excellent, dynamic, courteous, and polite. I'm celiac, and I can say theirs is one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever had (the one in the photo is the one in front). Even my boyfriend, who ordered a regular pizza, was surprised by the quality of the dough and ingredients. You can also order gluten-free fried foods. The atmosphere is very clean, welcoming, quiet, and not very noisy. The interior is very beautiful. The only flaw is the outdoor area; it's very pretty with its lights, but in my opinion it lacks depth and could use a bit more sprucing up to create more atmosphere. We were extremely satisfied and happy, and we'll be back with great pleasure!

04/06/2025: Wonderful! The only authentic encounter with the best Chinese cuisine in all of Taranto and its province. Fabulous welcome and impeccable service. Clean, tasty, fair quality/price ratio. EXCELLENT AND TO BE RE-DONE EVERY TIME YOU WANTED GOOD CHINESE FOOD. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

03/05/2025: Everything was soooooo good!!!!!!! from the classic routine focaccias to the new focaccias proposed by the staff. Location created on the theme of the late character "TONY". Possibility of eating the various specialties on site. Personally I have tasted them all and defining the best one is a very difficult and arduous task. Try it yourself if you can***

26/08/2025: I went there yesterday for the first time... honestly, given the reviews, I expected more. The dough wasn't the softest, and I had trouble swallowing because it was very dry and hard when cold... the cured meats were badly cut because they were too thick... the price was normal.
