Dishes with attention to detail and rich in taste, unique and original, not to mention the professionalism and seriousness of the owner and the waiters, all top.

11/03/2025: We took a land-sea starter, nice, good... the first was the "ficarigna" specialty, pasta creamed in the form of parmesan... more scene than anything else... the pasta was good, you can see it's made by them, but overall very heavy, a welcoming and well-kept place, fast and kind service.
09/03/2025: I return to have lunch at this place after a few years. Still excellent quality/price ratio, professional and competent staff, highly respectable location (Specchia is one of the most beautiful municipalities in the Province of Lecce) and in general a warm welcoming atmosphere... Congratulations!

15/02/2025: In this homemade trattoria in the small mirror you can glimpse an exciting harmony, better than if you were at home I can assure you that everything is excellent from the owner to the waiters, every little detail is taken care of by the kindness of the owner Siegfried, a cheerful and nice person in every sense, excellent food, great everyone, keep up the good work Siegfried and come on Lecce.
03/02/2025: A very nice pizzeria with traditions. Excellent and friendly service. Prices moderate. The only drawback is that it's difficult to get a table without a reservation, but I managed. I recommend.

30/12/2024: Enchanting and evocative location, attentive service and tasty, quality food. Music selection in line with expectations. Applause for the ability to maintain the recovery of the places faithful to the history of the place, the fireplace is impressive and the chandeliers are truly remarkable. History and traditions in the places and on offer.

07/02/2025: Locale molto carino, antico e ristrutturato, bella atmosfera. Prodotti di qualità sia dolce che salato. Ho potuto finalmente mangiare il pasticciotto al pistacchio perché lo propongono anche senza lattosio! Buonissimo, molto soddisfatta!

28/12/2024: Tutto eccellente, ma nel vero senso della parola 'eccellente'. Servizio, qualità e tipo di cottura delle pietanze, atmosfera, lista dei vini e prezzi. Nulla da eccepire.
17/11/2024: Pranzare a Braceria Laniena è stata veramente una rivelazione. Materia prima di ottima qualità, personale qualificato ed educato, una cucina che ti fa sentire a casa. Complimenti a Braceria e al suo staff. Ci siamo riproposti di ritornare quanto prima. Ottima anche la selezione dei vini. Consigliatissimo

06/09/2024: Questo posto ci ha accolto più volte e sempre in modo cordiale. Abbiamo sempre trovato un ottimo servizio e il menù ha una vasta scelta sia per il ristorante che per la pizzeria. Ogni pietanza è davvero bella abbondante, l'impiattamento è curato e bello da vedere e al conto non abbiamo avuto "brutte sorprese" ma pagato assolutamente il giusto. Il locale, all'esterno, è attrezzato di un parco giochi ben fornito e i nostri bambini hanno giocato tranquilli con la giusta distanza dagli altri tavoli per non creare disturbo. Anche quando il locale era pieno di gente il servizio ristorante/pizzeria è stato veloce e il personale competente, paziente, disponibile e garbato. Abbiamo trovato ottimo e ben fornito anche il servizio bar tanto che ci siamo fermati anche dopo cena con gli amici per bere e chiacchierare, con i bambini che si divertivano al parco giochi. Abbiamo trascorso delle belle serate, a volte anche con musica dal vivo. Sarà stata l'estate, o la musica o il buon cibo ma noi siamo stati veramente ben accolti e ci ritorneremo senza dubbio.
29/08/2024: non andrei neanche gratis a mangiare quello che si poteva mangiare un po pizza o frittura ...il carpaccio di pesce e di carne da incubo per non parlare del vino della casa che non era da bere specialmente quello imbottigliato che anno avuto anche il coraggio di pagarselo visto che era compreso nel prezzo a persona.....parliamo del bar.....servire il caffe in un piccolo bicchiere di carta e da pezzenti...e non solo il caffe ...un Amaro Averna servito in un piccolissimo bicchiere di carta con un cubetto di ghiaccio i neanche 1 cm di amaro averna dentro...neanche la bocca si e bagnata.....conclusione .........avere un Hotel e Ristorante e poi servi queste cose e da incubo,,,,,,,,peccato
