27/01/2025: Having been a regular customer of the bar for a long time, last Sunday I entered the place to join some friends, who were already sitting at a table for an aperitif.
After greeting the staff with: "Good evening", I head towards my friends' table and, in greeting them, I am interrupted by a waiter who had specifically come from the counter to the table, to say in a loud voice that "when you enter the locals say hello", calling me rude in front of the whole room.
Never again in the restaurant until that waiter has learned to respect his customers.
The rest of the staff are always polite and friendly

10/12/2024: We tried to go to this place several times (from afar), but one day it was closed, another on the internet said open but it was closed, another day there was a sign saying: "closed today" but it had been there for 3 days (reported by nearby places) in short, no hope to try this place. Maybe update times and days on the internet THANKS

12/01/2025: A truly excellent place, simple as the name suggests, but welcoming and well-kept both in terms of location and dishes 💓
They have typical local dishes, proposals with fresh fish, all very good! I tried some prawn gnocchi which was a proposal of the day (€18), while my fellow diners tried other first courses from the plant-based menu and it was all delicious, the pasta itself was of excellent quality.
Even the desserts were home made.
The service was fast and attentive, the owner was able to advise us in a very nice and friendly way, without being intrusive. Highly recommended place!

19/01/2025: The Kenzia? I remember it was there already in the nineties, when I attended nearby schools. I come back from time to time with great pleasure to enjoy excellent aperitifs and cocktails together with my best friends. Hospitality and service are always at the top.

10/12/2024: I stopped by for dinner alone on a business trip during the winter. Super welcoming, delicate and discreet service. I asked for a salad not on the menu and they made it easily, broad bean and chicory soup top.
12/11/2024: We chose to spend the Saint Martin's evening here attracted, in all honesty, by a fixed menu proposal at 25 euros each including drinks. We didn't expect much but we had to think again. The service was truly excellent: attentive and professional waitresses, as well as kind; abundant servings and with attention to aesthetics as well as being of quality and well prepared. Really very satisfied with the service, congratulations

I chose my usual Gallipoli flavored ice cream, a real delight that I never tire of. As if that wasn't enough, I also purchased the same flavored panettone, and I must say that it was an extraordinary discovery! As a Graphic Designer I loved the panettone packaging.
The quality of the products is unquestionable and you can perceive the attention they put into every detail. As always for Martinucci, however, prices are high considering the local competition. Obviously even in this case you also pay for the name.
04/01/2025: Qui, come negli altri Martinucci, dolci e bevande sono validi. Decisamente meno il gelato. Il personale nella media e’ gentile, si da’ da fare ma, soprattutto, sembra sempre sotto pressione. Anche nelle ore meno trafficate. Ciò che negativamente accomuna tutti i punti che ho sperimentato è’ l’insopportabile volume della musica: questa non è’ il piacevole sottofondo alle conversazioni dei clienti, ma il rumore che fa si che seduti al tavolo si faccia fatica a capirsi e quindi si vada via prima possibile. Se è’ una tecnica per liberare presto i tavoli trovatene, per favore, una più gentile.
Se invece no, abbassate il volume: è’ un bar, non una discoteca. . Quando l’ho richiesto personalmente ho avuto risposte sconcertate, come avessi violato sacre leggi divine. In ogni caso la mia esperienza presso Martinucci è’ chiusa finché il problema rumore non sarà risolto.

17/12/2024: Abbiamo fatto aperitivo in questo locale in coppia, non essendo presente un menù abbiamo ordinato patatine, un po' di fritti da dividere, una birra e un calice di vino. Al momento di pagare siamo rimasti sorpresi dal conto, spendendo 20€ a testa. Il problema è che un piatto di frittini (12 pezzi) costa 10€, mentre i prezzi di patatine e bevande sono in linea con altri locali. Complessivamente niente di che, ma se decidete di andare evitate di prendere i fritti..
18/09/2024: sono venuto per una pizza in compagnia con amici, si prospettava una serata tranquilla, ma ci troviamo i pizzaioli che giocano con una bolla di pasta cruda e le cameriere che pettegolezzano con le suddette. Le pizze portate sono variegate: da una pizza alta con impasto crudo ad un altra sottile quasi carbonizzata. Professionalità poco rilevata. Esperienza consigliata se volete rimanere a bocca asciutta.
