04/01/2026: We found it by chance, passing through Maglie, and were lucky enough to stumble upon this excellent restaurant. Here you'll find old-fashioned cuisine, everything excellent, and a welcoming place, you'll feel right at home. We'll definitely be back!!! Congratulations!!! Roberta and family
23/11/2025: The main courses took longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. We ordered spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti aglio, oleo e peperoncino, and the main courses were especially delicious. However, the mixed fried appetizer was disappointing. The only good thing about it was the fries. But as I said, the pasta was very good. It seems like a casual eatery or a roadside bar, one of those places with a set menu in Spain. They had a lot of variety, and it seemed like the same people frequented it, like a trusted local spot.

14/02/2026: Every time I'm in Maglie I can't help but stop by this pastry shop to taste their specialty, the Monachina, with sweet, warm cream that melts in your mouth, a fantastic sensation, and then the attentive and very kind staff, a place where they make you feel good, I recommend it 👍

The food and service were excellent.
16/03/2026: This evening I went to this pub, and after ordering chicken breast, I realized it had a nasty, sour aftertaste. It was basically spoiled and they'd served it to me... the waiter claimed it had been bought the day before. Oh, come on, fresh chicken breast doesn't taste like that at all! I hate to write this review, but unfortunately, people are really suffering because of these consciences!

27/03/2026: I stayed one night for work. The service was TERRIBLE. In the morning, I found virtually no staff at all for breakfast, and after a 40-minute wait and 3 reminders, I left without being able to use it.
The room, I must say, was decent, although not very well-maintained.
14/03/2026: We had dinner at Belami as the end of our trip. Very attentive, Matteo showed us the fish and seafood of the day and we chose a grilled sea bream that was perfectly cooked. For starters we had six tempura shrimp, accompanied by red lettuce and a mild mayonnaise. A highly recommended place if you want to have a good meal.

29/03/2026: We went to this place with friends. We arrived at 9:15 PM. I can say there was an interminable wait. The appetizers arrived almost immediately and were delicious, but we waited forever for four pizzas and a first course. The first course arrived at 10:40 PM, leaving the rest of us with nothing to eat until 11:00 PM. One of the pizzas had "friarielli" (I put it in quotation marks because they weren't friarielli at all, and they were also very acidic). The pizza itself was nothing special. A very ordinary pizza, devoid of any quality, but full of water. After that came the desserts, including a berry cheesecake which:
1) had panna cotta instead of cheese;
2) had syrup instead of jam.
I'm sorry, but this is an experience I won't repeat.

A warm welcome and a menu rich in dishes designed and prepared with passion at this lovely trattoria in the center of Maglie. The pasta with scorpion fish sauce is excellent, a true highlight of the restaurant.

07/03/2026: MARTINUCCI, please give your employees a day off when they don't feel well! THEY WORK WITH FOOD! The lady at the ice cream parlour yesterday, she had a cold, a massive one... her nose was crimson and blocked, spoke with raspy & nasal voice, all I could hear was her sniffling and exhaling, the poor girl looked miserable :( Every breath she took with open mouth and heavily exhaled (while spatuling the ice cream) was probably loaded with germs, no gloves or face mask... I felt terribly sorry for her, and the ice-cream sitting in front of her, too....

Good value for money.
