25/10/2024: La semana que estuve en Tenuta Linazza, un lugar bien cuidado y tranquilo rodeado de olivos, fue simplemente maravilloso. Emilio (y su encantadora esposa Clara, su hermano y padre) nos mostró (un pequeño grupo de invitados internacionales) alrededor en Salento. Nos llevaron a muchos lugares interesantes y hermosos, y obtuvimos todos los detalles y la historia sobre esta región. Estar allí fue una gran manera de conocer esta parte de Italia. Junto a la experiencia de la cultura y la naturaleza Emilio cocinó comida fantástica y nos enseñó lo esencial de la cocina italiana, mientras que nos sentimos como en casa y parte de la familia. Muchas gracias, Emilio, cálido anfitrión acogedor, guía, chef, conductor. ¡Respeto!

15/06/2025: I went to this place with fairly high expectations, but unfortunately the experience was not up to par.
The food was decent, but nothing memorable, it is edible, but it lacks that little something extra.
The environment did not particularly impress me, the atmosphere is rather anonymous and not very well cared for.
In relation to the quality, I found the prices decidedly high.
In short: not a terrible evening, but certainly not a place where I would willingly return.

22/05/2025: We had dinner and lunch several times, a large menu of sea and land, everything very very good, clean and welcoming location.
The first courses were a real delight as was everything else.
The pizzas were also very good, well-leavened dough and excellent ingredients.

Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

06/09/2024: The small castle has been somewhat distorted with overly invasive restorations in the 1980s. The completely redone flooring and the important plasters have altered the beauty of this historic place. However, I believe that subsequent attempts were made to conserve and maintain what appears to be a beautiful monument of this small community. Particular praise goes to the Proloco di Andrano and to the guide who offered the visit and demonstrated absolute competence and passion in their work.

12/10/2024: A parte l'ubicazione carina, si atteggiano a ristorante con porzioni ridotte e prezzi altissimi.
Mai più ci metterò e ci metteremo piede perché, semplicemente, il listino dei locali deve assolutamente tenere conto di cosa sei, dove sei, cosa offri. Se questo non avviene e c'è sproporzione tra prezzo, qualità, servizio, locale ecc , è chiaro che non possiamo frequentarti.
31/08/2024: Prezzo super esagerato. 2 Spritz con tris di aperitivo 15 euro. Il più caro in zona... I miei cugini, che sono del posto, hanno pagato lo stesso aperitivo metà prezzo... Sarà perché parlavo una lingua straniera quel giorno?
