The only flaw: the service. Too fast and sometimes rude.
Furthermore, after bringing the bill, they asked us if we wanted bitters, only to find out at checkout that they were extra. Too bad.

Everything about our dinner was perfect: the atmosphere was simple yet welcoming; the service was attentive and professional; the seafood-focused menu was high-quality both in terms of ingredients and preparation. Finally, the dessert was also refined and delicious. The prices were very fair. All in all, a truly enjoyable evening. Congratulations!

If you want to meet a perfect restaurant manager and staff, come to Ervin and you won't regret it.

The menu is varied, but on weekends, not all the pizzas listed are available.
The quality of the ingredients is good.

15/01/2026: Everything was perfect. We celebrated my son's seventh birthday, we ate very well, we ate a lot and we didn't even pay that much! The owner was very kind, helpful and friendly even with the children! The food was excellent, the pizza cooked to perfection even baby size for my youngest daughter... very satisfied, we will be back! Congratulations!

05/09/2025: What an excellent place. It’s relatively new and has not taken off yet, but it’s absolutely incredible. Everything is made farm to table with their own garden vegetables. Rigatoni Amatriciana was divine. Perhaps the best tomato pasta I’ve had outside of a Nonna’s kitchen. We also had the beef tartare and the veal agnolotti, which were superb. I highly recommend this restaurant!

But how much carelessness can allow a pizza chef to slip a drop of tin and use it as a topping on a pizza for home delivery?
Do we always have to wait for the worst before taking action?
I didn't receive a response to the message I sent them.

09/10/2025: I call on the phone and it says 10 minutes, we get there and they make you wait another 30 minutes standing and no one looks you in the face, not recommended place, they only make you waste your time 😉
