18/06/2025: The lasagna was black on top, hard on the bottom, and cold and hot in the middle. I'm convinced it wasn't fresh. The chairs and the menu were sticky. The white wine tasted watery. What was going on? There was a certain tension between the staff (mother, father, and daughter). I wonder why we didn't leave the restaurant after two minutes.

What was brought to the table was far from the minimum standards of freshness: meat with a dull colour, a rancid taste and a rubbery consistency, an unmistakable sign of a product stored poorly or for too long. A dish that is not only inedible, but potentially harmful to your health. It is unacceptable that a place can serve food in these conditions, ignoring every basic principle of quality and respect towards customers. A complete disappointment that casts a heavy shadow over the entire menu.

The service was very slow and unpleasant to say the least... with slow and useless responses. I will not go back there again.

I had the pleasure of returning after about 15 years and everything remained unchanged, from the location to the splendid western atmosphere that you can feel even before entering. 02/03/2025: A truly wonderful dive into the past. Very kind owners, really excellent simple pizzas, fresh raw materials. If you want a pizza like "once upon a time", when pizza was "just" a pizza, then you are in the right place. Spartan but clean and welcoming place.

06/03/2025: Terrible service to give a phone or postepay top-up they take forever they only serve their acquaintances or those who have to eat first...once they even denied me the use of the toilet! And I was in an emergency health situation complete with medical records from the emergency room...luckily the owner's son, after my complaints to a gruff gentleman with glasses, luckily let me use the bathroom.... But unfortunately that guy continues to stay there forever and never laughs for a two-hour wait for a recharge! Today he didn't even come to the terminal and I left! Keep up the good work 😒

Incredible how the first thing we were told was "you're late", in an arrogant and annoyed tone. It's a shame that the number listed on Maps is wrong, that we were walking around in circles for 10 minutes, and that the place is really not very visible from the outside. For those who don't know the place and go there for the first time it's a bit like looking for a Mayan temple in the jungle. It must be said that the welcome was truly unforgettable. Also, anxiety. Sit down at one time, get up at another time. Everything already established, as if it were a place in German-speaking Switzerland. I mean, is it a place to eat pizza on a Saturday night or the refectory of a barracks?
