06/03/2025: Terrible service to give a phone or postepay top-up they take forever they only serve their acquaintances or those who have to eat first...once they even denied me the use of the toilet! And I was in an emergency health situation complete with medical records from the emergency room...luckily the owner's son, after my complaints to a gruff gentleman with glasses, luckily let me use the bathroom.... But unfortunately that guy continues to stay there forever and never laughs for a two-hour wait for a recharge! Today he didn't even come to the terminal and I left! Keep up the good work 😒

21/07/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at Rosa Dei Vento, and it is a must and absolute highlight for anyone visiting Trani. Nestled along the picturesque waterfront, this charming restaurant offers not only stunning views but also an exceptional culinary experience rooted in the rich flavors of the Adriatic. I opted for the mussels and clams, and it was nothing short of outstanding. The freshness of the seafood was immediately apparent – the mussels were tender and flavorful, and the clams were delicately briny, perfectly cooked and served in a light, aromatic broth that allowed the natural flavors to shine. Every bite tasted like the sea in the best possible way. My wife had the sea bass, and it was equally impressive. Cooked to perfection, the fish was moist and flaky with a crispy skin, delicately seasoned to bring out its full flavor. It was beautifully presented, showing the attention to detail that sets Rosa Dei Venti apart. The service was absolutely excellent – friendly, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and were well taken care of throughout the evening. We also enjoyed a selection of drinks and wine, all of which were carefully chosen and complemented our dishes beautifully. 14/07/2025: Overall, the view and location were great. The food was tasty. However, they cheated. In the fried version of the dish called "fish mix," I got squid and shrimp (no fish, although there was supposed to be). It was a rather small portion. The same dish, grilled, had shrimp and squid again, but this time with a small piece of swordfish. After arguing with the waitress about squid not being fish, one dish was replaced with filet. It was brought by the offended man who took the order... It wasn't pleasant. Instead of a receipt, I got a piece of paper with unclear writing, so I'm not entirely sure what I paid for. Better to save myself the trouble and go somewhere else.

12/07/2025: A wonderful evening, 16 people were served, excellent service, fast and friendly... delicious pizza! Highly recommended.

22/05/2025: Excellent pizza, incredibly delicate dough, cooking and leavening of the dough more than 5 stars, exceptional toppings and raw materials, helpful and kind staff, clean and welcoming environment, good guys keep it up, if I'm passing through Trani you will definitely be a fundamental stop.

07/08/2025: A rather nice place, as far as the decor goes. I went there once a while ago with friends. I haven't been back. The staff is friendly, but unprepared. Except for the entertainment. I won't say anything about the arrogant and rude owner. This is obviously a subjective opinion. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Again, this is my personal opinion. There are better places out there.

28/05/2025: Unfortunately my experience was negative! As soon as I entered there was no welcome, the product served did not reflect at all what was promised in the description. The service was very slow and unpleasant to say the least... with slow and useless responses. I will not go back there again.

18/08/2025: The restaurant is located in a pretty square in Trani, with both indoor and outdoor seating. It's a shame the organization is truly terrible. Disoriented waiters, dishes and drinks arrived double, or not at all. The head waiter was completely inexperienced, and the waiters were clearly on their first day without guidance. Low-quality food. Prices were high considering what we ate. In short, apart from the location, there's nothing to be gained. For the same price, you can find much better even within walking distance.
