22/05/2025: We had an excellent meal at restaurant La Casalinga in Trani. They serve a very extensive dinner for a fixed price with honest and authentic dishes. Prepared with much love in the kitchen by mother and son and hospitably served by the daughter. We enjoyed it very much. An absolute must.

30/05/2025: Quality fish. Traditional dishes. Tubettoni with gurnard and mussels: excellent. Good and abundant fried food. Spaghettoni with garlic, oil and chilli pepper with cicadas: not convincing. The chilli pepper covers the delicate flavour of the cicadas. Wine, finally, with human markups. Correct price Overall a good dinner.

08/06/2025: We had lunch in the outdoor patio on the port, a really nice location, ideal for groups (as in our case). in these situations the food is difficult for it to be excellent but all in all it was a good experience.

Lampare al Fortino combines refined, creative dishes with attention to detail with a suggestive atmosphere, nestled between the historic walls and a spectacular view of the port of Trani. Impeccable service: professional, attentive but never intrusive. Perfect for a romantic dinner or a special evening. The raw seafood is an absolute must-try, as are the fish-based first courses. Prices in line with the quality and location. One of the best restaurants in the area.

17/05/2025: We have known this pizzeria for a very long time and every time it is a pleasant confirmation of how pleasant it is to taste a real Neapolitan pizza....keep it up....see you next time...

12/05/2025: We ordered chips as an appetizer and they arrived after 1 hour plus we found hair inside, while we were eating there were dogs walking around the tables and annoying the people sitting, the pizzas were rubbery and not good at all.

03/02/2025: Great-amazing restaurant! We went for New Years. The New Year's menu was 7 courses or a little more. We enjoyed everything so much that after dinner we could easily eat again. Maybe it was the whole thing, huh! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

30/12/2024: Domenica sera a Trani in inverno, pochi ristoranti aperti, questi pochi sono turistici (mille piatti, menu in plurime lingue, adescatore all'ingresso), quindi la scelta cade su EraOra: locale accogliente, curato, menù con pochi piatti ricercati. Fino a qui le aspettative sono ottime. Il primo piatto ordinato é stato quello più deludente, le friselle erano quelle del supermercato, in puglia si trovano (o di possono cucinare a casa) friselle qualitativamente facilmente, qui ci hanno servito delle piccole due friselle che si trovano anche nei supermercati del Nord. In un locale così ricercato, mi aspetto una frisella più interessante. In entrées grissini, pane e un olio ottimo. I primi: -Troccoli con cozze e muggine: ottimo abbinamento, un po' meno l'esecuzione. Il piatto era salatissimo (ho visto anche altre recensioni che lo dicevano), la cozza era di buona qualità, ma stracotta. Il broccolo mi é sembrato comprato e non fatto nel ristorante, poco legato al condimento. -Ragù di polpo: buono, ma non squisito. -Frittura di calamari: presumibilmente fatta da loro partendo da pesce fresco, buona. Conclusioni: il locale prova ad essere un ristorante di alta cucina: piatti ricercati, porzioni piccole, prezzi alti, staff molto a modo, ma offre piatti qualitativamente imperfetti, che ti aspetti in un'osteria a modico prezzo. Lo staff era molto gentile, ma mi sono mancati dei sorrisi. Ci tornerei? Per adesso no, ma tra qualche anno volentieri, quando avranno deciso se abbassare i prezzi e diventare un'osteria, oppure alzare l'asticella realmente evitando scivoloni come quello della frisella.

19/06/2025: I went there twice during my stay in Italy and was very impressed by the quality of the food – it was absolutely delicious! It's one of the rare vegan restaurants, unfortunately – although so much is possible with Italian cuisine!

18/06/2025: Review – Vegan Restaurant Pesto di Pistacchio (Trani) We ate at this restaurant located in an enchanting position, a stone's throw from the port of Trani. The quality-price ratio is really excellent, and there is a good variety of dishes for all tastes, strictly vegan. I highly recommend the falafel, served on a delicious bed of hummus and babaganoush: balanced and well-presented flavors. Also unmissable is the spicy mayonnaise, absolutely ask for it: a real explosion of flavor! The atmosphere is very pleasant, relaxed and not chaotic, perfect for a quiet dinner in a suggestive setting. A restaurant that combines quality plant-based cuisine, a charming location and genuine hospitality. We will definitely be back.
