18/10/2025: We ate at this restaurant after visiting Castel del Monte. I have to say the food was very good, the wine list was extensive, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the wait time was short. I recommend it if you're in the area.

29/11/2025: I discovered a place where the raw ingredients are undeniably excellent and beautifully served and presented, with excellent and attentive service! Top pizza, light and digestible dough, equally excellent and well-cooked meats like the fillet of colt and the spectacular Andriese cutlet, and finally the ricotta cannoli 😍
16/11/2025: I visited Virgò in Andria and had a truly amazing experience. We started with a selection of carefully selected and flavorful appetizers. The platters deserve a special mention: top-quality cured meats, tender and fragrant, literally melting in the mouth.
The pizzas were another pleasant discovery: light, well-leavened, and made with fresh ingredients. The sliced meat didn't disappoint either: perfectly cooked, the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful.
A place that combines quality, attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere. Virgò is definitely a place I'll return to and one I recommend without hesitation.

07/11/2025: What can I say? I've tried so many pizzerias, but they're among my top three. These days, despite the revolutions taking place in the restaurant industry, finding a pizzeria that changes its menu based on seasonality is still rare, but they're diligent in surprising you with new combinations. In fact, I went there the other day precisely because they recently changed their menu. What can I say? The new pizzas are simply sublime. I think it's one of the best pizzerias in the province. Highly recommended!!
And, I forgot, the staff can be described in one word: true PROFESSIONALS in the industry. ❤️

12/05/2025: Locale informale, pratico, un po defilato. Abbiamo cenato due volte e ci hanno servito dei salumi molto prelibati, delle scrocchiarelle buonissime, condite con prodotti di eccellenza. Frittura mista davvero buona. Si possono sorseggiare delle birre artigianali buonissime. Locale molto pulito e personale gentilissimo. Da consigliare vivamente. Prezzi più che onesti.
