07/08/2025: A rather nice place, as far as the decor goes. I went there once a while ago with friends. I haven't been back. The staff is friendly, but unprepared. Except for the entertainment. I won't say anything about the arrogant and rude owner. This is obviously a subjective opinion. If I could give it less than one star, I would. Again, this is my personal opinion. There are better places out there.
21/04/2025: Terrible service, mediocre food quality, and value for money as described by the star. An experience not to be repeated and definitely not recommended.

We celebrated our wedding vows here yesterday for lunch and were delighted. A special thank you for the warm welcome and attention to every detail. The food was sublime, from appetizers to dessert, a true delight. Special thanks to the staff and sincere appreciation to the chef for their professionalism, helpfulness, and kindness. They made our experience truly unforgettable!

30/06/2025: Ristorante consigliato da una persona del posto, non ha deluso le aspettative. Menù non molto ampio ma sfizioso, come la rivisitazione del riso patate e cozze. Servizio veloce e accogliente, prezzi molto contenuti, vorremmo tornare!
25/06/2025: Ci siamo fidati del consiglio dello chef per il menù fisso.
5 antipasti uno più buono dell'altro e un primo trofiette, cozze e vongole da leccarsi i baffi.
Per chiudere un ottimo dolce.
Si gustano i veri sapori della tradizione pugliese ad un prezzo più che onesto.

01/06/2025: Terrible service, the "waiter" if you can call him that doesn't even know the names of the drinks, dirty glasses, very dirty table without napkins, disgusting. I will never go back. We ordered an aperitif and the waiter didn't even bring us any appetizers.

16/06/2025: Almuerzo en un restaurante en el que cuidan todos los detalles. Tanto en la estética, en las atenciones y en la comida.
Nos queda un buen recuerdo y por eso queremos compartirlo.
23/05/2025: Cantina Brandi es un restaurante fabuloso, una auténtica joya. Escondido en la parte baja de Minervino Murge, es un poco difícil de encontrar. Pero vale la pena el esfuerzo! Nos dieron ningún menú – que no importaba como estaba en italiano (que no hablamos muy bien). Al final el equipo del fabuloso hermano (uno de los cuales es el notable chef) nos sorprendió con tres aperitivos diferentes, cada uno mejor que el anterior. En nuestras tres semanas en Apulia, no habíamos comido estos platos en otro lugar. También disfrutamos de focaccia casera única y deliciosa y la mejor ricota. Además, nuestra pasta era excelente. Verdaderamente auténtico y artístico! El servicio fue excelente también.
