26/09/2025: An enviable location, even higher than the Minervino Murge "Lighthouse," the view is breathtaking, dominating the entire valley below, with Mount Vulture looming on the horizon. A landscape that evokes distant, even prehistoric, times. I was lucky enough to see it on a rainy afternoon, with the clouds thinning and the golden sunset shaping everything. The restaurant is welcoming but a bit dated, with lots of wood. Very spacious, like a huge shell clinging to the mountain. It offers a miracle of traditional and gourmet cuisine, masterfully crafting top-quality ingredients. The amberjack carpaccio is unforgettable. I've been away for a while. I'll be back soon to update this review. The staff is quick, efficient, and polite. I didn't wait because I had a reservation, as reservations were recommended.

16/11/2025: No photos because the dishes were so inviting and delicious that there wasn't time for one. The bread and chocolate with ragù is mouth-watering. A place where dishes of such complex simplicity reign supreme, making it worth returning to. Excellent wine selection. Friendly and attentive staff.

15/03/2025: An elegant restaurant in Bisceglie with refined food, perhaps overpriced for the local market. €3.00 per person cover charge, including water, bread, and olive oil. It's a shame we never received either bread or olive oil. Other tables in the restaurant did, however. Perhaps it's the friendliness of the staff? I remember it was more affordable a while back.
