26/09/2025: An enviable location, even higher than the Minervino Murge "Lighthouse," the view is breathtaking, dominating the entire valley below, with Mount Vulture looming on the horizon. A landscape that evokes distant, even prehistoric, times. I was lucky enough to see it on a rainy afternoon, with the clouds thinning and the golden sunset shaping everything. The restaurant is welcoming but a bit dated, with lots of wood. Very spacious, like a huge shell clinging to the mountain. It offers a miracle of traditional and gourmet cuisine, masterfully crafting top-quality ingredients. The amberjack carpaccio is unforgettable.
I've been away for a while. I'll be back soon to update this review. The staff is quick, efficient, and polite.
I didn't wait because I had a reservation, as reservations were recommended.

- Cassatina da 8 euro, adagiata in una coppa di gelato, immangiabile poiché congelata.

€3.00 per person cover charge, including water, bread, and olive oil. It's a shame we never received either bread or olive oil. Other tables in the restaurant did, however. Perhaps it's the friendliness of the staff?
I remember it was more affordable a while back.

16/06/2025: Almuerzo en un restaurante en el que cuidan todos los detalles. Tanto en la estética, en las atenciones y en la comida.
Nos queda un buen recuerdo y por eso queremos compartirlo.
23/05/2025: Cantina Brandi es un restaurante fabuloso, una auténtica joya. Escondido en la parte baja de Minervino Murge, es un poco difícil de encontrar. Pero vale la pena el esfuerzo! Nos dieron ningún menú – que no importaba como estaba en italiano (que no hablamos muy bien). Al final el equipo del fabuloso hermano (uno de los cuales es el notable chef) nos sorprendió con tres aperitivos diferentes, cada uno mejor que el anterior. En nuestras tres semanas en Apulia, no habíamos comido estos platos en otro lugar. También disfrutamos de focaccia casera única y deliciosa y la mejor ricota. Además, nuestra pasta era excelente. Verdaderamente auténtico y artístico! El servicio fue excelente también.
