18/02/2025: Lovely atmosphere for an eighteenth! An elegant and welcoming location, perfect for a special event. Giuseppe and Gianni are professional and attentive, always available to satisfy every request. The staff is kind and prepared. Applause also goes to the DJ, who was able to create the perfect soundtrack for the evening. Highly recommended!

28/02/2025: We were passing through Corato and we were looking for a restaurant, we booked in this small but delightful restaurant, having a dog we asked if it was possible to bring him as he is a very large homeless person, the owner made us sit down calmly as he loves animals 😍 as soon as we arrived we found many appetizers on the table including vegetables, cheeses (we had the cold cuts taken away) and he brought us lots of good things (we are vegetarians) and we ate everything, we had an excellent first course, the girl who gave us served very kindly and with a smile. I can only say that our experience was wonderful, it's a shame that you are so far away (we are from Lecce) it is a restaurant that I would like to visit more often😉

01/10/2024: A culinary discovery. I already knew the structure as it is a historic place in Corato, both in terms of the hotel and the restaurant. I didn't go there for several years, then when I learned of the new management I wanted to try it. I found totally renovated and comfortable environments, from the hotel lobby to the restaurant room. Then the real discovery was the food, a culinary experience of the highest level, with a quality a la carte menu and always fresh and impeccably prepared ingredients. The garden takes an extra step on spring/summer days, with the new swimming pool area and tables and sofas surrounded by greenery. I have returned again and again with the same result, quality and professionalism of the highest level, thanks also to the always kind and helpful staff, from the reception with Irene to the dining room with Francesco and Nunzia, up to the kitchen with the winning team at the service of Claudio. Well, compliments for all this go to the undisputed creators, Vincenzo and Adriana, new hosts always attentive to detail. Highly recommended

12/01/2025: Beautiful location in the countryside not far from the city but easily accessible. A well-renovated farmhouse and especially in the post-Christmas period with truly beautiful decorations on the walls. The fireplace inside gave that extra touch. I was there for a private event, the room was all to ourselves with musical entertainment. Lunch was really good, with lots of local products. The fresh ricotta with mulled wine and chopped walnuts is excellent. The first courses and the roast are also good. But one note spoiled a lunch that for me was truly satisfying. The rudeness and indisposition of a waitress. Right from the reception he seemed impatient, even when assigning seats he showed indisposition towards me because we needed a high chair for a 2 year old child. Despite having sat in the seat indicated by her and not the one assigned by the birthday boy, in a convenient situation for the staff to pass through, during the service she repeatedly showed nervousness towards me and the other guests. Until in a very nervous way he "advised" us to leave the two-year-old nimbus in the adjacent room or to sit alone in the empty room so as not to obstruct the passage. I would like to underline that the passage was comfortable, so much so that even the other waiter never complained, in fact every time I apologized if he had a second of difficulty he never said or made any unkind gestures. While her colleague got upset even if she couldn't find a place to put the plates or if we didn't help her take the full plates or collect the empty ones (a gesture of courtesy that I usually do). It's unfortunate that the work done by a manager and a chef is ruined by the nervousness of young staff who are intolerant of young customers.
