05/01/2025: This is the bar that I have frequented for many years in Bitonto; firstly because I like it very much, and secondly, because of the convenience of its products! These, despite being delicious, are very convenient! And, I think, that for these reasons of mine, this exercise is always very crowded; packed with people, at all hours, beyond belief! But, I repeat, it is the education and kindness of the people in charge of the service that mainly attracts me to this Bar! The cappuccino is truly a signature one: scented and fragrant like never before! And for years, it's always the same! Bar Vittoria is a refreshment point that I recommend to anyone who passes by: seeing is believing!

06/05/2025: Very elegant and spacious room. We ordered a first course of cacio e pepe which is usually made with tonnarelli or spaghettoni according to a classic recipe. We were served a dish with half sleeves. We were not asked for the type of pasta nor was it indicated on the menu. But having said that the real problem is that the dish was cold. They remade the dish but inexplicably the pasta was always cold. Another problem was water. The bottles were not packaged. Those who do catering cannot afford all this. In the end, to be honest, we were not charged for the dish.

L’atmosfera è stata subito accogliente e originale, con un tocco creativo che rende questo posto davvero unico. Dania è stata gentilissima, sempre sorridente e attenta a ogni dettaglio — mi ha fatta sentire speciale per tutta la serata. Il cibo? Semplicemente delizioso. Ogni piatto era curato e pieno di sapore, con opzioni anche particolari e sorprendenti. I miei amici sono rimasti tutti entusiasti, e molti mi hanno detto che vogliono tornarci presto! Un grazie speciale allo staff che ha contribuito a rendere il mio compleanno così perfetto. Se cercate un locale originale dove sentirvi a casa e vivere un’esperienza diversa dal solito… questo è il posto giusto!

I consumed an exquisite sliced ​​beef with, parmesan flakes, rocket and cherry tomatoes, all in more than satisfactory quantities. The meat was really well aged, very tender and cooked perfectly. They offer varied menus from salads and poke to ready-made sandwiches or to be composed of any kind, white meat, red meat and fish or even with cured meats. It is basically a take away with consumption at the tables both inside and outside, but there is no table service. Organic wines, I drank a good 13° negramaro with a fair amount of body. Also excellent for quick consumption both at lunch and dinner. The waiting times were more than correct. Varied environment with customers of all ages. Clean environment and polite staff, the location is located right in the center very close to the entrance to the ancient village with the Angevin castle. Excellent quality / price. I highly recommend it.

10/05/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us by our Italian friend. We ate very well, the dishes were succulent and tasty. We were pleasantly surprised by their family atmosphere with very reasonable prices. An address not to be missed which is located not far from Place de la Porte and Bitonto Tower in the historic center.

Edit from January '24: I'm sorry to say it, but the service is nice, it depends on the waiter, sometimes they charge you a cover charge and sometimes they don't. Happened last week. If I don't take anything, there is a reason, it's not that due to medical reasons I even have to have the insult of paying for nothing, given that the previous times they didn't charge for it and I must say that the waiter didn't even show up. made it clear (and he certainly did it on purpose), we thought that the cover charge was for everyone, then we realized that it was just for me, but even so, maybe I would have had half a dessert with someone else or half a drink (there's no need that the waiters cut our croissants, so much so there is always one dish, we might as well cut it ourselves), so I would have consumed food and wouldn't have had to pay the cover charge, the waiter who knows if we split the food in two later; I was the only one in a group of seven who couldn't take anything, we weren't 3 in a group of seven (who would have understood wanting to charge a cover charge), but it was 1 in 7, the absolute minority. Either you always or never pay for it, not out of sympathy, for this reason alone I should reduce it to 3 stars.
