13/07/2025: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - REPORT! I'll start by saying I've been going to this place since I was a child and I'm very sorry it's become such a dump. We never expected a dinner like this. Let's start with the service. The round table had a red paper/fabric tablecloth, with a few stains, but the waiter very calmly placed another white square paper/fabric tablecloth over it, leaving one side exposed. The waiters were probably inexperienced, definitely underpaid, and didn't even know the basics of how to place cutlery and plates. Truly embarrassing. The menu was presented in an old, worn-out booklet, with marker corrections, erasures, and pen writing. The tables and chairs have been the same for as long as I can remember. The outlook wasn't great. We ordered a meat appetizer, a peppered mussel dish, and some pizzas. The room was almost empty, so we expected quick service. After a bit of a wait, they bring us our drinks. One glass of beer had a terrible musty smell, and we gloss over that by simply changing it. The pepperoni arrives, which unfortunately had a bit of sand on it, a sign that it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly enough, but we'll overlook that too. The meat appetizer was average, nothing extraordinary (cured meats and cheeses). The pizza, from a wood-fired pizzeria that until a few years ago was one of the best in town, WAS TERRIBLE!!! A cardboard disc, with a very low-quality tomato and mozzarella. The dough was terrible, heavy, the toppings tasteless. We ate a little and then left the rest. Throughout all this, the waiters were incredibly slow, even clearing away the dishes. We even had to wait to pay, because only the owner could stamp the receipt, and she was the same one who also took the orders. We left very disappointed, considering the potential of the place and its beautiful panoramic terrace. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------SAD NOTE, we were really sick that night, one of the diners even had stomach problems with vomiting. YOU SHOULD BE REPORTED, YOU WILL NEVER SEE US AGAIN!!

12/07/2025: A wonderful evening, 16 people were served, excellent service, fast and friendly... delicious pizza! Highly recommended.

22/05/2025: Excellent pizza, incredibly delicate dough, cooking and leavening of the dough more than 5 stars, exceptional toppings and raw materials, helpful and kind staff, clean and welcoming environment, good guys keep it up, if I'm passing through Trani you will definitely be a fundamental stop.

03/03/2025: Excellent quality/price ratio, obviously I gave the food a 4 because in the cooked seafood-based dishes there was something frozen, as for the cooked and raw starters, here I would give a good 10, the environment I gave 4 because although it is a particularity that the room is located in an environment where in the 80s and even before there were huge wooden barrels etc... The air you breathe, although not unpleasant, I personally don't like (this is not fault of the manager). For the rest I highly recommend it, friendly staff and good service.

26/12/2024: Siamo stati a Natale in questo posto e devc dire che ,a parte la scarsa qualità del cibo, la disorganizzazione à stata dominante, con tutto il rispetto per ilavoro dei camerieri, pochi e affannati.Un primo è arrivato alle 17 ed era incompleto, bisognava aggiungere un altro po' di pasta che era in cottura, i dolci natalizi inesistenti, solo un tortino al cioccolato.Non aggiungo altro...

06/09/2025: We entered this gelateria in the evening, finding (presumably) the owner behind the counter and his wife at the register. The gelato counter was full of tubs, but practically all empty: to understand the flavors, you literally had to peer into the window. Instead of asking us what we wanted, the gentleman immediately asked if we were eating outside or taking it away—probably to add a cover charge. Frankly, this approach put us off, and we left. Luckily, I might add: I briefly noticed the price for two scoops: a whopping €5. Are you kidding? Not even in the most expensive cities do you find such prices for gelato. I'm not at all curious to know what the product tasted like, but given this, I don't expect anything good.

30/08/2025: Sorbets really only taste like sugar water. As for ice cream, go to the supermarket; it'll cost you less.

30/04/2025: Two stars because the environment is very nice. But slow and listless service, aperitif served with a 20 minute wait (I had to ask and there were no people) without anything to tease (at least some chips). The place looked good but it was a disappointment, we definitely won't be back. Not recommended.

25/08/2025: Six of us went for dinner tonight without a reservation. We were greeted very warmly and with a smile. Stunning location on the sea with a view of the old town. Very friendly and fast service, beautifully cooked and presented dishes. Fresh fish and tasty pizza. Fair prices. We'll be back.

15/07/2025: Un bel locale immerso tra ulivi e tralci di vite: un’atmosfera davvero piacevole. in un viale non sterrato, a cui necessariamente bisogna andare piano. Nonostante non avessimo prenotato — e con nostra figlia affamata e un po' su di giri — siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il personale è molto gentile e il cibo davvero di ottima qualità, con ingredienti a km 0 e ricette che sanno di tradizione. In tre, 2 pizze, due salsicce, dolci e bibite, abbiamo speso 49 euro. Prezzi onesti per quello che abbiamo gustato. Un punto in più per la presenza dei gatti, che hanno tenuto impegnata e divertita nostra figlia (anche se, giustamente, è vietato dar loro da mangiare — regola che condividiamo pienamente). Ci torneremo sicuramente... ma la prossima volta prenotiamo prima. Promesso!

14/07/2025: Siamo stati qui a cena tre volte durante la nostra vacanza: la prima volta abbiamo assaggiato antipasti e primi, la seconda volta la pizza e la terza volta la zuppa di pesce (che richiede la prenotazione). Il luogo è in aperta campagna, tra viti, ulivi e un bosco mediterraneo di pini. Il servizio è molto cordiale e familiare, efficiente ed accogliente. I piatti sono eccellenti, tutti quelli che abbiamo provato ci hanno davvero soddisfatti, sia per la qualità della preparazione e della materia prima, sia per le quantità molto abbondanti: dalla semplice e buonissima acquasala del Gargano, passando per le orecchiette, le cozze ripiene, i cavatelli cozze e fagioli e la tiella barese, ci siamo gustati ogni piatto dall'inizio alla fine. Le pizze sono molto ben preparate, con ottimo impasto e ottima mozzarella. E poi c'è la zuppa di pesce alla viestana: una enorme zuppiera di terracotta piena fino all'orlo di ogni ben di Dio, cozze, cicale, scampi e tante qualità di pesce da lisca, ognuna con il suo sapore caratteristico ben in evidenza... una maratona non facile da concludere, ma... che bellezza!!! I prezzi sono assolutamente corretti, e alla fine si esce con una sola domanda: "Quando torniamo qui?" Grazie a tutto lo staff, ci vedremo la prossima volta che passiamo di qui!

23/07/2025: I've been going to this pizzeria for years and it's my absolute favorite. Friendly staff and the best pizza ever! Good dough, cooked well and not burned, fresh ingredients! Recommended to all my friends and family. Our favorite pizzeria! This photo is from today, July 22, 2025, and it's the best pizza in the world! Pizza Caprese, and it's one of the many delicious pizzas! Well done!

19/08/2025: A down-to-earth, unpretentious place. They serve fresh fish, with a printed menu, disposable cutlery, and that's it. A full menu with mixed appetizers, a choice of main course, service charge, fruit, and liqueur for €20 seems fair to me. Just steps from the port of Mola. In the summer, it's difficult to find parking nearby after 9:00 PM. I recommend the grilled/fried octopus, swordfish, or fried fish. See you next time!

17/08/2025: My family of 6 and I sat down at 9pm. While waiting to place our orders, we were served drinks, rubbery bread, and very salty, almost inedible olives. After more than 50 minutes of waiting, we asked what had happened to our food, given that the table behind us had been served despite the people who had arrived much later than us. The response was: "The order was lost, and in any case, only 38 minutes had passed." We got up and paid anyway. PANIC!

15/03/2025: Guys, talking about catering here is blasphemy, first courses of fish or other at the prices of a real restaurant of a different quality, potatoes reheated from the day before that become rubber, then prices that can unfortunately vary daily taking the same things... amateurs at random..... I strongly advise against this type of self-service/cafeteria... I want to give a piece of advice, in the catering sector as in others nothing is improvised, it takes competence and professionalism, whether it is a self-service cafeteria or starred restaurants, the customer pays, you work but it is not enough, you have to be careful... I do not recommend it

23/08/2025: Being raw fish lovers on our trip north, we decided to stop in Bari. We were very pleased with the quality, variety, and freshness of the products. Vito is a very kind man with great charisma in his restaurant. Even though we didn't see the least, we trusted Vito, and he understood our desires and served us everything we wanted. We paid less than other places, considering the quantity and quality. The place is clean, chic, and elegant. Its location also allowed us to savor a bit of Bari's beauty.
