Cucina Piemontese rivisitata qualità buona, ma rapporto con prezzo non propozionale Per il mio standard non mi senti di consigliare, ma non per questo da non provare chi ama queste esperienze

09/02/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Le proposte dei piatti sono tipiche del Piemonte, ma con attenzione alla qualità ed anche all’innovazione. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza del personale e la cura della titolare. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo anche dal punto di vista della qualità-prezzo. Bravi! P.

25/03/2025: After a good Christmas lunch with the family, good courses, starters which were not very generous compared to the price paid, the service seemed a little too slow, certainly due to the very crowded place. Positive note goes to the desserts, excellent! Update Returned after a couple of months, this time trying the pizza. Pizza is also promoted with excellent products used.

Sorvolando sulla esaustiva spiegazione relativa alla differenza tra plin e agnolotti (i primi sono più piccoli dei secondi), entrambe le paste erano di chiara produzione industriale, scotte, con un ripieno inqualificabile e un condimento sciapo e insapore. Il conto tutto sommato in linea con il mercato (44 euro con mezzo litro di vino della casa e due caffè) non giustifica l'inutilità dell'esperienza gastronomica.

27/02/2025: Nice place and informal atmosphere. Quality wines and shots, truly satisfying cutting boards and cuoppi, even the gluten-free option (which should not be taken for granted). The waitress and bartender (maybe the owner too?) who served us yesterday, a certain Gaia, is really knowledgeable and nice!! I will definitely go back as soon as I have the chance.

20/02/2025: Excellent coffee and very good apple puff. Excellent service and very convenient location from Porta Susa station. Lots of sweet and savory options. Very characteristic place, clean and well maintained, with the presence of an outdoor area in front of the bar. Advised.

17/03/2025: We went to eat for the trip, we were 40 people but all in all they were good, kind and helpful in their service. Good pizza. The only flaw was the bathroom which had a narrow staircase to access it.

28/03/2025: Esperienza sublime, ogni piatto ci ha stupito, una poesia per il palato. Specialità di pesce come materia prima ma elaborato, quello che forse a Torino mancava . Appena entrati, siamo stati accolti da un personale cordiale, giovane e professionale, che ci ha subito fatto sentire a nostro agio. Il menù offre una vasta selezione di piatti, tutti preparati con ingredienti freschissimi e di alta qualità. Abbiamo iniziato con il benvenuto della casa, che già anticipava le delizie che avremmo continuato a degustare. Antipasto ostrica spinaci e beurre blanc che mi ha lasciato senza parole da quanto fosse delizioso, a seguire cocktail di gamberi, polipetti alla Luciana. primo spaghettone con i ricci di mare, secondo calamaro zucca e alloro, la freschezza del pesce era palpabile e il sapore delicato ci ha subito conquistati. Per chiudere in bellezza, abbiamo scelto il cioccolato e caviale, non potevamo chiedere dessert migliore per concludere quella che già era un percorso squisito. Complimenti allo chef Andrea Turchi, giovanissimo, la sua determinazione e la passione per ciò che fa lo porteranno lontano. Grazie anche al personale di sala, anche loro giovani, professionali, sorridenti ed estremamente efficenti. Ci torneremo molto presto.

23/03/2025: Un vero viaggio nei sapori del mare, sorprendente dall’inizio alla fine. La seppia, tenera e saporita, ha aperto la cena con eleganza. Il piatto cozze e carciofo è stato un incontro perfettamente bilanciato tra terra e mare, raffinato e creativo. Gli spaghetti ai ricci di mare erano pura poesia: intensi, avvolgenti, memorabili. E per concludere, un plauso speciale alla pasticceria: tecnica, gusto e leggerezza in perfetto equilibrio. Un’esperienza che resta nel cuore (e nel palato). Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

It offers a menu of the typical Roman tradition, the cacio e pepe and the amatriciana are very good, the fin is also good. All in all, a cheap place, but delicious dishes, it also offers menus of the day for 12/15 euros
