28/10/2025: Well... leftover pieces of breadsticks collected in a bag and served as if they were normal. When I complain, they say it's normal. If I had a restaurant, I'd give the leftover breadsticks to the dog, not the other guests. Oh well, if only the dishes were special, but they aren't.

26/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for something else, but the experience wasn't bad at all. Aside from the Fassona beef with egg and truffle, which unfortunately was decidedly tasteless (even the truffle wasn't great), the rest—gnocchetti with Castelmagno cheese, agnolotti with roast beef sauce, and sliced ​​beef with potatoes—was all excellent, flavorful, and delicious. We ate at the tables overlooking the square, so we didn't see the interior. The service was quick and courteous. The price was quite reasonable.

28/09/2025: The opening hours are incorrect, and I couldn't find any changes on Google. Although the doors are open, they're open until 3 p.m. There's no sign on the establishment indicating the opening hours.

16/11/2025: Couple's dinner, Saturday evening with reservations. The food didn't fully meet our expectations: the raw fish appetizer was good, but the toppings overpowered the flavor; the first courses were good but unmemorable; and the dessert (chocolate bagna cauda) was advertised as a must-try, but it's essentially just a simple chocolate dip for fruit and cookies, easily replicated at home. We would have preferred the waiter to recommend something more unique from the dessert menu. Overall, the price is excessive for the dishes we consumed. The location is convenient for seeing the city center at night. The restaurant is clean and pleasant.

09/11/2025: Cocktails failed 2 out of 3, service slow and superficial despite the empty restaurant. Evidently, we weren't worthy enough of attention.

24/10/2025: Modern place, I believe, family-run, beautiful atmosphere and exquisite people inside. I took 3 pizzas and I must say very good, fair prices. It's a shame it's a "hidden" place but it's worth it if you want to enjoy a good pizza in Turin. Greetings Dani.B

15/10/2025: The food isn't bad, but it's not excellent either. The meatballs in tomato sauce, for example, were spongy because they weren't made fresh, so you could tell they'd been reheated. The pasta with turnips, too, was very reheated, making it super flaccid... Maybe next time I'll try other dishes and see if they're any better. But if you're hungry and you're in the area, I think it's enough.

09/11/2025: Good prices, not a bad place, Piedmontese menu...the service is adequate thanks to the goodwill of the waiters...good wine...lots of people so a lot of movement and background noise...not bad value for money considering there are so many seats...very very trattoria even if it's in the city...worth trying 😉

18/08/2025: I had an incredibly special dinner @Ristorante La Mina this evening. The steak tartar with freshly picked porcini mushrooms was truly incredible. Warm and real service and in the heart of a very cool city. Turin is the Detroit of Europe, and the vibe is worth a visit

12/08/2025: There were only two tables in the dining room. We made the mistake of paying and not checking the bill beforehand. We ordered: 1 dish of unpretentious gnocchi for 15 euros + 1 summer menu for 30 euros (normally including drinks, cutlery, etc.) + bottle of water + 2 coffees. We paid a total of 61.50 euros. Overcharging or a mistake on the bill? In any case, much too expensive for the price.
