14/04/2025: The dishes are delicious and very original. Today, for example, tagliolini with broad beans and crispy bacon, truly delicious. Portions ok for me, I think insufficient for others. But the service from the guys is truly splendid. They are sweet and smiling, truly unique. The area doesn't reward them but they were able to give style to this aspect too. For me, fantastic.

07/04/2025: Abbiamo sempre molto apprezzato la velocità e la gentilezza nel servizio. Piatti ricercati nel gusto e negli abbinamenti. Un complimento particolare allo Chef. Prezzi molto competitivi per la qualità dei prodotti, la ricercatezza dei piatti, le dimensioni delle porzioni. Buono il vino sfuso. Meglio di così non si può!!

28/04/2025: Nice place, furnished with minimal taste that gives you hope as soon as you enter. Chinese management, friendly but rather anonymous service. Unfortunately the food doesn't keep up: mediocre dishes, without identity or flashes of flavour. It's not a disaster, but it's not something you'd want to tell your friends about either. If you're hungry and satisfied, ok. If you're looking for a dinner that leaves you with something besides digestion, perhaps it's best to change course. Too bad, because the potential would be there too.

20/02/2025: Excellent welcome and excellent gastronomy: I tried the potato croquettes, the cabbage rolls (they would be pescoj, stuffed with meat), the aubergine rolls and the stuffed courgettes... All delicious!

14/05/2025: Lunch for Mother's Day, nice place, just like a trattoria, the way we like it, good cheeses and also cold cuts, the rest was good, nothing spectacular but normal, very good waitress and the bill was adequate for how we ate.

01/03/2025: We came to have a beer. Nice bar to have a drink. They give you the menu on a vinyl record, very original. The atmosphere is very pleasant. With the drink they give you bagged potatoes. The music is very good. We have seen that you can have dinner. Highly recommended if you want to rest and have a beer after having visited this beautiful city.

05/05/2025: Abbiamo prenotato questo ristorante sulla base di quanto letto e sentito e il fatto che il pesce fosse protagonista è stato uno stimolo in più. Poi casualmente abbiamo conosciuto lo chef ad un altro evento e la prospettiva della visita si è fatta ancora più interessante. Il locale è sobrio ed elegante, con tavoli ampi e ben distanziati, ed il personale, dall’accoglienza al servizio, si è rivelato molto preparato ed attento. Ma quello che ci ha colpito sin dall’inizio sono stati gli amuse bouche (pensare che si comincia con un’acqua pazza da urlo!), i grissini, il pane, l’olio di Pinerolo (uno dei più buoni mai assaggiati!), tutto eccezionale, poi è iniziato il nostro percorso “MENU’ DELLA MAISON”…. Piatti incredibili per gusto, equilibrio, potenza, tecnica e naturalmente per le materie prime eccellenti. Piatti per cui vale il viaggio, sono stati sicuramente “Gnocchi ripieni, canocchie e garum” e “Rossini di rombo”, quest’ultimo uno dei secondi di pesce migliori di sempre; ma ogni preparazione ci ha lasciato stupiti e con la voglia di riassaggiarla, per non parlare delle “scarpette”, si perché le salse sono ciò che fa fare un salto all’insù a questa eccellente cucina. A nostro parere, riuscire ad esaltare a questo livello piatti di pesce, materia prima così delicata e facilmente “alterabile”, non è molto comune e questo chef ha dimostrato di avere veramente un grande talento. Una delle cene più belle degli ultimi mesi che fa diventare questo ristorante uno dei preferiti. Bravi!

08/05/2025: Unfortunately the ice cream didn't convince us much. The cream flavors had little flavor while the fruit ones were completely frozen in fact the ice cream maker himself had difficulty putting them on the cone. Furthermore, whoever served us seemed almost annoyed by the presence of customers in the shop... maybe it was a bad day but an extra smile never hurts.
