20/06/2025: I had been a regular "takeaway" from La Perla perhaps more than 20 years ago, when it was a rustic little hole in the wall with three tables, a huge pizza, well-cooked and leavened and overflowing with filling. Then life took me elsewhere and after all this time I found them enlarged.
But the pizza, that one, was exactly the one I remembered.
12/06/2025: Had lunch yesterday, excellent pizza.
Generous in the resignations and in the quality.
We were 5 friends and we proposed to return on the next occasion.

13/06/2025: Great food but because of the heat we only had 2 appetizers and no wine. Other times we ate very well and the wines are also good but it was winter. The service was definitely slow. We will return anyway.
27/05/2025: At the gates of the ancient Collegno is this "osteria" run by young people who prepare typical Piedmontese dishes, very well-prepared, excellent!
Don't miss the desserts, creams always prepared by them, delicious!

14/06/2025: Farinata super perhaps the best in Turin that I have tasted in the last 20 years. Crispy pan pizza well stuffed and very digestible. I understand that there may be distrust given by pizza chefs of distant culture and origins, but they have been able to continue the path undertaken by the old managers while maintaining the cuisine and style unchanged. Very good.
09/06/2025: Excellent Farinata (perhaps the best I have eaten, crispy and well cooked), good pan pizza with gorgonzola and salami. Efficient service despite the Saturday with a lot of people present. We were also offered a limoncello. The boy at the cash register is helpful and kind.

Excellent experience at Colapasta restaurant. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. We enjoyed excellent fish, fresh and cooked with great care. The atmosphere is elegant and tranquil, perfect for a relaxed dinner. Highly recommended!

15/06/2025: Piedmontese trattoria with several traditional dishes also revisited with great care and attention. The veal with tuna sauce is exceptional, as is the veal with salt and peaches (off the menu), excellent agnolotti. The only discordant note was the wine by the glass from a bottle opened for several days, probably stored at room temperature and which had begun to have an evident oxidative note, a shame.

31/03/2025: An exquisite breakfast at Cioccolosa. A good coffee accompanied by an excellent gianduia croissant! The staff very courteous. Clean and tidy location in a modern style. Very close to the Fermi metro stop and other GTT bus stops.
