On account we thought we would spend more for the quality served. Giovanni nice guy. He entered this adventure with seriousness, enthusiasm, energy... but above all with the humility of wanting to improve in a sector always struggling with innovation. 10/02/2025: Pizza for dinner. Excellent quality - price as found in the best pizzerias. I knew the place before the renovation, now it has a wow effect! Congratulations for choosing the elegant but simple style. The pizzas were delicious, very light and digestible dough. Quality ingredients and the dessert was also very good. Advised!

02/02/2025: A perfect dinner, the staff were very kind and helpful even though I hadn't booked but I recommend booking at the weekend because it's always full after 7.30pm. I ate the pizza which had risen perfectly and was rich in toppings. The desserts are homemade and spectacular, the portions are generous. With the coffee costing 1.50 they give you 4 small desserts included which are really good. The staff is very friendly and always available for anything. The place is very modern and welcoming. Highly recommended place!!!!

18/01/2025: Very cool place, but the drinks are lacking... they don't make the blue angel and many others I've tried are mediocre... classic watered down drinks, but the place is very nice.

18/01/2025: Ristorante onestamente trovato per caso dato che a gennaio pare che siano tutti chiusi... meno loro, per fortuna. Siamo stati accolti da un ragazzo molto educato, che ci ha fatto accomodare al tavolo. Menù con una scelta molto completa, per me battuta al coltello, un primo di cui parlerò dopo, e la guancia di vitello brasata, per mia moglie la tavolozza dell'Osto e i Carmagnolotti (agnolotti tipici della città con carne), e dolce. Il mio primo è stato (e non esagero), uno tra i migliori 3 primi mai mangiati finora, vale a dire il risotto zucca, guanciale e castagne. Non posso descrivere la bontà del piatto, gli accostamenti di dolcezza e sapidità, le consistenze, c'era praticamente tutto ed ogni boccone era sempre una sensazione piacevolmente diversa dalla precedente a seconda di quanto si prendeva di ogni singolo elemento del piatto. Conto perfetto, caffè offerti, torta con zabaione al limite della legalità per quanto era buona... semmai torneremo qui in vacanza ci rivedranno sicuramente.

Ti racconta dove prende i prodotti, come li prepara, come li conserva, come li cucina Un pranzo emozionante terminato con il sontuoso (ovviamente fatto da lei) panettone farcito ai Persi Pien!!! 30/12/2024: 1 first good tagliolini with ragù, 1 first course gorgonzola gnocchi: good gnocchi, but they floated as if they were in liquid cream or milk, imperceptible gorgonzola, I advise you to avoid them if made like this. The braised pork, tender and VERY GOOD! apart from the warm and dry reheated potatoes. Everything can be improved

29/12/2024: The portions look like those of a starred restaurant. (Reduced) too bad it's a restaurant. The agnolotti with ragù is not to brag but I make the ragù better. Not to mention the 50gram plate of pasta. However the bread was very good.
