06/03/2024: Had dinner in the external courtyard (the quiet atmosphere was very pleasant) with attentive and present service. Strong point: amazing wine list, with productions from everywhere. The cuisine, however, is not so memorable and not up to the prices.

29/03/2024: Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Bedienung, es gab tolle Erklärungen zu den Speisen und der regionalen Herkunft der Produkte. Zwischen den Gängen wurden immer wieder "kleine Grüsse" aus der Küche serviert. Die kreativen und saisonal angepassten Gerichte haben fantastisch geschmeckt.

26/03/2024: We went to dinner on a Saturday night on the recommendation of a friend. The environment is pleasant, the tables well set. We ordered the typical veal with tuna sauce which was decent and as first courses some tagliolini with Bra sausage ragù, unfortunately the pasta was overcooked (I'd point out that the room was almost empty) and the ragù was not tasty, nor well mixed. To drink we chose two glasses of Nebbiolo and here the mystery arises... the room manager arrives with the bottle already opened and closed with the cork, installs the Coravin tapping device and starts pouring... more than pouring, the wine is been sprayed with drops of wine that splashed and dirtied the entire inside of the glass, I deduce that the needle or the bottle containing the Argon gas had some problem. The pouring ritual was very disappointing (cost of the glass €10.00). The idea of ​​preserving the nectar as best as possible is excellent, but just as much care must be reserved for the customer who will drink the last drop... As a final negative note, I would like to mention the unfriendly attitude of the head nurse, she responded to us twice in a rude manner, perhaps it was a bad day... too bad

06/04/2024: Restaurant for all prices, from pizza to elaborate dishes. Friendly, quick service and excellent advice on wines. Excellent food. We didn't stay, just had dinner.

02/10/2023: Restaurant on top of a hill in the middle of nowhere and easy to reach. At the top you can see the neighboring villages with a beautiful view. Ample parking, and lots of greenery where you can take a walk. The restaurant also has a swimming pool, but when I went it was empty, after all it is the end of the season. The food was very good, the waiters always came by twice and carefully managed the children's and intolerant menus. The place is clean with soft lights and you can talk calmly without necessarily shouting. The dinner was for a confirmation, I have the menu and photos of the dishes.

03/12/2023: Truly fantastic experience. I would go back now, we ate really well, photonic agnolotti al plin, exquisite vitello tonnato and amazing fassona steak. Not to mention the wine, if you go to Sartine you are in the right place to taste some nice Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera, Nebbiolo, so I highly recommend it. The place is clean and very characteristic, compliments also for the cleanliness of the bathrooms, I had never seen a place also make sanitary pads available for the ladies. The staff was very kind and super helpful, if you happen to be in Cherasco go there because it's worth it.
