14/12/2024: We celebrated a friend's birthday here. The room of our warm and welcoming table and the kind and qualified staff. Excellent, quality food with a family atmosphere where you feel at ease. I will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it both for a romantic lunch/dinner and to celebrate an event.

04/01/2025: Storico ristorante a conduzione famigliare a pochi passi dalla stazione di Bra. Un luogo dove tradizione e innovazione si incontrano, proponendo un menù tipico piemontese non scontato, abbracciando i valori di Slow Food. Tutti i primi piatti possono essere realizzati con pasta senza glutine, cotta in una pentola separata per evitare qualsiasi contaminazione. Vasta scelta anche tra antipasti, secondi (tondo di coniglio con prugne e castagne squisito!) e dolci che con qualche accorgimento in più vengono preparati per le persone celiache. Personale gentile e disponibile. Location super curata, con piccolo cortile annesso; da tornarci in primavera per godersi un pranzetto sotto il glicine in fiore! m. (@madlen_glutenfree)

31/01/2025: Un plauso merita lo chef che rivisita eccellentemente i piatti della tradizione. Bel locale e servizio in sala perfetto. Bella atmosfera,ho apprezzato anche l’educazione dei bimbi piccoli e dei loro genitori. D’altra parte,però,se non fossero stati così, non avrei penalizzato di certo il locale!!!!! Grazie Sabrina B.

26/01/2025: Piatti ottimi sia per il palato che per la vista , personale molto cordiale e professionale, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Chicca finale al momento del pagamento, dovevamo un saldo in denaro ( in quanto era un buono regalo) la proprietaria , nonostante la cifra fosse cospicua non ha voluto nulla. Consigliatissimo !!!

The lighting could be improved, sometimes appearing a little too soft. Overall, a recommended destination, ideal both for a quick business lunch, like the one I had the opportunity to try, and for those who want a more relaxed experience.

Wonderful peppers with bagna cauda, ​​ditto for the gnocchi, the tajarin, the guinea fowl... etc. etc. Right wine list with the not obvious presence of wines such as freisa and grignolino which I often don't find, but which belong head-on to tradition. Attentive, kind service, available to find solutions. The place is small, I recommend booking, and welcoming, perhaps a little dark and this was more evident during daytime meals. Absolutely correct prices. I highly recommend

03/01/2025: My parents and I went there for Christmas lunch, we've been going to a restaurant for the occasion for a few years now. This year it was the turn of the Scuderie Sabaude and, fortunately, it went very well! We ate a lot and well (I photographed the menu, you can take a look to get an idea). The service also, nothing to complain about, really very attentive to everything. Only one thing surprised me a little about this lunch: at the end we found ourselves on the bill for three "welcome" glasses of bubbles for €8 each. I highlighted the word welcome because that is how the dining room staff put it. We asked to put all 3 of them in a little and we didn't even finish that little, precisely because it represented a welcome taste to accompany the entrée, not surprisingly called "Chef's Welcome" on the menu. I realize that it was a general misunderstanding on the part of both of us, but I would recommend next time to be more transparent towards the customer so that he can be 100% aware of what he is spending. I reiterate the fact that I gave 5 stars, this is not meant to be a negative review, on the contrary. It's just a small note that I'm sure can be resolved in the future.

19/01/2025: I've been to this place for a different lunch usually, I wanted to change the routine a bit by adding foods outside of the typical Italian one, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and diversity, a mix of East and West, starting from the classic Florentine steak to ramen, everything accompanied by good wine and friendly atmosphere, pleasant service, above average, discreet environment, and well cooked food. The only flaw, medium-high price, which is not affordable for every day, but for an occasion, or for those who want something special, and perfect. 20/01/2025: Storico ristorante cinese di Bra, per tutti "il cinese del Viale", in quanto sito in Viale Madonna Fiori. Ottimo menù, fresco, servito in un ambiente pulito e ordinato. Servizio eccellente, forse solo un pò di "aroma di fritto" nell'aria, ma ci può stare. Consigliato!

25/11/2024: Best Chinese restaurant I know. Excellent dishes, plentiful, economical prices and impeccable service. I go there to eat at least 3/4 times a month and everything is always perfect. Booking is recommended, especially in the evening and at weekends. ATTENTION, the restaurant is closed from 11/19/2024 to 12/20/2024
