14/12/2024: We celebrated a friend's birthday here. The room of our warm and welcoming table and the kind and qualified staff. Excellent, quality food with a family atmosphere where you feel at ease. I will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it both for a romantic lunch/dinner and to celebrate an event.

22/12/2024: Excellent restaurant in the center of Bra near the station. The interior is very elegant and characteristic. The menu is varied and features traditional Piedmontese cuisine with high quality products served in an elegant and professional manner. Parking can be found nearby. Excellent quality/price ratio.

21/08/2024: Pur avendo prenotato ci hanno rifilato un tavolo praticamente sotto il sole. Preso un primo, molto buono, poi siamo scappati, caldo insopportabile. Va bene fare cassa..... ma dai.

19/08/2024: Aspettative molto alte, assolutamente disattese. Iniziamo dal pane gommoso da supermercato, antipasto presentato come in una mensa aziendale, freddo di frigorifero, formaggi "normali" che avrebbero comunque meritato una migliore presentazione e un miele o una composta diversi. La lingua, con cipolle e peperoni, servita come secondo era tagliata troppo sottile e le cipolle e i peperoni erano cotti separatamente e non c'entrava niente con la lingua. Ragazzi non si può vivere di rendita. Datevi una mossa!

02/12/2024: 5 stelle ma ne meriterebbe molte di più! Location molto carina,locale con pochi tavoli e ben distanziati perfetto per una serata di pace tra amici a gustare sapori meravigliosi. Indimenticabile la cura con cui ci hanno accolto, lodevole la cura mostrata verso le mie intolleranze non facendomi mancare davvero nulla. Guancia di maialino STREPITOSA, tutto impeccabile, personale sempre gentile e sorridente. Il conto merita una lode a parte perché per il livello dei piatti e della qualità prodotti è il più onesto da noi mai pagato. Complimenti e ancora grazie..Cristina e Pierluigi

25/11/2024: Cena in coppia con discrete aspettative considerando quello che avevo letto, purtroppo però era la serata di hallowin e la proprietà non se l’è evidentemente sentita di gestire una prenotazione di qualche “genitore” che non era in grado di tenere a bada un nugolo di bambini scatenati o di riservare una sala per loro rinunciando a completare i rimanenti tavoli. Mangiato in 45’ in una bolgia inenarrabile….. come abbiamo mangiato? E chi se lo ricorda…….. A ognuno libertà di scelta. A mai più rivederci.

12/12/2024: 10.15pm, after checking the closing time of the place (11.30pm on Google), we kindly ask for a table for 2 and are sent away because the kitchen is closed. The place was still full with people eating appetizers. Very sorry as I am already a customer.

08/12/2024: Beautiful environment, intimate (maybe even a little dark...). Traditional Piedmontese food, good. Not suitable for vegetarians.

14/12/2024: Nothing to say, in fact there would be a lot of it and it would all be positive. I went to a pre-Christmas company dinner on Tuesday evening and we were welcomed by young and kind but above all prepared staff. We chose the à la carte menu but there is also a tasting menu. The starters were excellent, personally I took raw Fassona meat and Bra sausage and the tajarin as a first course. The serving times were perfect, without waiting too long and without having to stuff yourself because the other dish is arriving. Small but nice place

04/11/2024: Very pleasant lunch in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Proactive staff involved in the lunch experience. Impeccable dishes and attentive wine accompaniment. Happy island of Piedmont.

11/12/2024: Went here for a birthday/class celebration. Because we were in 30, we called ahead and sorted out a fixed menu for €35 each with the owner/manager. We specifically asked for a vegan option for antipasti, primi e dolce for me and they promised us they could do that. When I got there, the lady acted surprised and said she had no idea. She offered me bagna cauda (not vegan) for antipasto and pasta in bianco as primi... and no dessert. Instead of apologising or offering a discount she tried to explain that leeks at this time of year cost more than meat... I was speechless. No humility or desire for me to enjoy my meal. Incredibly audacious.

20/11/2024: Eaten like a king. Tongue with green sauce a spectacle... First prize Tajarin. Worth its weight in gold.

03/12/2024: Lunch with friends. Elegant and refined location. Excellent cuisine. Overall, however, the experience was somewhat disappointing. The rumble and noise in the room do not allow a fluid and peaceful conversation between the diners. Staff not up to expectations. There is a lack of transparency when ordering the chosen dishes. After having ordered a cut that did not exceed 600/700 grams, I was brought a 1.2 kg cut of meat without my knowledge. warned that that was the smallest steak currently available in the kitchen. I would certainly have changed the menu and not spent 90 euros because the steak weighed double what I requested! I think this fact is very unpleasant and shows little honesty towards the customer. The service is very slow: 3 dishes in 3 hours! Furthermore, the toilets and cloakrooms in the room are not heated. After what has been said, I would really struggle to recommend Scuderie Sabaude; I believe that in the Roero and Langa you can find better products with a preferable quality/price ratio

25/11/2024: Ho trascorso un venerdì sera qui a cena con amici . Non soni rimasto soddisfatto dell' esperienza, per i seguenti motivi: 1. Rapporto qualità/prezzo della cena: il conto non era per niente proporzionato alla qualità dei piatti proposti. Inoltre non sono stati trasparenti sulla quantità e sul prezzo dei fuori menu 2. Personale non all'altezza delle aspettative: oltre ad aver notato lentezza nel servizio, hanno fornito informazioni errate su dove parcheggiare le auto e ci siamo trovati non solo un conto salato, ma anche essere multati per divieto di sosta. Non consiglio questo ristorante, per le langhe c'è molto di meglio

09/12/2024: I stayed for one night in the B&B and in the room at my disposal there was the indispensable, such as luxurious comfort, heating, but the cleanliness, dust and cobwebs in the room left something to be desired. And the towels smelled musty.

14/11/2024: Large and well furnished room. Rather clean. The very kind owner waited for me until 8pm. A little noisy as it overlooks the square. Overall very good. I would recommend it

25/11/2024: Best Chinese restaurant I know. Excellent dishes, plentiful, economical prices and impeccable service. I go there to eat at least 3/4 times a month and everything is always perfect. Booking is recommended, especially in the evening and at weekends. ATTENTION, the restaurant is closed from 11/19/2024 to 12/20/2024
