Both classic dishes revisited with creativity and intelligence, and more innovative ones. Excellent Quails cooked in Villeroy style and cannoli filled on the spot. We will definitely be back. Well done well done!

08/06/2025: Delicious wine shop that offers a variety of excellent wines, not to mention the fantastic Gin Aroma of its own production. You can't miss stopping by if you are passing through Tortona. Furthermore, the food proposals are excellent and of the highest quality. I will always and only return there when I happen to be in those parts again.

16/06/2025: Non appena si entra nel locale si viene accolti da calore familiare e simpatia da parte dei titolari e dei loro collaboratori e non manca grande professionalità . Le pietanze sono squisite, le materie prime sono di ottima scelta ed in ogni piatto emerge la passione con la quale sono cucinate. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Despite being on an internal street it is very pleasant to eat outside.. good dishes except for the slightly plastic grilled vegetables. Excellent veal with tuna sauce. Beautiful setting. 12/05/2025: Lunch with friends, particular location with unusual combinations of memorabilia and racing motorcycle objects with a fireplace and rustic objects, not to mention futuristic paintings and murals. Piedmontese starter a little disappointing in quality, Piedmontese fried food instead excellent also in terms of quality and quantity, exceptional desserts. Medium-high prices. The only flaw was the manager, who, unlike the very kind and helpful waiter, was dry and almost annoyed. The final bill only with the receipt with the total, without the details of the items.

23/07/2025: Tavoli apparecchiato in esterno, o meglio sotto un fienile nella corte. Fresco e tranquillità, tovaglie e tovaglioli in stoffa candidi. Aua buona carta dei vini, offerta comprensiva di mezze bottiglie e calici, abbiamo optato per una Martirella della cantina Mariotto, un ottimo mix a base freisa ad un ottimo prezzo 15€ la bottiglia. Come antipasto una battuta di fassona servita su sedano e condita con tuotlrlo d'uovo e toma semi stagionata sbriciolati (10€). Passando agli agnolotti al vino (8€) e per secondi una tagliata (16) e un filetto di maiale imporchettato(14), come contorno patate al forno (4). Tutto molto piacevole, eccezionali gli agnolotti in riduzione di vino.

24/06/2025: Highly recommended! The restaurant is part of the Cavallino hotel where we chose to book a room for the weekend. The restaurant is located in a well-kept and pleasant courtyard. The service is excellent, all the girls are professional and friendly, especially Giuliana with excellent advice regarding desserts! The menu is not extensive, but it is perfect at the same time. All the dishes were delicious. The price was more than I expected. A truly pleasant evening!

20/05/2025: Friendly staff and not a long wait. The food wasn't particularly tasty; the chicken was very dry, and the pasta was quite oily and not well seasoned.

18/07/2025: A lovely location for a stopover. We'd love to return in November, and today in July for the third time. Definitely have dinner there; the tartare was delicious and a great surprise. GRAZIE

17/07/2025: After a few years I returned to dine at Carrettino in Tortona, what can I say, the years go by but the food is always the same, tonight only meat and salad, for me it was the right choice
