Chef Meri Pozzali; in sala il Patron Fabrizio, Lorenzo Bisi che ci descrive i piatti con dovizia di particolari e Monica, al bar Ian. Musica in sottofondo; la cena: Vino: - Ruchè DOCG "Vigna del parroco" az. Ferraris Agricola. Grissini "Gli Acquolini", pane bianco al sesamo e pane integrale di produzione artigianale; focaccia alle olive maison. Antipasti: - rinascimento sabaudo (tartare di chianina, salsa tonnata e polvere di capperi). - non è polenta (crema di mais con fonduta di taleggio tartufata). - il re degli ortaggi (mousse di carciofi all'arancia). - arsenico e vecchi sapori (trippa alla montalcinese). - variazioni di bianco (flan di topinambur con fonduta di parmigiano alla vaniglia). Primo: - il lusso della semplicità (agnolottini con ristretto alla Barbera). Ratafià di Andorno ad accompagnare il dessert: - liquore di ciliegie nere. - liquore di albicocca. Dessert: - panna cotta al vinsanto con i cantucci. Caffè a chiudere. La corta e bella carta dei vini presenta 14 etichette anche sfuso e al calice. Ratabbuffata come da titolo e come descritto a 27€ escluso vino e caffè; à la carte, a cena, 4 antipasti da 8 a 12€; 3 primi da 12 a 14€; 3 secondi da 13 a 16€; 3 dessert a 6€; su Facebook la carta del pranzo e le Ratabbuffate del venerdì e sabato a cena. Ogni volta ci ripromettiamo di cenare alla carta ma le sfiziose Ratabbuffate non ce lo consentono, prima o poi ci riusciremo... Uno dei ristoranti preferiti; a fine cena i nostri complimenti. 21/02/2024: Già stato un po' di volte e ci torno sempre volentieri, vasta scelta di pizze, antipasti ,primi,secondi e dolci sfiziosi, il tutto con ottime materie prime. Servizio sempre discreto e attento al cliente,rapporto qualità prezzo giusto

14/02/2024: Excellent pizzas made with quality ingredients. Farinata is also served. The place acts as a pizzeria and tavern (not tried). Good service even if during peak hours it presents some critical issues which are overcome with the quality of the product. Average prices.

14/02/2024: Dovrebbero fare un monumento ad Antonello e a sua moglie per l'attività che stanno portando avanti in un luogo storico di Alessandria. Dal nome si intuisce cosa facciano: solo farinata. E uno si chiederà: come può sopravvivere un locale facendo un solo prodotto? Perché la loro farinata è SPAZIALE. Buonissima, non unta, cotta a puntino. Per un pasto veloce ed economico o una scorpacciata colossale non importa: la farinata si prende solo qui.

07/04/2024: We found ourselves in this place by chance with some friends. Excellent pizza, fish (in my case sea bream fillet) very good. The desserts, to my taste, discreet. The service was impeccable and fast. Limoncello at the end of dinner offered by the house. Thank you, we will definitely be back

05/04/2024: I asked the waiter for a banal capricciosa pizza. The pizza was mediocre, very normal ingredients. The mushrooms were a particularly soft mush and without any flavor (very strange for porcini mushrooms!!). The beauty is about the bill. A capricciosa pizza at the Barbarossa restaurant in Alessandria costs €18!!!! What can I say, you are the world champions. If you find a more expensive capricciosa, let me know so I can try it. Unfortunately in this pizzeria they have invented a method to increase the costs of pizzas. They charge for each ingredient separately. Keep this in mind. The problem is not the price itself. I would be willing to pay even more for a pizza, as long as the cost is justified by the quality of the ingredients. I want to reiterate that in this case it was a banal capricciosa with mediocre ingredients. Total cost for a capricciosa, a beer and a grappa, €32!!! It was certainly an unforgettable dinner! They lived up to their name!!
