04/11/2024: Getting 3 coffees at the counter took about 20 minutes plus teasing from the employees. We enter and stop at the counter to get 3 coffees (2 normal and 1 macchiato). We wait our turn to order trying to get noticed by the boy behind the counter. We finally order but the coffees don't arrive. they served them to everyone who arrived after us. After a while a young lady asks us what we wanted and I tell her two normal coffees and a macchiato. The girl looks at us as if she didn't understand and I repeat it three times and finally she replies to me to stay calm because I would have had the coffee like everyone else. I politely point out to him that the coffees had been ordered 15 minutes ago but that they continued to give them to other customers. Nothing, again he tells me to stay calm and to top it off the boy who made the coffee tells his colleague "give him the coffee he has to go and save the world". Absolutely avoid. Terrible service.

06/01/2025: Un'esperienza assolutamente negativa! A dispetto del nome, di Nobile non c'è niente, né l'atmosfera (locale caotico con accozzaglia di arredi e di oggetti), , né la qualità dei prodotti (cioccolata imbevibile, sembrava acqua colorata) e tanto meno il prezzo (19€ per due calicetti di presunto bicerin e una cioccolata acquosa con panna di bomboletta)! Infine pollice verso anche sulla pulizia del locale (inesistente). Deludente. Peccato, perché ha un gran potenziale.

21/11/2024: Cena aziendale in questo ristorante. Il luogo è molto ben curato..arredamento ricercato , servizio adeguato. Niente di particolare sulla cucina..senza infamia e senza lode, forse perchè eravamo in tanti. Comunque sufficiente

20/01/2025: Conviene prenotare e si viene accolti e sistemati velocemente. Le pizze sono ottime, gustose e digeribilissime. La cucina è molto curata ed i piatti ben preparati e abbondanti. Il prezzo è un po' caro ma se si fa' la tessera gratuita e si fa' un acquisto qualsiasi, viene rilasciato lo scontrino con la promozione di sconto del 20% sul ristorante. Quindi eventualmente prima di andare al ristorante procedere al tesseramento.

25/11/2024: Ci sono rimasto molto male. Presumo sia riconducibile all'incredibile afflusso di persone: domenica a pranzo, coda ovunque. Venti minuti per sederci a tavola in una saletta appartata e "funestata" da una compagnia con bambini. Sia ben chiaro di bambini ce ne erano in molti tavoli ma quello a cui mi riferisco, maleducato e capriccioso, ha reso l'esperienza invivibile. Mi domando perchè i genitori (quei genitori) non vi provvedano, magari portando il bambino fuori dalla stanza. Tempi biblici per le ordinazioni. Tempi biblici per ricevere i piatti. Tigelle purtroppo imbarazzanti: totalmente fredde (evidentemente sono venute pronte prima e servite in ritardo). Tortellini discreti ma tiepidi. Polpette anche qui tiepide tendente al freddo. Buoni i taralli. Abbiamo deciso di andarcene subito senza dolce e caffè perchè coinvolti in una esperienza (peraltro non economica) terribile. Evidenzio peraltro che nella foga della giornata, il personale sarà stato sicuramente sotto stress, una cameriera ha fatto cadere un piatto di pasta in terra rompendo il piatto. si è scusata prontamente e subito ha raccolto e pulito quanto rimasto in terra ma, e qui per me è assolutamente censurabile, ha ripreso a servire pane e pietanze senza prima lavarsi le mani. Non cade il mondo ma agli occhi del cliente non una bella scena. Le ragazze gentili ma temo che l'afflusso di visitatori fosse ampiamente sopra ogni possibilità di gestione e quindi mal fronteggiato. Peccato. p.s. sono stati causa di una forte discussione anche all'interno della famiglia per la pessima esperienza vissuta.

02/11/2024: Cappuccio e brioches terrificanti. La brioches la mangio più buona al supermercato confezionata. Locale dentro trascurato. Bagno non pulito. Mai più.

28/09/2024: Premessa: è la prima volta che scrivo una recensione ma questa volta proprio non posso farne a meno. Svolgimento: prenotiamo all’aperto ma quando arriviamo non c’è posto, solo dentro, a malavoglia ci adeguiamo; ordiniamo, dopo notevole attesa ci servono il piatto unico, chiediamo il pane e la cameriera ci redarguisce che avremmo dovuto ordinarlo, scusandoci (sic) chiediamo di portarcelo comunque; quasi alla fine del pranzo, dopo avere sollecitato più volte, andiamo a prendercelo al banco e facciamo notare che nel piatto non c’era il secondo di seitan come da menù. Conclusione: 40 euro per due piatti unici con mezza ciotolina di zuppa, 4 ravioli, 4 pezzi di patata al forno e un ciuffetto di insalata, mezzo bicchiere d’acqua e una birra media, senza nemmeno una scusa o uno sconto. Morale: forse saranno gentili con l’ambiente ma non con i clienti, non ci vedranno mai più!

27/10/2024: They wanted to charge us €3 to bring us three drinks to a table. After trying to call the police, they returned the €3 to us. Bringing a drink to the table, notifying us in advance that we only wanted to have a snack and without finding a problem with it and trying to charge us €1 per drink for it is shameful. The transfer is implicit in the payment of drinks, which is not cheap at all: charging €7 for a glass of beer and €4 for a can of soft drink.... Indecent prices and abuse of tourists. Never again, completely embarrassing situation, tourist abuse that pays at abusive prices, €7 one coup around 330 ml of beer!!! Not recommended at all

18/10/2024: Premetto che avevamo un po' di fretta, ed eravamo affamati, abbiamo notato questa tavola calda, e abbiamo deciso di fermarci. Il locale si presenta un po' retrò, nessun prezzo esposto, poca gentilezza da parte del personale, piatti da tavola calda.Insomma pessima esperienza in quanto prendendo 2 primi, delle polpettine al sugo (6 di numero), una porzione di patate al forno e un insalata verde come quella nelle buste del supermercato e due bottigliette d'acqua, abbiamo lasciato alla cassa 55 Euro senza aver capito i costi dei singoli alimenti.Sconsigliatissimo

13/08/2024: I prezzi sono esagerati, bottiglietta di the 4€, brioche vuota 1,90€. Per i pagamenti elettronici, solo con il salta la fila. Per alcune persone, anziane e poco tecnologiche, è un problema. Farò in modo di non fermarmi più da chefexpress

12/07/2024: Non è colpa dei dipendenti ma da vostre disposizioni ci siamo recati alla cassa per pagare un caffè, in automatico volevano farci pagare il caffè arabica quello più caro 1,90, senza premurarsi di mettere al corrente noi clienti che potevamo scegliere quale dei due desideravamo normale 1,40 o arabica 1,90. Abbiamo osservato e lo facevano con tutti, con gli stranieri ci vano a nozze. Questa si chiama truffa e questo denota quanta importanza date ai clienti. Sicuramente non ci fermeremo più in uno dei vostri punti.

16/11/2024: 2 spaghetti alo scoglio quasi immangiabile 1/4 di vino 2 caffè e mezza di acqua 38€ evitate... oltretutto la cortesia e simpatia non è di casa

13/01/2025: Not bad, prices a little high for what they give you, but the experience was positive. 2 cocktails + tagliere for aperitif €22. The products are from Eataly and were good. For the location and atmosphere I would return.

29/12/2024: I understand that the amount of work during the holidays is great, but as a person who does the same job as you, I wonder how it is possible that a waiter is not able to manage 10 seats in the outdoor area. Let's take away the rudeness of some of the guys who work there, it seems absurd to me that you have to sit down, that you have to wait at least 15 minutes for some waiter to notice you, then after being noticed and dismissed with a MO ARRIVAL, another 20 minutes pass before someone finally come to take your order by divine grace. The spritz prepared more or less forty minutes after we sat down remained on the counter for at least another 10 minutes and therefore arrived watered down. I don't know but if I were you I would consider a change of staff, also because reading the reviews makes you feel nervous. FOR GOODNESS.

29/09/2024: What a shame I didn't read the comments before doing my shopping!! I bought several cheeses: a little expensive compared to the local caseifici but decent. But I took a punnet of apricots outside, in front of the store. When I arrived home, I said to myself: "Weird! The apricots are still in the tray and not in a bag while the lady was handling them behind her cash register" (I told myself that she wanted to reuse the tray .). When I wanted to eat them, I realized that the apricots now in the tray were very soft and wilted. I had to throw them away. I don't think I could have not noticed it when I took them. ? The lady explains the cheeses to you, speaks French, is friendly. You are not suspicious.😄I stayed two weeks in Entracque: without this bad experience, I would have returned to do my shopping in this store.

10/09/2024: I bought some bread, praised as fresh and crunchy by the owner. When it came out I wanted to taste it but I couldn't break it because it was rubbery and presumably a little moldy. When I returned to the shop the same lady promptly gave me my money back telling me that she didn't care about the negative reviews. It's a shame there wasn't a policeman in the town and it's a shame that, being the first on the street, the shop acts as a business card for a beautiful reality like Entracque. I don't recommend it!!

11/01/2025: Given that today (Saturday) it should close at 7pm... I went to get something at 5.50pm and the girl told me that I couldn't sit down and that the room was closed because "it closes in half an hour" which I say well, if it closes in half an hour 'now then why is it closing now? Embarrassing service.

11/10/2024: Terrible, I would say a few words about the waitresses, all rude, unpleasant and always sulking and complaining about the starvation pay they get, apart from one (Martina) who is always smiling and helpful. High prices and poor quality, customers treated with disdain and arrogance. Absolutely avoid
