07/12/2024: I don't agree with the choice to close the restaurant at 3pm during the Christmas holidays on a Saturday with several people wanting to eat. Never mind, we went to the competitor who served us with courtesy and product quality.

19/09/2024: Ho ordinato una ceasar salad il pollo sembrava andato a male la piadina come accompagnamento vecchia di un paio di giorni i chili cheddar immangiabili l’interno completamente congelato che dire poi del personale???? La signora con gli occhiali forse è meglio che cambia lavoro perché con il pubblico non ci sa proprio fare

06/01/2025: Capitati per caso lungo la strada che ci riportava a casa,senza conoscere il posto una bella sorpresa tutto molto buono,prodotti di qualità e gestione familiare eccellente,complimenti alla cuoca,ci ritorneremo.

24/11/2024: Osteria accogliente,semplice con piatti locali : ottima cucina! In un sabato post neve,ci hanno accolto e coccolato. La nostra cagnolina accettata ha potuto asciugarsi vicino al camino. Ottimi primi, ottima crema catalana. Conduzione familiare. Grazie: come a casa!

17/11/2024: Lenti, disorganizzati.. ginseng arrivato freddo... 20 minuti per un caffè, un ginseng e una brioches... Chiedi e ti rispondono sisi non capendo quello che chiedi. Bocciatissimo.

08/11/2024: Siamo andati a Novara e nella piazza centrale e siamo entrati nel bar per un caffè, bar vuoto, la barista ci ha servito scocciata un caffè imbevibile. Da non tornarci più.

18/08/2024: Super rude waiter, and horrible service. He quickly started getting nervous and losing his temper as we started ordering. Showing total lack of skills to serve a simple table. The guy started rising his voice and told us to “get out if you don’t like the service”, a 15 people table. So of course we left and the dude started insulting us, even followed us on the street throwing racist insults in a very childish way, he really made table service look like rocket science…. Just don’t go there, save yourself the worst service you can find in Italy…

01/11/2024: AVOID THIS PLACE, on the blackboard it proposed lasagna as the dish of the day, we sat down at the table at 12.15 among the first customers and upon our request the waitress replied that the lasagna ran out... the day before and they didn't have it redone! And to attract customers they left the menu of the day written in chalk with more proposals! Shameful for them, they made a fool of themselves..... obviously you discover the "real" menu when you sit down and already order a drink, you would have to get up from the table and change restaurant! In the end we ordered what they had, disproportionate value for money! Never repeat the experience again!

19/01/2025: Let me start by saying that I also work at the airport, I have only ever gone to them, a wonderful team, kind and helpful. For many it may be banal, but for me it isn't: they know how to froth milk/vegetable drinks perfectly and that's not for everyone! 🙏🏽🌞

30/07/2024: Abbiamo sostato in questa trattoria per la pausa pranzo ,in visita al Santuario di Oropa. Buono ed abbondante il tagliere di formaggi e salumi ,come pure gli gnocchi con fonduta,,,,servizio un po' lento, prezzi nella media.

12/05/2024: Di solito non faccio recensioni negative, piuttosto non dico nulla e non torno, ma qui urge davvero. A onor del vero il cibo è buono, ma ti passa la fame per i tempi di attesa! E non sto parlando di mezz’ora!!! Ci siamo seduti alle 13.10 ed è arrivato di semplici salumi e formaggi alle 14.15, il primo piatto alle 15.30. Siamo usciti dal locale, senza osare chiedere altro alle 16.20, perché c’era attesa anche per pagare!!! E guardandoci intorno, anche gli altri ospiti erano arrabbiati e basiti! Troppe prenotazioni prese e poca organizzazione. Mai più!!!!!!

15/12/2024: Oltre il lecito da vergogna!! Due cappuccini € 8 (OTTO si sì, proprio OTTO euro). Vergognoso così tanto perché oltre al prezzo ha cercato di non fare neppure lo scontrino. Dopo le mie rimostranze ha battuto, con molto fastidio il documento fiscale. Un pessimo locale di disonesti!! Neppure a Milano in duomo si spende così! Vergogna!!!

05/10/2023: special location On the shore of the lake and in a beautiful area close to Switzerland The room is old and the furniture is simple and not good Worse still, there is no air conditioning and there is a fan on the floor, perhaps a remnant of World War I

30/09/2023: It is an old and dated 2 star!!! Price too high for such a hotel! If you want to spend a lot and badly then this is the right place!

29/12/2024: Great fresh food in a nice piazza. A friendly welcome despite the staff being very busy. Very reasonable prices.

28/12/2024: The tea was served lukewarm twice, so much so that the teabag didn't take, the third time they brought me hot tea, served in a cup (with just over half water) and not in a teapot, always with the same wet teabag previously. The toast was not bad but very small in size. The sanitary facilities are mediocre. The place was quite cold, so much so that I kept my jacket on. An experience not to be repeated

18/01/2025: No, cioè il menù pizze prevede la Margherita a 10 € e si può aggiungere ingredienti a 2,50 l'uno , però se gli chiedi di aggiungere salame piccante la pizza costa 16 perché è scritta sul menù con un altro nome, stessa cosa per una pizza wurstel!!??!!?? Classica trappola per turisti, evitate!!

11/01/2025: Arrivati il sabato sera in 9, nonostante il locale pieno siamo stati trattati molto bene ed accomodati dopo qualche minuto. Cibo sia tipico che no, molto buono, dopo l’apres ski è un toccasana. Piccolo appunto sul maitre che ci ha accolto veramente in maniera ospitale nonostante il casino. Chapeau. Viva il Pinky ❤️

03/01/2025: Our opinion can only be extremely negative. First of all, a very rude bartender who sends us to sit outside without batting an eyelid. before they even look at us, 20 minutes pass plus another 40 to get 2 piadinas!! And in the meantime we need others who came after us.... No, that's not how it's done. Learn to treat customers equally instead of favoring locals and foreigners!!!!! And anyway we will never set foot there again.

01/01/2025: I order a glass of Dolcetto wine and a cheese platter. The cheeses are three types apparently bought from large retailers and not of high quality. Cost of the cutting board 12 euros. Little professionalism in customer care and excessive prices. Average waiting times. Food seems bought and reheated, lack of care in the cutting board (not wood but plastic) and in the service.
