09/01/2025: I went to eat at Mrs. Maria's! I ate with Mrs. Maria! As someone from outside the region, it delighted me with typical, simple and genuine foods. We immediately understood each other when he understood that I was looking for local dishes, far from elaborate preparations and endless menu lists. I don't usually have dessert, but here there was something typical, fresh of the day and I ended the dinner with a treat. Mrs. Maria is simple, extremely sincere and kind, a person to know, a person who radiates the sense of the green countryside of the past. I've read several complaints about the price, but I spent around 7-8% less than I thought!

10/01/2025: The quality of the food and service is truly excellent! From the breakfasts with those croissants and especially the tart... one leads to another. The coffee is one of the best around. Then in the lunch service they offer a different menu every day and this is also of excellent quality. Lots of choice. And the staff is always friendly and joking. When you become a regular customer you just have to sit at the table, they already know everything... if only all bars were like this....

03/11/2024: Excellent vegan pizza. There are at least 8 to choose from and they are not the usual "x" pizzas - mozzarella. They are pizzas that are born vegan, with olives, veg cheese, pistachio cream, etc. Absolutely affordable cost, very beautiful environment, furnished with refined details.

08/10/2024: I stayed a night at La Panoramica in Langhe during a walking tour. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. The owner and owners sons were amazingly helpful. Unfortunately we stayed on a Monday and the restaurant was closed, but the included breakfast was delicious and so I am saddened I wasn't able to try the food at the restaurant. Just a lovely place! I highly recommend!

19/08/2024: My stay at Panoramica di Bossolasco was an experience to be repeated and I must recommend it to everyone. The cleanliness, the discretion, the attention to the guests' needs, the excellent cooking of mother Fernanda and her son Massimo, make the stay in this delightful village in the Langhe very pleasant. The icing on the cake is the swimming pool with panoramic views because the name doesn't lie. Even the service at the bar with the delicious homemade ice creams is worth a stop. 07/02/2025: After a few months I returned to Trattoria L'Alternativa. I found a renewed menu, with few but excellent proposals, all valid. The food is of good quality and the wine cellar truly excellent. The service stands out for the courtesy and affability of the staff. The only sore point concerns the structure, which appears a little neglected and worn by time. Furthermore, you tend to come out full of smells, which is a real shame considering the standard of the cuisine. However, I must say that I ate a really good grissinopoli!

07/01/2025: Terrible treatment - I read this sentence in the review before coming. And the truth has to be told. We went in to get 2 cafes and water to take away. They asked us 9 euros, which is more than what is indicated on the price list. The woman supported this by adding table service to the cost. When I reminded her that we get take out, she said our kids were sitting at the tables outside earlier. We are talking about January, when the tables outside are not served and the children even sat there to have a snack, then got up without leaving a crumb and left. If my husband and I hadn't stopped by for a takeaway coffee, no one would have come to visit us. A virginia.....

24/12/2024: Pranzo per un 50° anniversario, 7 persone. La location è immersa tra le vigne delle colline del Monferrato casalese, una tipica cascina in mattoni e pietra ristrutturata che offre piatti di alto livello con una bellissima la cucina a vista. Ogni piatto presentato è stata un'escalation di sapori, è stato tutto molto apprezzato e la qualità della materia prima si percepisce dal primo all'ultimo boccone di ogni portata. Le bollicine iniziali, i vini rossi e bianchi ed il Moscato finale sono stati ottimi accompagnatori per il pranzo di festa. Durante il pranzo ci sono state rivolte piccole attenzioni fuori menù che hanno reso il tutto ancora più piacevole (come il bis degli antipasti e degli agnolotti e la selezione di pasticceria secca al momento del caffè). Claudio è stato paziente, disponibile, presente e ci ha coccolato per tutta la durata dell'esperienza, fermandosi più volte a chiacchierare e scherzare e omaggiando anche la coppia festeggiata con bel vino rosso autoprodotto come dono, un bravo professionista che svolge il suo lavoro con testa ma anche cuore. Un appunto: tagliare le fette del vitello tonnato, nel piatto in cui viene servito (insieme agli altri 2 antipasti) non risulta molto comodo. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff, non mancherà occasione per tornare a trovarvi. Attenzione: cascina Faletta NON è una trattoria, quindi non applica prezzi da trattoria. Estremamente consigliato.

09/02/2025: I really appreciated the quality of the food, the kindness of the staff and the environment which lends itself to welcoming families with children who can play freely in the children's area. The 5 stars are a vote of confidence because they can significantly improve the speed of the service. We were in no hurry, but having received the dessert at the end of the meal at 4.15pm (we placed the orders at 1.30pm) the risk is that, despite the satisfaction in the context, someone like me risks not returning

03/02/2025: We often visit Ivrea In our opinion, Rosso is the best gelateria in Ivrea. The coffee is so good that we always buy some for home. the gelato is delicious...the sweets are of excellent quality. I'm a diabetic and rarely eat anything sweet...I'm happy to make an exception at Rosso! The staff is very friendly and attentive. Great to sit on the piaza in summer...but also enough space inside in winter.. Really 100% recommended!

20/10/2024: Very nice place, nice outdoor area on the town square. Some desserts are very good, others are not, the pasticciotti had the pastry detaching from the cream, it looked like they had been frozen or put in the fridge for days. The tarts with cream and fruit for 5 euros are a steal!

05/10/2024: Had lunch at this polenteria trattoria. Excellent polenta made up of 3 polentas (classic, taragna and Valsesia) and seasonal porcini mushrooms. Also recommended for a business lunch. Slightly retro atmosphere

01/02/2025: A new management that did not disappoint my expectations, I had already known the new manager for a long time and his credentials were very promising!! I would say the place was reborn from the ashes of the old management, blossoming immediately with a menu of dishes prepared with good quality raw materials and cooked with great skill, even the bread, breadsticks and focaccia are excellent; well done Chef‼️ Interesting wine list with also the presence of good Champagne... oh I forgot... very well prepared aperitifs with a nice little plate of accompanying tastings!!️ Food at a fair price; very attentive, empathetic and cheerful waitresses, courteous manager ready to best satisfy the needs of each diner, with attention and a word for everyone; non-nagging and invasive attention and courtesy in an informal, welcoming and, of its kind, slightly retro, even elegant environment. Now all that remains is to wait for the summer to enjoy the courtyard with garden which makes you forget you are in a corner of Turin and makes you dream of being in a bistro in Paris!! a relaxing lunch break with a menu at 🔝‼️ Well done👏👏

03/01/2025: Friendly and efficient staff, classic bowling alley food, really good leg of pork, I was expecting larger portions as some friends had told me but it may be that since it was full of customers they reduced the portions a bit but still satisfying, I didn't like the I thought the sweets that were offered to us and the bitters were included in the fixed evening menu, the bill per person was 28 euros, let's say it was fair, I will return to try other dishes. I forgot there's music but not much room for dancing but they told me that in the summer they have plenty of outdoor space so it will definitely be nicer to hang out. I recommended the place to my daughter and her boyfriend, terrible idea, zero cleanliness, poor quality of food and prices that aren't bowling alley
