17/07/2026: The food is undoubtedly excellent, but the problem lies elsewhere. It's UNACCEPTABLE that we can't order two takeout pizzas when the pizzeria opens. The curt and uninteresting response was, "We're fully booked." I reiterated that I only wanted two takeout pizzas, and they repeated, "We're fully booked." You be the judge.

02/06/2026: Da Carlo isn't just a simple agriturismo, but a place where you can find yourself, even after years, with one thing in common...a moment of happiness dictated by the exquisite food and the setting, a paradise with a view of the mountains. Equally important is Carlo's presence, which exudes warmth and friendliness. Highly recommended.

16/02/2026: Family lunch. We enjoyed everything from the appetizer (homemade) to the dessert. We trusted the very friendly owner...well, we couldn't have made a better choice! Generous portions and a variety of dishes, cold and hot appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, a roast, fruit, desserts, coffee, and liqueurs. Very fair prices.

11/07/2026: We came here to eat because it had been recommended for the quality of the food, and I can confirm that it was good. It's a shame that the service was terrible, incredibly slow in serving the tables. We sat down at 1:30 PM (there were 4 of us), had appetizers, 2 first courses, and 3 second courses, and the second courses arrived at 3:30 PM, 2 hours after we sat down. We then got up for dessert at 4:00 PM. Even more serious than the slowness was the attitude of the wait staff, who seemed almost annoyed when we asked them to wait. When we asked about the timing for the second course, they replied, "The meat is already on the stove," which then arrived at least 40 minutes after that communication. I repeat: embarrassing. I can turn a blind eye to the disorganization, but not to the mockery. It's a shame because, as I said, the quality of the food wasn't bad at all.

14/06/2026: The property is splendid, nestled in an ancient village expertly restored and renovated. The surrounding panorama is marvelous, and the greenery that envelops it conveys a pleasant sense of peace and serenity. The rooms are well-kept, clean, and perfectly in keeping with the property's surroundings. Unfortunately, our experience was severely compromised by the presence of a particularly noisy group of guests. From the afternoon onward, shouting and noise in the pool area made it difficult to enjoy the tranquility of the place. The situation then degenerated during breakfast, when the constant loud chatter, skits, jokes shouted across the table, and the general atmosphere of confusion made it impossible to enjoy a meal in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We can't imagine if we had stayed for dinner. We fully understand that a vacation is a time for relaxation and conviviality, and that a certain level of noise is normal. However, there's a very simple concept that we mere mortals call respect, which avoids compromising the lives, and in this case, the stay, of other guests. In a property that presents itself as a place of well-being, relaxation, and exclusivity, mutual respect should be a priority. What disappointed us most was the lack of intervention by the restaurant manager to contain the situation; such a racket in common areas is probably considered normal. As a result, we were unable to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere that is one of the property's main strengths. Considering that rates start at around €150 per night, we would have expected greater attention to the comfort and well-being of all guests. EVERYONE! We also understand that you might be asking yourself, "What could we have done?" It would have been enough to not appear smiling and conniving at the attitude, trying to maintain a professional demeanor (it doesn't matter if you ask the waiters to clear your plate as soon as you finish eating, if the environment in which I'm having breakfast is chaotic). A real shame, because the location is truly worth it and has all the potential to offer an excellent experience and revitalize an area like Molise, often mistreated and overlooked. If I could only comment on the receptionist who welcomed us and the two young men who served us coffee, I'd give it a 10. The young woman was extremely kind, polite, and friendly—a truly delightful woman. Fortunately, there are young people who are reviving the fortunes of a southern Italy still deeply rooted in rudeness and a total lack of respect for others.

15/08/2025: Mid-August Day, lunch. I arrive at 1 PM, the first course is served at 3 PM, and the first appetizer arrives at 2 PM. The second course arrives at 3:30 PM, the meat at 4:30 PM. Ice cream is for 5:30 PM, so we leave at 7 PM. The food is good, but nothing to justify these crazy times. The place is full of flies, but overall it's clean, and the staff is okay. I paid too much for such a long service. I don't think the place is adequate for all the seats they wanted to hold.

06/12/2025: We visited this agriturismo for lunch with family and friends. The place is located on a hill and offers a splendid panoramic view of the sea and our Maiella mountains. The owners, very kind, welcomed us warmly. Many compliments to the chef, who prepared elaborate dishes using traditional local ingredients, simple yet very tasty. Everything was truly excellent and presented with a certain refinement. 👏👏👏 Highly recommended ❤️

A well-managed property, with plenty of greenery and pleasant spaces, it's steeped in authenticity and tradition. Superlative food is prepared with local, organic produce by Emma, ​​who gathers all her guests around the same table for breakfast and dinner. A unique moment of sharing and pleasant conversation.
