20/10/2025: I am reacting to a review from a local guide David Greens 3 years ago… Borgo Antico about owner/ chef Filindo is not deserving of your Bird like review referencing him as a Peacock. I politely suggest the title of peacock be more fitting with you…These hidden gems and villagers are NOT awaiting for your kick back group travelers! Their menus are offered by fresh supplies solely on local forage and seasonal produce and availability. Quality at best. My review is based on 2015 and most recent visit 2024. Fact checked on you everything, it is the same and we felt lucky to find Borgo open and the opportunity to reunite with Filindo and experience this mountain top Trattoria again. 07/09/2025: Nice place but in my opinion they can only cook meat we were there yesterday fish wedding black mussels and no bigger than a centimeter seafood risotto that tastes of stock cube and also raw service disappointing to say the least waiters who forget what you ask them a disappointment many guests complained in my opinion the fish is better if you don't offer it a ruined wedding like this no I'm not there for me you have closed never again

01/10/2025: A very good meal with attractive prices and quality service. Everything was very good. (No pizza on weekdays). Only the carbonara lacked creaminess.

21/09/2025: I've never seen stuffed cuttlefish cooked without removing the bone. It's almost shocking to find it on your plate. And since you sell your dishes by weight, the bone is bigger than the cuttlefish, which shrinks considerably after cooking, so I pay more for the bone than the cuttlefish itself. Maybe you should watch a tutorial to learn how to clean local cuttlefish. You remove the skin, innards, bone, eyes, and mouth. This happens all over Italy and is an indisputable basic rule. It's like a rotisserie roasting chickens without plucking them first, or a seafood restaurant stewing octopus without removing its beak and eyes. The guy working there was very rude and annoying with all the customers. I suggest you change jobs. Customer service isn't your strong point. Take a nice month's vacation! (You won't be surprised by the review I told you I'd write... the 4 euro discount wasn't necessary.)

16/09/2025: During our vacation in Termoli, we dined at Maramimmo many evenings. Excellent fresh seafood dishes and a very welcoming, clean atmosphere. We felt right at home! We highly recommend Annalisa and Massimiliano from Padua.

06/10/2025: We arrived on our motorcycles, cold and wet, at 2 PM without a reservation. They welcomed us and made us feel at home. We ate deliciously, and the prices were very reasonable. A truly exceptional place.

20/08/2025: I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment. A nice, traditional, fairly rustic place with a few children's playground equipment in the courtyard, very useful. Very good service, fast and friendly. The only downside is the location; I drove 14km of winding roads to get there. Good, tasty food, decent house wine to accompany the meal.

17/09/2025: We stayed for a week in a bungalow and had a wonderful time. The campsite is truly beautiful, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. Add to that the lake is breathtaking. We were lucky because there were very few people during the week, so it was very relaxing. A lot of people came on the weekend, so if we had stayed in a tent, the experience would have been different, as the pitches aren't pre-determined, and on busy days, things can get chaotic. Overall, I can't recommend it highly enough; it's truly a fairytale place!

29/09/2025: We visited this restaurant on Sunday, September 28, 2025, to celebrate my brothers-in-law's 40th wedding anniversary. We were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food (seafood-based), which was absolutely delicious, tasty, and perfectly presented. The service was excellent, with attention to detail (the cutlery was always changed after each course, without forgetting anything, and always very attentive), and the staff was helpful and extremely kind. My heartfelt congratulations to my brothers-in-law for their choice, but above all, my compliments to the staff at Il Poggio, who treated us to excellent dishes. Thank you, I hope to return soon.

23/09/2025: I went for lunch: the staff was attentive, helpful, and kind. Perfect, I'd say. The dining room is beautiful and very large. The food was amazing. The appetizer was fresh fish, especially salmon. The first courses were excellent! I was very satisfied.

04/09/2025: Overall, it was a good experience. The food was good (especially the burgers), but a bit pricey, especially the appetizers, considering the quantity! The food was very slow. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The place was a bit dark.

25/08/2025: A truly exceptional discovery. A culinary journey rich in authentic and intense flavors. Every bite of the sandwiches is a unique experience, thanks to the perfect balance between the quality of the meat and the authenticity of the provola. Kudos to the management: the atmosphere is reminiscent of a cozy pub, with a selection of unique and quality beers. Furthermore, the option of enjoying a free game of billiards or ping pong makes the experience even more enjoyable and informal, far removed from today's overly standardized and monotonous venues. A place I wholeheartedly recommend. The prices are absolutely in line with the excellent quality offered.

25/09/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance while on vacation. Friendly staff. Very good food. The seafood appetizer is truly special. Excellent prices. Too bad the clothes smell bad when you leave.

12/09/2025: I bought some gluten-free takeaway pizzas and I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised, firstly because the gluten-free pizza is not bad and secondly because it has two ovens so it is safe for celiacs.

11/10/2025: We were traveling to Umbria after a vacation in Puglia. We thought we wouldn't be able to find a table at any restaurant because it was so crowded. However, Ristorante la Sacrestia went out of its way to give us two seats. We enjoyed an excellent and tasty fish first course. The staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed the food.
