06/01/2026: A very pleasant experience for a group of 12 in a restaurant that prides itself on its delicious food and hospitality. The staff was young and the atmosphere intimate. The fireplace was a real plus. I also personally appreciated the moderate menu; the appetizers were excellent, as were the meat dishes. We'll definitely return; highly recommended.

11/01/2026: The lamb with truffles was a delight, as was the white ragù. The appetizers and side dishes were also excellent. The tagliatelle with truffles, however, could be a little more "exciting"; paradoxically, it was the dish I was least impressed with. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was fantastic; I absolutely recommend this place!

08/01/2026: A delightful discovery in Fano. Da Ugo is a truly charming restaurant, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere: it feels just like home. We live nearby and honestly can't understand why we hadn't heard about it before. They offer a wide variety of options, varying depending on the day and time of day: For lunch, they offer an all-you-can-eat carbonara, while on some evenings they offer a meat or truffle menu. An original and much-appreciated idea. We called asking for carbonara, and even though it wasn't scheduled that evening, they decided to prepare it just for us (and then for the other customers as well): a gesture that speaks volumes about their attentiveness and helpfulness to their customers. The girl on the phone, who I assume is the owner, was disarmingly kind, as was the young man in the dining room: both were smiling, attentive, and truly pleasant. We happened to be there on a Wednesday, an evening when there was also live music: the atmosphere was charming, and the musicians and singers were truly talented. And now for the food, a real highlight: The truffle carbonara was plentiful and incredibly good, probably one of the best I've ever had. The truffle tagliatelle and classic carbonara were also incredibly inviting. The appetizers were also excellent: the truffle crostini were so flavorful I could have eaten two more. The pizza bianca platter was delicious, just like in the old days, with dried sausage, salami, cheeses, and more. Unfortunately, we didn't have room for dessert... but it will definitely be an excuse to return. Everything was perfect, highly recommended.

02/01/2026: On December 31st, we had dinner in the Roman cave. Very beautiful and evocative. The atmosphere was peaceful and the menu perfect. Excellent value. Everything was delicious and the portions generous. Highly recommended.

02/01/2026: Four of us ate at noon on December 31st. The seafood risotto was spectacular, the fish passatelli were very good, and the fried fish was excellent. The French fries were very good, but the grilled meat needed a rethink. Two eggplants and two slices of zucchini didn't seem like mixed grilled vegetables to me, which was a shame. The sorbet was also excellent, and to finish, the coffee was very good. The service was impeccable; there was only one girl serving all the tables, but despite everything, she was very good, kind, and fast. The location was very warm and welcoming, we loved it. 10/12/2025: Unfortunately, I can only comment on the restaurant. Everything, from the appetizer to the dessert, was perfect and very good! The waiter was very attentive and competent. The wine recommendation was perfect! The interior is a bit dated, but all in all, it was a very pleasant evening and excellent value for money!

11/11/2025: We were in the mood for fish and came here on a recommendation. We weren't disappointed. Everything was delicious. The service was friendly and helpful, and the ambiance with its sea view was absolutely fantastic. Making a reservation is definitely a good idea, as it's always full and the wait can be quite long. We highly recommend this restaurant.

10/11/2025: An extremely unpleasant experience this summer. After paying the bill, we were clearly told at the cashier that the amaros were free. We took them and drank them without hesitation, but as we were leaving, a waiter arrogantly stopped us and asked if we had paid for them. The result was an embarrassing and completely avoidable moment, born solely from poor internal communication and unprofessional behavior. A place that treats customers this way leaves a terrible impression. I have no intention of returning.

The wines were excellent, the platters and focaccias spectacular, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. 19/01/2026: As a former restaurant and bar professional, now retired, with a half-Venetian family (and therefore an excellent knowledge of seafood cuisine, even professionally), I have to give the "La Quinta" trattoria a solid 10 out of 10. It's a trattoria, so I think the sophists of "classy" seafood restaurants might disagree with me, but I love the quality, "national popular" style of dining, without too many frills, with an informal atmosphere, but with fast and attentive service and, above all, the tasty, generous dishes offered on the sufficiently varied "La Quinta" menu, which is also affordable even for those with moderate budgets. A key advantage is the adjacent fishing port of Fano, which guarantees the freshness of the local ingredients. We can't wait to return. Thanks to the owners and staff for the wonderful experience. I recommend booking by phone, especially on weekends.

08/12/2025: We were there 2 days ago. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was excellent. My first course was with porcini mushrooms and pancetta, as was the sliced ​​steak with radicchio and walnuts. The service was quick, and they also have gluten-free options. I highly recommend it.
