05/05/2025: I would like to point out that we were only there because it was in collaboration with the 'Metropol' Hotel with a -10% discount. Limited menu, acceptable prices for the dish and the service offered. If you're satisfied just to fill your stomach, fine, otherwise for those who understand the true flavor of fish dishes, I don't recommend it. Just to make it clear to those who know how to eat, all the fish was breaded.

28/04/2025: Appare come un ristorante storico della zona lungomare, convenzionato con il nostro hotel. Pertanto, ci siamo detti, proviamolo se necessario, ma giriamo altri posti. Avremmo invece dovuto mangiare sempre qui. Gentilissimi e disponibili, il menù è ottimo e la resa nei piatti ancora di più. Pesce soprattutto, ma soddisfa qlss esigenza, perché ascoltano e vengono incontro alle esigenze. Si vede che sono persone d'esperienza che di fatto sono del mestiere da tempo. Il prezzo poi, considerando anche la convenzione hotel, è imbattibile. Grazie a voi.

31/05/2025: Very nice place inside, food and waiters more than excellent! I ordered a Texas pizza as a main course and a gluttonous nest as a dessert, both very good! They also offered us limoncello and amaro, both waiters a boy and a girl who served us were super kind and helpful.

Uldergo, on the other hand, in Pesaro is a true "historical" institution, a friendly, serious, honest and competent person in his profession who has made fish-based catering a top-level culinary art... in the many times I have eaten at the restaurant and in the countless take-away dishes I have ordered he has never disappointed me... absolutely positive quality/price ratio from every point of view... Top-notch wine list... what can I say... a tourist or visitor to the city cannot leave Pesaro if he hasn't experienced what it means to eat quality fish at Uldergo!!

As an order we took: meat appetizer with cured meats and cheeses to share, a lime garden pizza and a sliced ​​coarse salt and rosemary. We are asked if we want a fornarina with the starter. Let's hope it's offered. And instead anal of the evening. It is charged at the end of dinner for 4.50 euros. Okay, we were expecting it. After all, both the starter (meat and cheese) and the pizza and steak were very good. Very tender and well cooked meat and excellent pizzas too. The food was all good. Pizza cooked in a wood oven. Too bad that when they took away our empty plates the waitress completely forgot about us. He went back and forth from the kitchen to the living room and vice versa but never asked us again. We wanted to have a dessert and a coffee and after 20 minutes of waiting we finally gave up and left. We go to the cash register and the gentleman who was there calls the waitress to make us pay. So I was stunned. Do you have only one waitress in the restaurant who is not even very quick at her job and you even allow yourself to put her at the register with everything she has to handle? Pure madness. However, the waitress was always kind and with a smile, she made us pay, greeted us and everything went well. Unfortunately the place on the outside is in really bad shape and if it weren't for a new restaurant sign it would be difficult to find. Luckily there is free parking at the sports field at the end of the street and getting there is quite easy. Another small note. The brunette at 4 euros is starting to be a steal. If you go to Fano you pay around 2/2.50 euros. Are you making gold here? I do not believe. Be careful of these things. Furthermore, the cut could have been slightly more generous for the price, even if it was honest. Rearrange the outside of the place and it wouldn't hurt inside either. After that I recommend it.
