27/09/2025: We were there this evening with my family, the place was very nice but the prices were exorbitant for having eaten sandwiches. We left there and went to eat somewhere else.

27/09/2025: Everything was really good! Nice place and friendly staff! We had tagliatelle with ragù, 10 out of 10!!! The burgers and cold cuts were also excellent! We'll definitely be back when we pass through Civitanova.

21/09/2025: The pizza was delicious, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The ingredients were excellent, but I was really disappointed with the price. I bought two bottles of Coke and 30 pieces of pizza, including two Margherita pizzas. Total: €82.00 I recommend lowering the prices 🙌🏻

01/09/2025: The pizza is good, but unfortunately the prices are excessively high. Every owner makes their own choices, but I too choose not to return. €9 for four slices of pizza, two of which are Margheritas.

13/08/2025: We had a truly wonderful time! They seated us and served us immediately, with kindness and professionalism. The young man who looked after us was not only attentive but also friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, carefully prepared and authentically flavored. The location, in the heart of Macerata, is simply unbeatable. A well-deserved five stars! Greetings from Turin 👋🏻

04/08/2025: Our experience started off well, we were given an indoor table (unseasonal rain) in the back, which might be a reason for being forgotten. Starters arrived promptly, but mains took over an hour and by then we were in a hurry to leave for the opera. My wife’s main (chicken) was completely cold when it arrived, which was proudly heated up in 2 minutes, I assume it had to be microwave. Chicken and kids burgers were not enjoyed at all and my pizza didn’t even arrive until after I paid (grudgingly) the bill. Maybe it was just a bad night and we got unlucky, but I would never go back and definitely recommend avoiding

The service wasn't exactly friendly. The food wasn't exactly top-notch considering the prices. There's a lot of room for improvement.

14/09/2025: I wish I could judge the food, but when I walked in asking for just a slice of tart and a quick coffee, I was met with a curt "no." Then let's talk about "tourism"...

02/09/2025: Sunday lunch, a quaint, family-friendly place, which is why we chose it. We sat down at 1:00 PM and ordered a slice of vegetable quiche as an appetizer to share. I should point out that there weren't many items available on the daily menu, but whatever, we ordered a bottle of still water and two first courses. When we sat down, two tables had finished eating and a table of six had already ordered. At 1:35 PM, the quiche arrived, cold, to share. Meanwhile, another table of four arrived and ordered. We kindly asked how long it would take for our first courses to arrive, and they told us they'd be there in a few minutes. At 1:45 PM, the first courses were delivered to the table that had arrived only 15 minutes earlier, and another table of three (one adult and two children) arrived. At this point, we asked the girl again how long it would take to get our order, pointing out that the table of four people who arrived much later than us were already eating. She replied, "Well, you ordered the appetizer, so the main courses come later." This left us speechless, and we continued to wait in silence, quite annoyed at this point, I admit, and I repeat, they didn't even bring us bread. At 2:00 PM, the guy came back with some plates. We thought they were ours, but no, they were served to the last table that had arrived 15 minutes earlier! So we got up and went to the cashier, VERY annoyed. With the utmost politeness and respect, I asked for the bill, reiterating that we felt mocked by such a lack of respect and professionalism! The girl looked at us like we were out of our minds for such an incomprehensible gesture, and charged us €18.00 for a bottle of water and a slice of cold quiche, including a cover charge (4 cutlery and two glasses) because there was nothing else on the table! I don't need to reiterate the total lack of professionalism and humility; hospitality is something else entirely... just say, "Sorry, we lost your order" (I don't know where, given the small size of the place). If we were working, it happens. We would have understood and put a good face on it, but no... they didn't even do that. NEVER AGAIN!!!

31/10/2025: I'd like to understand why you fill some people's plates with their first course, but don't even give others half of the same order. It's the third time this has happened to me. Make the portions the same for EVERYONE!!!

26/08/2025: We waited over an hour for two sandwiches, even though there were few people. The waitress was rude and annoyed. The sandwich was good overall, but it wasn't as good as the photos or worth the price. The price was excessively high for the service we received.

17/09/2025: I stayed from day 11 to day 15, an experience to repeat... super friendly staff and attentive to all needs, excellent cleanliness both in the rooms and in the hotel... the food, what can I say, abundant and very tasty... very rich and varied international breakfast... if I really have to find a small flaw, the rooms without a balcony... but for everything else, top... directly on the sea with the possibility of boat excursions... what can I say, highly recommended

18/07/2025: The hotel's rooms and reception are dated, and the dining room is new. The hotel is known for its restaurant, but guests are not treated to the same level of attention and quality as the restaurant menu. They offer beach service. Porto Recanati city center is 20 minutes from the hotel.
