12/10/2025: The place itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a good atmosphere, but unfortunately, the overall experience is ruined by the screening process at the entrance and the behavior of some people inside. They often turn away young men simply because they're not wearing shirts, even if they're neatly and appropriately dressed, while they let in adult men who behave in a disruptive manner. More than once, I've been touched or harassed, and this should never happen. It would be nice if the place paid more attention to respect and safety than to the outfit. The place has potential, but customer service needs a serious overhaul.

05/10/2025: My friend who lives in Italy took me to this place that I haven’t been yet. Great spot to have some Italian hand-made pizza and a super-fast service! We happily enjoyed our time and our food whilst there! Quite adorable prices too!

28/09/2025: A historic restaurant in Macerata, although it has changed location several times, the atmosphere and flavors remain the same. I highly recommend the calzone alla vecchia Parma, a staple I've been eating since I was a kid. Friendly staff and excellent service. Remember to book, as seating is limited.

13/08/2025: We had a truly wonderful time! They seated us and served us immediately, with kindness and professionalism. The young man who looked after us was not only attentive but also friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, carefully prepared and authentically flavored. The location, in the heart of Macerata, is simply unbeatable. A well-deserved five stars! Greetings from Turin 👋🏻

04/08/2025: Our experience started off well, we were given an indoor table (unseasonal rain) in the back, which might be a reason for being forgotten. Starters arrived promptly, but mains took over an hour and by then we were in a hurry to leave for the opera. My wife’s main (chicken) was completely cold when it arrived, which was proudly heated up in 2 minutes, I assume it had to be microwave. Chicken and kids burgers were not enjoyed at all and my pizza didn’t even arrive until after I paid (grudgingly) the bill. Maybe it was just a bad night and we got unlucky, but I would never go back and definitely recommend avoiding

04/10/2025: Unfortunately, the photos posted a few years ago don't reflect the current level of service at the restaurant. The self-service concept is a good idea, but as soon as you enter, there's no line or queue, just people trying to squeeze in front of the counter to be served. The bread, part of the cover charge, was hard; even changing it, it had the same consistency. I asked for a fish dish and they gave me a ticket to pay for it in advance at the cashier. It was as if I were going to a restaurant and paying in advance. I gave up, abandoned everything, and went elsewhere. I'll try again next time.

14/09/2025: I wish I could judge the food, but when I walked in asking for just a slice of tart and a quick coffee, I was met with a curt "no." Then let's talk about "tourism"...

02/09/2025: Sunday lunch, a quaint, family-friendly place, which is why we chose it. We sat down at 1:00 PM and ordered a slice of vegetable quiche as an appetizer to share. I should point out that there weren't many items available on the daily menu, but whatever, we ordered a bottle of still water and two first courses. When we sat down, two tables had finished eating and a table of six had already ordered. At 1:35 PM, the quiche arrived, cold, to share. Meanwhile, another table of four arrived and ordered. We kindly asked how long it would take for our first courses to arrive, and they told us they'd be there in a few minutes. At 1:45 PM, the first courses were delivered to the table that had arrived only 15 minutes earlier, and another table of three (one adult and two children) arrived. At this point, we asked the girl again how long it would take to get our order, pointing out that the table of four people who arrived much later than us were already eating. She replied, "Well, you ordered the appetizer, so the main courses come later." This left us speechless, and we continued to wait in silence, quite annoyed at this point, I admit, and I repeat, they didn't even bring us bread. At 2:00 PM, the guy came back with some plates. We thought they were ours, but no, they were served to the last table that had arrived 15 minutes earlier! So we got up and went to the cashier, VERY annoyed. With the utmost politeness and respect, I asked for the bill, reiterating that we felt mocked by such a lack of respect and professionalism! The girl looked at us like we were out of our minds for such an incomprehensible gesture, and charged us €18.00 for a bottle of water and a slice of cold quiche, including a cover charge (4 cutlery and two glasses) because there was nothing else on the table! I don't need to reiterate the total lack of professionalism and humility; hospitality is something else entirely... just say, "Sorry, we lost your order" (I don't know where, given the small size of the place). If we were working, it happens. We would have understood and put a good face on it, but no... they didn't even do that. NEVER AGAIN!!!

29/08/2025: Good burgers and fries. We were satisfied.

26/08/2025: We waited over an hour for two sandwiches, even though there were few people. The waitress was rude and annoyed. The sandwich was good overall, but it wasn't as good as the photos or worth the price. The price was excessively high for the service we received.

29/07/2025: Personally, I only used the pool and bar, and I found them perfect. Everything was spotless and tidy. The staff was friendly, kind, and welcoming. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to friends.

10/07/2025: Avoid... our experience is one to forget... we booked in March for July 2025 for two double rooms at the same price, but upon arrival we were given one that matched our reservation and the other without a refrigerator, a small window that we had to avoid opening because it overlooked the stairs used by all the guests, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. Upon requesting clarification, we were told there had been a change of management and that was it. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Furthermore, the pool is open to external users, so reservations are required and there's a charge for use.

28/09/2025: Always an excellent pizzeria, both by the slice and by the plate. The round pizzas are delicious. I highly recommend it to everyone.

20/04/2025: Il menù di Pasqua è stato eccellente! Cibo di qualità ed eleganza nel servizio. Tutto buonissimo, dall'antipasto, risotto al pesce per non dimenticare la frittura e il rombo! Ottimo tutto. Consigliatissimo e personale molto gentile. Ci torneremo....
