25/08/2025: The evening of August 14, 2025, at 11:55 PM, four of us asked if we could get ice cream. The gentleman inside (I presume the owner) replied, "The place is closed, please come out." He sounded very rude, and without answering, he "accompanied" us to the gate outside, which he slammed shut, and continued to refuse to answer. He was extremely rude, and could have said in a different tone, "Sorry, but we've already closed everything and we can't serve you." I understand you're tired, but it wasn't even midnight yet, and it was mid-August.

22/08/2025: We got some ice cream for after dinner. A small cone for €3 (two flavors). We were shocked and speechless at the small amount placed on the cone. I've never seen anything so small; compared to other places, it was the equivalent of one flavor!!! I didn't say anything; I don't feel like arguing, but he'll certainly never see us again.

15/07/2025: Beautifully calm. Delicious cuisine. Beautiful presentation. In the city center. The sea is nearby.

16/03/2025: Cold place. Tables next to the bathroom with a constant smell of sewage. Very poor food quality. From the pizzas, the base was probably frozen. The quality of the meat is very poor and smelly. Disproportionate prices. Not recommended. The rating in google is misleading.

17/08/2025: A disappointing experience, to say the least. A tourist trap that comes at a high price. Twenty-five euros per person for a subpar dinner. Poorly defrosted, industrially defrosted Ascolana olives, industrially defrosted vegetable batter, inedible pizza squares, dry and rubbery (2 euros for each bag!), defrosted and fried zucchini flowers dripping with oil, a timbale that was supposed to be plain, served with tomato sauce (so reduced it tasted like it had been simmering for three years), which, when pierced with a fork and lifted, remained a single clump. A friend of ours who was visiting from out of town only ate it because he was particularly hungry. A dish of "baked" vegetables that was shameful: the vegetables didn't even see the oven through a telescope: they were overcooked, the zucchini were overripe, and the peppers and fennel were inedible (vegetable dish 12 euros). Not to mention the wines, which should be mostly local, given the richness of the region: under the Marche heading, there are only a few wines from a couple of wineries, nothing exceptional. This "dinner," for five of us, cost us €138. A beautiful terrace shouldn't become a trap for well-intentioned diners. It's not like the kitchens are nightmares.

It's been a regular stop every evening before retiring to the hotel since it first opened! To answer those who love Nutella (palm oil fat, sugar, and a few hazelnuts!), natural chocolate is better! It's good for your health!

08/09/2025: Good product quality. Very fair prices considering the surrounding area. The girls are always kind and smiling during service, which is a significant plus in my opinion.

09/08/2025: We found this hotel while we were traveling. Located 200 meters from the beach. It's small and well-kept, with comfortable, very clean rooms. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of fresh products to suit all tastes, including the option to make freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. I highly recommend it!!!

25/07/2025: The hotel has significant shortcomings, terrible food, bathroom with a shower that alternated between boiling water and freezing water, the only excellent thing was the cleanliness of the room.

13/04/2025: Unfortunately only one star for the value for money! For a first course, among other things served in an appetizer plate 😅, a scamorza, half a side dish, half a glass of wine (in bulk) and a coffee, almost €35... oh well! We're exaggerating a bit here...

01/03/2025: Of the many restaurants I've tried, being local, Da Guerriero was the only one I'd never tried and never mentioned in discussions about where to eat. And the reason it had never been a candidate was confirmed this evening: Empty and deafeningly quiet, decor stuck in the '80s, minimal selection of poorly recommended dishes, questionable wine, and burnt coffee. Consider that seasonal vegetables mean tomatoes or spinach (!?), as the owner proudly proclaims. The meat was neither good nor bad. The worst came at the end with the same guy who sold seasonal vegetables, who inflated the price of the bill by playing dumb about the quantities (€32 per person with a mixed roast shared between four and a bottle of wine!). Never again.

10/09/2025: I'll start by saying the positives: - Friendly and polite staff. - The hotel is conveniently located for getting around and visiting other nearby towns. - Beautiful view of the mountains and greenery. - A decently sized pool with plenty of loungers, umbrellas, a bar (which has almost nothing), and bathrooms. - They allow pets (for a fee). All the negatives: - The pool bar offers little to nothing, and the lounger mattresses are very dirty. - Breakfast was poor and not like a 4-star hotel. - Dinner was quite good, but the restaurant was dirty and dusty, with chandeliers full of cobwebs and an ashtray that hadn't been cleaned in days. - In the mini-bar, we found tea, Coke, and beer that had expired months ago. - Every area of ​​the hotel was full of bedbugs. We reported everything to the reception and management, and they apologized and offered a small discount. I really hope this constructive criticism will help you improve, because the place truly has fantastic potential!

07/09/2025: Property with potential to develop. Deluxe room not up to par in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast was okay, but the service could definitely be improved, as expectations for a resort were much higher. Dinner times were too long; you arrive at 8:00 PM and don't leave until 9:30 PM. The staff was helpful but lacked professionalism and, on occasion, empathy with guests. If you want a real resort, look elsewhere; they're not ready yet. I'm sorry, but it didn't work out very well for me.
