20/08/2024: 08/20/2024 today I reread my review and I believe that what was written does not give justice to the true facts. Not knowing that the restaurant, or rather chef Cedroni, had become 2☆ Michelin, I review by saying that I am not happy with the fixed menu. Yet I always carry the restaurant in my heart, so much so that I recommend it to all my friends with refined palates! Exceptional dishes and friendly and kind room service. All that remains is to return to taste and delight in the authenticity of the chef!

23/08/2024: At lunch I tried a "smoke" tasting, after a few hours I still have the flavors of the excellent food and also the smell of the embers on my palate. Complete experience in taste and quantity. Consistent price for the quality of food and service.

03/09/2024: On holiday in the Marche we decided to eat at this tavern after reading the reviews. Very kind host and staff, very short waiting times and delicious dishes! We tasted the ravioli alla norcina (wow), the strozzapreti with sausage and fossa cheese (super wow) and the mixed grill! The portions are very generous, the raw materials used are excellent and everything is prepared with care! Unbeatable price quality! Well done!

16/07/2024: A place with great attention to detail, really nice. The starter was the best course ever, the dessert was also delicious, it was the best we had ever eaten. Good cut. The service was excellent and the price was also appropriate for what we ate and drank.

15/07/2024: Non potevo mai immaginare che vicino casa ci fosse un ristorante specializzato nella carne di una qualità cosi eccellente. Abbiamo preso un mix iniziali di carni crude e poi tre tipi di carne grigliata. Hanno una enorme varieta' di carni da tutto il mondo. Servizio veloce e gentile. Ottimo ristorante, lo Consiglio vivamente a chi ama la carne.

06/08/2024: One word: delicious! I had low temperature cooked bakkala and I was licking my fingers! My husband had smoked tuna and it was also very very good. The service was friendly and FAST! It’s on a pricey side, but worth it. Would have only one remark - if there would be real bread for celiac, not a cracker 🙏

04/08/2024: Pasta with scampi very good and tasty. Soft and very delicate calamari on potato cream. The staff very kind and professional. Very pleasant outdoor table. Advised.

10/08/2024: Beautiful place in the center of Jesi, with an internal garden/courtyard to try. Good dishes, refined but not too much, the bill is in line with the quality of the food. The girls in the room were kind and welcoming. I will definitely return.

07/08/2024: All good and adequate portions! You can really feel the excellent quality of the raw material. Very kind staff, special mention to the sommelier (Sara?) who gives perfect advice. Stunning view!

19/08/2024: Very good ristopub where they produce excellent beers. The choice on the menu is also vast when it comes to eating where everything is very good. The staff is very kind and very helpful. Good value for money. Advised.

18/08/2024: When there is competence and good products, the goal is achieved! Excellent selection of beers, truly superlative. Very good food too! The place is particular with the 8 😉 spinner and exposed barrels.

28/07/2024: A really nice place with a large outdoor area in a characteristic street. For dinner two of us have an aubergine millefeuille (very good), lamb with potatoes (simple in name, delicious in taste), a grilled fillet, side dishes, water and Moretta, a super good typical dessert. Very kind staff and available for all requests made. Average bill but corresponding to the quality of the food and the service received. To revise one of the internal rooms a little, it wouldn't take much (shaving and painting, it's done quickly). To be recommended.

24/08/2024: Best pizzeria in the Northern Marche. Very digestible and tasty dough, possibility to choose different types. Pizza seasoning not to be taken for granted and with excellent raw materials.

21/08/2024: Pizza top Ottima pizzeria con ingredienti di qualità, non è la pizza napoletana ma bassa e sottile, sicuramente da provare e riprovare. Locale piccola ma bella vetrata che da sul giardino, ottimo in estate
