03/11/2024: We stayed two nights in this beautiful property. Everything is taken care of in detail: the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, the breakfast buffet has a variety of delicious homemade desserts, the heated swimming pool is ideal for ending the day after the various excursions. Saverio is an excellent host, always available and ready to satisfy every request. The ancient mill is the ideal place to escape from the city and immerse yourself in relaxation and nature. We will definitely be back

02/09/2024: Good food -fried anchovies, snails, tagliolini with seafood ragout, fried calamari and prawns and tiramisu - Quality - fair price Fast, friendly service, perhaps a little too stiff. Nice place but could improve, especially the counter area. Overall, a good meal, good times and courtesy.

15/08/2024: For me quite poor. Pretty nice environment but bread and croissants well below average. The dough for the three croissants (two empty and one with chocolate) is the same used for bread but with the addition of sugar. Croissants are very scarce, then if one just wants to fill their stomach then it's another matter. Bread equally scarce, I took a loaf which they said was made with lard. Well, never again. All paid 9 euros, too expensive for such poor quality. I don't understand these rave reviews. It always depends on what one is used to eating at home. For me, not recommended from all points of view

02/09/2024: Unfortunately, I have to report a less than positive review because, after having consulted the menu on the restaurant's official website, we arrived full of enthusiasm and expectations. Immediately toned down, however, as we found a proposal that was decidedly lower than what was indicated. Trusting in "little but good" we still ordered, after an appetizer, ravioli with sausage and truffle, my partner, roasted with various types of fish and lobster, I. And here are the sore points... as regards the first courses they had "forgotten" to point out that sausage and truffle made up the sauce while the filling of the ravioli was a mixture with some type of unspecified herb... and with the fish another big surprise! All gratinated! I would never have expected that "roasted fish" was synonymous with au gratin, also because, again on their official website, au gratin dishes are specifically indicated and distinguished from those cooked in other ways. I recommend being clearer on the menu and more honest on your website to avoid misunderstandings.

23/08/2024: Location con terrazza panoramica molto bella. Personale gentile, le cameriere davvero squisite. La cucina ha deluso le aspettative che avevamo. Cottura completamente sbagliata della carne e una semi grigliata che si è poi rivelata di una pesantezza senza eguali. Dolci buoni. Saremo capitati nella serata no, ma non ci tornerei, soprattutto visto il rapporto qualità prezzo.

06/01/2025: Today by chance we had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant in Loreto which exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere, enriched by splendid Christmas decorations, made the experience even more magical and welcoming. The quality of the food was excellent, with generous portions that fully satisfied my appetite. Each dish featured fresh ingredients and authentic flavours, combined with careful presentation. The value for money was really good, considering the quality of the food and the attention to detail in the service. Furthermore, the staff was extremely kind and attentive. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant especially during the holidays to have a delicious and festive dining experience. We will definitely be back!

17/12/2024: Non e possibile venire in zona e non cenare da Euthymia… per chi viaggia molto per lavoro come me e come essere un po’ a casa ci si sente coccolati e sempre ben accolti, l ambiente è molto carino e confortevole e la scelta è vastissima sia che si voglia mangiare pesce sia che si voglia mangiare carne… suggerisco la tagliata di tonno con crema di pistacchio… deliziosa ; per non parlare dei dolci buonissimi fatti in casa… tutto veramente speciale grazie ❤️

17/10/2024: I love this place as well as its real barbecue! with beef steak and pork sausage livers and skewer!! I always add a crescia and chicory sautéed in the pan!!! The location is unique, surrounded by nature among green meadows and waterfalls!!

01/11/2024: Una seconda bella esperienza in questo ristorante unico, come fu bella la prima. Ho trovato il locale ampliato, sempre molto caldo e ben curato; l'attenzione, oltre alle cose e agli arredi, è alle persone, e questo ne fa un punto di forza. I piatti sono sempre all'altezza, e il costo mai elevato.

29/10/2024: Ottima cena, piatti gustosi con abbinamenti particolari e sfiziosi. L'ambiente molto accogliente ed il servizio rendono ancora più gradevole la cena.

11/08/2024: Horrible experience, trattoria on the port of Ancona, on the menu only two fish first courses, two second courses, one of which is salmon from the bags, a raw first course, an overcooked one with an absolute lack of flavor and sauce,!! if you offer a platter of cured meats in the menu on the port of Ancona and no cod.......!!???? I have had lunch away from home for work for 42 years, I know many places in the Marche, and especially in the port of Ancona, the heat has fooled us and we fell for it like chickens, but if I call your waitress and point out the disgust with which you served the two first courses, why didn't you come to the table to ask for explanations? She's smart.... but certain behaviors then in the end ....

06/08/2024: Looked very promising, unfortunately some dishes were already out and the seafood was unfortunately difficult to eat due to the way it was prepared. House wine was very good though!

23/12/2024: Nice experience in a small but very welcoming place. Excellent gastronomic offer that can satisfy any need. Very good sandwiches and pizza. The only flaw, considering the beautiful cellar present, is the lack of a wine list, perhaps specifying which ones can be requested by the glass.
