27/01/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday. It's not the first time we've been there and this time it deserves a review given how good we had it. Very quiet environment, suitable for family tables with children of all ages and friends' tables for any occasion you are celebrating. The menu was presented on a blackboard at the entrance. Simple and concise. We took a papardella with wild boar, as beautiful as it looked and with a perfect taste, the paccheri with fried artichokes and chopped pistachios were very good and the pasta had an excellent sauce, two portions of ravioli with mushroom ragù (booked in advance) were good . For the second course we took the Ascoli fried food which included French fries, exceptional breaded chicken, a very tender lamb chop, Ascoli olives, fried artichokes and cremini and suckling pig, a little salty for my taste but very tender and delicious. Water, a quarter of wine, coffee and two white desserts paid 50 euros per couple. Service was fair, kind and helpful.

23/12/2024: Nice experience in a small but very welcoming place. Excellent gastronomic offer that can satisfy any need. Very good sandwiches and pizza. The only flaw, considering the beautiful cellar present, is the lack of a wine list, perhaps specifying which ones can be requested by the glass.

21/01/2025: I was in Urbania, better remembered by the name of Casteldurante, for work. In the middle of the week I came across this cute, historic place, clean with a large wood-burning oven, welcoming and with smiling staff They served me a pizza with black cabbage, Taggiasca olives, dried tomatoes and colonnata lard that was simply wonderful! A sublime dessert at an absolutely normal price! Definitely a must try for anyone who happens to be in this beautiful town!

20/02/2025: How to throw money away! A total shame! I wouldn't want these things even for free. In the sauces there are microscopic clams and mussels, have they just been born? Or are they fishing waste? And then still full of their meal: at this point it's better to eat some nori seaweed. Nightmare fried food: dry, chewy, likely causing a heart attack due to intestinal blockage. Salad from the worst supermarket bags, dressed with oils and vinegars with rancid flavours. If I think about it again I get scared for what I ingested! But do the people who eat there realize? Now more than ever there is a need for a culinary culture that has been lost almost forever or it will be too late for many of us to understand what quality means, which if it is for the price with €16 or €20 each will fill you up with bags of fish that you will have to throw away from how much they give you in a fish shop!

Pizza menu for 10 euros ✌️🫶 However, I have never liked pasta, large portion but weak flavour. Recommended for families, the play area is very nice although it needs to be revised as most of them are broken and old!

26/08/2024: I went just last August with my husband to spend a day at the pool with lunch (fixed menu). Location truly cared for in every detail with a spectacular view of the Sibillini mountains, a truly beautiful and refined structure with bar/restaurant, umbrellas and sunbeds where you can enjoy a bit of sun without that annoying summer heat. Lunch was good and well organized even for those with special needs (children, vegetarians and expectant mothers). Particular praise, however, goes to all the staff... That day, after lunch there was a violent and frightening downpour that lasted more than two hours: we guests, all stuck under a pergola, were carefully accompanied to a other safer area and "spoiled" until we were able to leave the facility. Really TOP guys, nice and helpful! The only flaw: the swimming pool is a bit small but certainly a place I would happily return to!

02/02/2025: Very bad experience. Let me start by saying that I don't usually leave negative reviews but I absolutely did not like the behavior of these gentlemen. I ordered 5 takeaway pizzas for 8.15pm. I arrived a few minutes early, told them about my reservation, all with a newborn baby in my arms. The toll holder told me that he would have me served immediately also given the presence of the child (it was already 8.15pm anyway so in theory child or no child I should have been served, my time had already arrived!!), but so it wasn't. Time passed and in the meantime pizzas were delivered for takeaway to anyone who arrived, even after me, and every now and then I was told that my pizzas were in the oven. I was told this 4 times. Impatient after more than 20 minutes of waiting I point out that I was still waiting for my order. Some pizzas had just been delivered to a gentleman and his daughter who had entered several minutes after me. I asked out of curiosity what time they had booked the pizza for and I was told that there had been no booking! They had asked for it shortly before, when they arrived there. I point this out to the boy who denies the evidence and obviously tells me that my pizzas were in the oven and would come out shortly (and he lied once again!) It had never happened to me before that I felt so ridiculed by a restaurateur. Only after another 10 minutes did my pizzas arrive!! With a total wait of more than half an hour. I answer you that no, there was no mistake. In that case you would have politely apologized and told me that we would have to wait. I would have accepted it. Instead you really made fun of me. And the guy also answered me and not too kindly after a long wait. Furthermore, I remind you that from the entrance you can see the pizzas being taken to the oven, cut, plated or placed on cartons. The gluten-free pizza is easily recognisable. Only one was brought to the oven half an hour after my arrival. The same for the other 4 pizzas ready a minute before the gluten-free one. Sometimes we should perhaps humbly take a step back and be sincere. Not continue to justify ourselves and fill others with excuses. In addition to being made fun of before, persevere in doing so here on Google too. There definitely won't be a next time. Because there can be an error. But not lies and pretexts. You have disrespected me for the second time with this response of yours.

04/02/2025: got box on too good to go. the maxi one at 7.99 is made up of a second course (chicken pepperoni) + two croutons and a bag of slices of bread. while in the average price of 4.99 there is a first course. the advantage is that the portion, although standard in size, is freshly cooked.

My boyfriend and I had been on holiday for days and we missed home cooking, when we came to you twice, we felt the same warmth in your simple but tasty cuisine that warms the heart. Thank you!
