07/10/2025: A wonderful dinner! The restaurant's interior is very traditional and immediately gives you a warm, welcoming feeling. The staff and waiters are incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food is superb! We had two tasting menus with appetizers, two main courses, and dessert. I've rarely eaten so well in my life, and so much too! It's definitely worth a visit.

Since then, every time I come to visit my sister, there’s one thing I always crave — a visit to Hambù. It’s not just a restaurant for me anymore; it’s a tradition, a ritual, and honestly, one of my happiest places in Italy. I was there again in July, and somehow it keeps getting better and better and better. The quality, the service, the atmosphere — everything feels perfectly balanced between casual and gourmet. You can feel the care in every detail. The burgers are pure perfection — juicy, flavorful, and crafted like a piece of art. My all-time favorite is the Chianina burger, but the Fassona Piemontese one is just as incredible — tender and bursting with authentic flavor. Their pinsa romana is another must-try — light, crispy, and unforgettable. And let’s talk about the wine — always perfectly paired, always Italian, always right. You can tell they choose with taste and heart. The staff? Warm, welcoming, and truly passionate about what they do. The ambiance? Modern yet cozy, full of energy but still relaxed enough to enjoy every sip and bite. Hambù isn’t just “a burger place.” It’s an experience — one that stays with you long after you’ve left. 27/08/2025: It’s a wonderful little Place where You get good quality food that is super delicious. The people that work there are so loving and welcoming also Zona Franca has a lot of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. I can only recommend it and I would always come back there ! ✨🌼💗🫶🏼

23/08/2025: Delightful. Decidedly out of the way of the city, but very unique and away from the chaos. The parking lot is on a small dirt road and inevitably cramped: from there to the hotel there are a few dozen meters, so it's best to avoid heavy suitcases. The building, on the other hand, is a gem, perfectly maintained. The room is spacious, furnished with simplicity and taste. The bathroom, or rather the fixtures, are more complicated: 'thin' to say the least. The restaurant overlooking the valley is tempting: personally, I was unlucky with the limited availability of dishes and desserts. I'm relaxed, with a full breakfast.

26/09/2025: It was a wonderful discovery and we'll definitely be back. We had the fabulous and incredibly fresh tartare as an appetizer, melting in your mouth. Then we moved on to the mushroom risotto for the first course, which was perfectly creamed. We then continued with a delicious and delicate sliced ​​steak accompanied by a mix of vegetables, which were also delicious. Finally, a dark chocolate cake served with vanilla ice cream and mouth-watering zabaglione. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. Thank you so much for the wonderful dinner. We'll definitely be back!!! Highly recommended.

05/09/2025: I haven't been back to Robarello in at least 10 years. I thought the owner, Antonio, had retired. Instead, I found him better than ever, with an exciting selection of dishes (especially fish). I recommend asking the waiters for off-the-list items, though: they have the best. For example, yesterday I had black tagliolini with shrimp that was absolutely amazing. The appetizer was also wonderful, with a special mention for the shrimp fritters. Antonio, hang in there: as long as there are people like you, Italian dining will be top-notch. Despite the Michelin-starred restaurants, whose dishes you could replicate for a tenth of the price. Hats off...
