The menu was excellent, using top-quality ingredients, while remaining true to tradition with refined innovation. A truly enjoyable evening that exceeded all expectations. As soon as you enter, you're enveloped in a warm, welcoming atmosphere, the scent of wood, the result of an attention to detail that can be felt in every corner. The restaurant is spread over three floors, and each room tells a different story, making the experience even more unique and enjoyable! The owners, a young couple, are professional, always smiling, and full of enthusiasm! It's clear how much they believe in this project and how passionately they carry it forward! The cuisine is a true strength: the ingredients are excellent, the result of collaborations with small local producers and the use of fresh produce from the garden. The complaints in the negative comments should be more objective and take all factors into account! Highly recommended! The pizzoccheri are dreamy! PS: The only lodge open on September 28th in Val Zebrù!

26/09/2025: We passed by on July 23rd: we had booked a refuge, but along the trail a family recommended we stop here for the quality of the food. I can 100% confirm that the food is excellent: the tiramisu, in particular, is among the best I've ever tasted, if not the best. Highly recommended! A place to return to not only for the food, but also for the scenery and the warm welcome from the owners.

12/10/2025: We stumbled upon this agriturismo for lunch by chance. A typical mountain hut with small rooms and a fairytale atmosphere. The menu is typical of Valtellina, with a few dishes, but I must say, amazing and plentiful. The apple fritters are incredible! Local products and locally sourced jams! The owners are courteous and friendly. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back to try what we didn't get to try. P.S. I can't give stars for the rooms because I didn't stay, but I think they're 5-star.

30/08/2025: Every year I spend two weekends in Santa Caterina and every year I come to eat here!! Everything is delicious!! The staff and owner are wonderful!! Last time I was shocked by the pork and lamb shanks!! AMAZING!! And the pizza is worth it too!!

17/09/2025: We've been back a couple of times already, not to stay, but for dinner: exquisite home-made products. We also tried Taroz (a traditional Valtellina dish, now hard to find). The owners are lovely and friendly. Highly recommended.

02/09/2025: I confirm the positive things I've already said. Wonderful location between Gavia and Santa Caterina. Stunning views. Everyone is friendly and smiling. Trust their recommendations, the specials of the day... but save room for the mixed cheese platter (superb cheeses) and, of course, the desserts made with their milk. The mountain hut is also a halfway point/stop on hiking trails. You can't miss it. I'll definitely return and recommend it.

13/08/2025: This was our first time at this family-run hotel in the city center, with spacious and spotless rooms, exceptional service, and excellent and plentiful cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but we especially appreciate the owners' friendliness and helpfulness. Recommended for those seeking a relaxing stay, a family vacation immersed in nature, and also for those who love hiking, as it's a great starting point for many walks.

13/09/2025: This has become a regular stop since our motorcycle tour of Gavia. The food is always good, with excellent service and excellent quality. The prices are in line with all this.
