04/09/2024: The Alpe hut is a small jewel located along the road to the Gavia pass. Located at 2239m above sea level, it is a small mountain hut where you can find simple and genuine cuisine. The environment is warm, very welcoming and the owners extremely kind. You will find excellent cheeses they produce as well as other products (especially jams). A stop is highly recommended even just for a delicious tart snack.
01/09/2024: ...fourth time in the summer...once on a MTB/E once on foot from Sunny Valley, once on foot and once on a motorbike...a certainty for a sublime and particular lunch stop...reservation required for me I recommend 👍🏻😉🍻

25/12/2024: We spent Christmas at lunch in this farmhouse with the whole family. The place is very characteristic and genuine like the food! All homemade by Mr. Massimo. When we arrived he was kneading 😊.
The service (there was only one lady who served all the tables) was really efficient. The pizzoccheri were uniquely delicious! But in general everything was really good from the starter to the dessert.
Thanks for the wonderful experience.

04/09/2024: Nothing to say, after 2 hours of walking we didn't need anything better than a refuge like this, Carlo and Dina, the two owners are super welcoming, he in the kitchen and she manages the customers, super nice and they also offered us a delicious sweet , we tried the whole menu and I recommend their famous polenta gnocchi with mushrooms and the bresaola, the best I've ever eaten.
If you are hungry you absolutely must stop by and have a lunch.
I was with my family and 4 of us ate at the right price considering the place and the portions. (even the delicious coffee, with moka, is not a given) WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

18/08/2024: I numeri contano.... intendo i numeri delle recensioni :-D Siamo habitués da quando è nato (o quasi). Innanzitutto adoro i locali con cucina a vista, ti rendi conto del lavoro che c'è dietro ad ogni piatto. Ottimo menù (ed esecuzione) secondo stagione, ottima carta dei vini a prezzi corretti. Grande team, in cucina ed in sala.
17/08/2024: Da 5 stelle. Gentili, professionali, cibo ottima qualità, bella location. In tre speso 80 euro con antipasto primo e dolce.

11/10/2024: I stayed in this hotel for a weekend in summer 2023
I have decided to return for a week in August 2024
Excellent cleanliness, good food and good quality wines, well-kept room
What is noticeable and not pleasant is the difference with which they treat old customers and new customers
The waitress who laughed with some customers and joked with others was very cold
When paying, Customers must all receive the same treatment
The shower heads in the bathroom definitely need to be changed as they are painful
It's not possible to take a cold shower almost every evening and be told "it's because you all take it at the same time": I hope it doesn't happen in the middle of winter with temperatures below zero
Garage too small for requests: you go out with the car and in the evening you no longer find space
Externally the hotel needs a good sprucing up

27/12/2024: The Hotel Sport is a good recommendation for people who focus on sport, the landscape and location. Service is great and everyone is very nice. The location is great. The ski bus, for example, leaves directly opposite, once over the bridge. Only the rooms are getting old and in need of some renovation.
11/09/2024: Clean and functional rooms. Friendly service good food. Located right at the foot of Gavia Pass. Bikers with and without motors are welcome. For Italy, high price level.

Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante e la qualità della cucina è stata ottima. Pure il servizio è stato buono.
17/08/2024: Maleducazione e disservizio. Abbiamo dovuto attendere che il cameriere, non era l'unico in sala, realizzasse che stavamo attendendo in 6 per prendere posto. Con fare arrogante ci ha condotto al tavolo. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare i menù varie volte e attendere vari minuti prima che qualcuno prendesse la comanda. Il gestore tale borseri non saluta non solo ma vede l'inefficienza del personale e fa finta di nulla. Magicamente accettano i pagamenti con carta cosa impossibile in passato. Chissà quanto nero. Ogni volta mi dico di non tornarci ma oggi di ritorno dalla val vezzola eravamo stanchi e affamati. Consiglio sempre di andare altrove ma a santa Caterina l'offerta è quella che è

31/12/2023: Abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi da dividere in due, il quale comprendeva anche il lardo che era tagliato troppo spesso e totalmente insapore insieme anche ad uno dei formaggi.
Passiamo ai secondi:
- Salmì di cervo gommoso
- Scaloppine al vino abbastanza insipide
Abbiamo inoltre preso una caraffa piccola di vino che era totalmente slavato.
Sconsiglio assolutamente
09/08/2023: Gentilezza e cortesia delle 3 sorelle. Ottima pizza e cucina super,provati diversi piatti e tutti sorprendentemente buoni e genuini. Prezzi corretti. Ci torneremo sicuramente
