04/08/2026: We managed to get a table here on the small terrace overlooking the Litro River before our return trip after our Via Spluga tour. The food was excellent – six stars for that alone! The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We will definitely come back again.

08/03/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and were truly impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and tastefully decorated. The large windows overlooking the mountains are beautiful.
Excellent products, truly delicious croissants and pastries, and a wide selection.
Congratulations to anyone who froths the milk for the cappuccinos, because it's the best I've ever had.

07/08/2026: With some friends we tried most of the pizza places in Chiavenna and this one was the best! Also once we accidently forgot to reserve, but they didn't send away our group of 27 people and were able to accommodate us no problem. Very kind staff! But it is a popular place so you should reserve, you probably won't get as lucky as us

14/08/2026: What a surprising discovery! The staff were very helpful; we arrived just before closing time and were greeted warmly. The food was artisanal; we ate the typical Chiavenna Valley gnocchi and the buckwheat tart. But the real wonder of this place is the natural 8-9°C temperature, thanks to the crotti inside the restaurant, which they even gave us a tour of. Highly recommended, even more so!

The pizzoccheri are among the best I've ever eaten.
The polenta taragna is delicious.

12/04/2026: We stayed 2 days, the room was excellent, the only negative notes were the pillows were too soft and the green light from the emergency lamp above the door that hits your eyes while you're trying to fall asleep and lights up the whole room. The breakfast with the do-it-yourself machine is a bit too free, yet having a bar downstairs I don't understand why they don't make a good cappuccino, the drinks are sugared water, packaged brioches and little selection at the buffet. For the rest, nothing to say

28/06/2026: This is the second time I've stopped here on my way to St. Moritz. I love the tapas they give you and the cold beer in the summer.
24/06/2026: A quick espresso before to catch the train for your next trip it is always a good idea. The guy was friendly, the espresso was delicious , the view was excellent. If you are at the station don’t hesitate to pop in.

13/07/2026: A truly excellent experience! The place is welcoming, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was fast. The pizzas were truly delicious: light dough, quality ingredients, and perfectly cooked. You can tell they pay attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
The only small complaint concerns the knife, which wasn't particularly comfortable or sharp for cutting the pizza. It's a detail that could easily be improved and didn't ruin the experience.
Otherwise, everything was perfect. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants great pizza!
