15/06/2025: I traveled to Chiavenna by public transport via Prättigau, Engadin, and the Maloja Pass. I went exploring the old town of this provincial town. The alleys are bustling with life. My stay at the Passerini was absolutely delightful. The ambiance at the Palazzo Salis is inviting, the food is excellent, and the service is both competent and friendly. The value for money is good. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The return journey by post bus over the Splügen Pass is interesting. A very nice excursion with a GA or municipal day ticket to Chiavenna at no extra cost.

02/05/2025: Fermarsi da Passerini d mangiare bene, coccolati in tutti i sensi dell‘ alimentazione, della gentilezza e della simpatia. Questo tris per molti ristoratori risulta talvolta arduo, qui é la regola aurea.

15/06/2025: Capitato per caso. Non è un Crotto ma IL Crotto. Non un ristorante ma tovaglia di carta e cibo buono e ben porzionato. Servizio veloce personale preparato ( menzione a Cinzia la ragazza che ci ha servito) prezzo più che onesto. Da riprovare anche in inverno.

02/06/2025: We happened upon this crotto by chance, on our way back from a vacation. The owner welcomed us right away. The place is very nice, the food is great and the service was excellent. Everything was delicious, especially the polenta taragna, the pizzoccheri and the typical gnocchetti. Fast service and competitive prices It deserves a lunch or dinner even in a group. We will definitely return

06/06/2025: Very friendly staff, great drinks, a cool, modern restaurant—a real asset, not just for Chiavenna. Lots of young people. The drinks are accompanied by great antipasti.😀👍

02/06/2025: Just nice vibes. Really good Negroni. Say hello when you pass by. Everyone is here in the evening. Go in all the way at the back for a super terrace view.

24/04/2025: Really sweet people, good coffee and food. They try to talk English. Asked them if I could work on my laptop and they were completely fine with it. Good WiFi and and special area in the back with multiple power outlets.
