01/05/2026: We arrived on 1 May at our 20:00 table even 5 minutes earlier. First it took them more than 20 minutes just to come and take our order. We had to call waiters a few times and they were footballing us. Then at 21:25 and the main course STILL has not arrived!!! I can't believe it takes so long. Eventually, after I tgreatened to cancel our order, our meat has arrived , it was okayish, a bit oversalted and very chewy, but not terrible. But none of us could finish what we ordered as it became too late to eat. Only the waitress girl was nice and pleasant, the others were inattentive

08/03/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and were truly impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and tastefully decorated. The large windows overlooking the mountains are beautiful. Excellent products, truly delicious croissants and pastries, and a wide selection. Congratulations to anyone who froths the milk for the cappuccinos, because it's the best I've ever had. Friendly and efficient staff. A wonderful discovery 🥐

05/05/2026: We went to Crotto Ombra on a recommendation. We ordered two mixed grill platters and a side dish to share. To start, we were served two types of bread (dark/light) and bresaola. The mixed grill platter was truly excellent. Juicy, perfectly grilled meat. Lamb, pork, and beef, as well as a type of coarse sausage (salsiccia). Also included were grilled vegetables and polenta. The side dish was very tasty and a nice change of pace. Mashed potatoes with green beans and cheese. Perfectly seasoned. Great, friendly service with excellent advice on the food. We also really appreciated that the server pointed out that one side dish was sufficient. The mixed grill platter was more than enough. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. Very authentic cuisine!

26/04/2026: We stopped at this crotto, away from the via dei crotti. Near the hospital, gym, etc. Excellent food, ok owners and employees, perfect toilets, HACCP, etc. Hypertop. Quality tradition, etc. since 1781. WITH SI GLIA TIS SI MOOO..!!!!

05/05/2026: My friend and I came. We tried the new menu with homemade pasta, which is a must-try! We were very impressed! The staff were welcoming and attentive. We recommend eating outside.

12/04/2026: We stayed 2 days, the room was excellent, the only negative notes were the pillows were too soft and the green light from the emergency lamp above the door that hits your eyes while you're trying to fall asleep and lights up the whole room. The breakfast with the do-it-yourself machine is a bit too free, yet having a bar downstairs I don't understand why they don't make a good cappuccino, the drinks are sugared water, packaged brioches and little selection at the buffet. For the rest, nothing to say

02/04/2026: I've been to the Al Cenacolo restaurant, and unfortunately, I have to say my experience was once again negative. I'd been shocked by the rudeness of the staff in the past, especially the lady who greets customers. But today she truly outdid herself, winning the "Rudeness of the Year" award. We called and asked: "We'll be there in 5 minutes, do you have a table?" — the answer: "I have to see... yes, but 3 minutes." We arrived in 8 minutes, went in, and were greeted with a curt: "Too late." An unacceptable and completely disrespectful attitude toward customers. I will NEVER again set foot in a restaurant with such rude staff. I promised myself each time it would be the last, and finally I'll keep my word. I can't stand rudeness, nor those who work in the restaurant industry without passion, without attention, and without the slightest ability to welcome guests. Goodbye forever: you've lost two customers.
