03/10/2025: Absolutely disrespectful behavior. There was a promotion going on that offered a 2-for-1 on any beer from 6 PM to 8 PM. While I was waiting in line at 7:56 PM, the owner clearly wasted his time, ignoring me and letting the time pass until 8 PM, when he turned to me and said the promotion had expired and I had to pay full price. There was a heated discussion during which significant insults and abuse were hurled at me, completely unjustified. Totally disappointed and not recommended.
13/09/2025: Here at LaQuolina you immediately feel at home. Super welcoming atmosphere with a perfect outdoor space and an interior surrounded by windows. But the service 😭😭😭😭😭. I've never found a restaurant with such courteous, kind, and quick-witted staff! 👏👏👏👏 Unfortunately, my macaroni carbonara was practically without pancetta and was missing pepper! Despite this, it took very little time from ordering to being served!!

27/07/2025: Historic restaurant in the center of Monza with simple and abundant local cuisine at affordable prices. Welcoming environment and spirit of an old-time trattoria with the presence of a dessert trolley. In summer, an outdoor space is set up in the courtyard.
I particularly recommend the pizzoccheri and the risotto with sausage.
The service could be more attentive at times.

01/10/2025: Lunch break, few people but very long waits (over 20 minutes for a burger and fries).
The pizza was good, but the dough wasn't easy to digest.
The prices were a bit high for the average quality.

The service was also impeccable; we were greeted with a smile, kindness, and many little touches that very few restaurateurs have these days. What can I say about the food.... EVERYTHING EXCELLENT! We discovered them thanks to The Fork, but we'll definitely be back! Congratulations!

29/06/2025: We had dinner for 4, we started with fried polenta and polenta cakes, we continued with beef burgers with polenta sandwich, pappardelle with saffron and luganega and cod to finish with homemade semifreddo and pear and chocolate cake. The service was excellent, the waiter was kind, prepared and very friendly. The food was excellent, everything we ate was very well made. Very fair price. Highly recommended.

Food was quite dry and uninspiring for our taste. It was like healthy options or veggie food from the 80s. Nowadays we are spoilt for choice and expect more. We also found it a tad expensive for reheated deli food. Maybe because we were starving and eat more than Monzanians😅

The only flaw is the desserts; none of them won us over.

03/09/2025: Highly recommended for meat lovers! Delicious bone-in entrecôte steak, great sides, great atmosphere, and a super friendly waitress.
24/08/2025: Fantastic place, although a bit hidden, which is a real shame because they really know their stuff with meat! I tried the bone marrow, which was amazing as a starter, and a very tender and flavorful main course. I came back on Saturday for a quick dinner: the burger with tartare was fabulous, and the kids were served with great attention. The staff is very kind and knows how to recommend food perfectly. I'll definitely be back!

03/10/2025: As a tourist - avoid. We got different water. Different menu. Different service as every other local.
27/09/2025: I asked for a portion of lamb, but all I got was the idea of the portion.
Luckily, the side of potatoes and bread kept me from leaving the table hungry, despite the price being quite high.
